Today the 20th Plenum of the Central Committee of the Party heard and approved the speech that I will give, on behalf of the Central Committee of the ALP, at the Meeting of representatives of 81 communist and workers’ parties in Moscow in November 1960. At this meeting of the Plenum we approved and the composition of the delegation that will take part in the Moscow Summit and in the celebration of the 43rd anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution. The plenum expelled Maqo Çomon from the ranks of the Central Committee of the Party.

FALSE IN THE ATTITUDES OF CURRENT SOVIET LEADERS TOWARDS US
This morning, from the tribune of the mausoleum “Lenin-Stalin”, we assisted in the military parade and the popular demonstration of the people of Moscow on the occasion of the 43rd anniversary of the Great October Revolution. The tactics applied by the current Soviet leaders, namely Kozlov, who accompanied us to Zarechia yesterday when we arrived in Moscow, do not show anything sincere on their part, why every other time we have come to this country, even in the good times, that is, without breaking the ideological differences between us, they just shook our hands and we parted from the station. Today Kozlov came to have breakfast with us and again smiled at us falsely. When we sat down to eat bread, he, artificially and disgustingly, started talking about the connections and friendship he allegedly has with us. ONE, HRUSHOV’S UNFAIR AND ANTI-MARKIST ACTION
Nikita Khrushchev invited me to the meeting, but I did not go. In fact, we had decided that I should go to this meeting, as Nikita requested, even though I know he is trying to realize the tactic of disunity; however, our unity cannot be broken by this chief revisionist. But today the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union handed us a long letter that on November 5, 1960, addressed to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and distributed to all delegations participating in the Meeting of Communist and Working Parties of Moscow. Reading this letter, just as I was preparing to go to the meeting, I saw that in it our country was not among the socialist countries. I also saw that our Central Committee was attacked there, and accused of acting with anti-democratic methods against Liri Belishova and Koço Tashko, just because they are “friends” of the Soviet Union, and other slanders. Then I called Andropov and told him that I refused to go to a meeting with Nikita Khrushchev, why he, dishonestly, non-Marxist and slandering, without waiting to talk to me first, attacked our Party through an official international document, to discredit him in the eyes of the international communist movement. This action of Nikita Khrushchev means that he not only attacked us, but, in fact, created unequal conditions for talks.

THE MEETING OF 81 COMMUNIST AND WORKING PARTIES OF THE WORLD HAS BEGUN
The Moscow Meeting of the 81 Communist and Workers’ Parties of the World began in the Georgevsky Hall. We have been assigned a place near the tribune (apostafat), even next to the Koreans. There was a suffocating atmosphere in the hall and full of unexploded “storm”. The first to speak was Suslov, who delivered a report on behalf of the Commission that prepared the draft declaration. Mikoyan, Koz lovi, Suslov, Pospjelov and Andropov came to Zareçe today for a meeting. On our side were all. Terrible conversation. These meetings are proving well that the right is on our side and that we are dealing with revisionists, deceivers, hypocrites, swindlers, shameless people and traders of Marxism-Leninism. From the first meeting with us, they left empty-handed and full of “wounds” on their faces.

MIKOJANI IS LOOKING FOR A SECOND MEETING

STORMY MEETING WITH SOVIET LEADERS
Discussions continue at the 81-Party Meeting, and behind it, Soviet intrigues continue. The Soviets lit up with us. Yesterday they asked us for a new meeting, in the Kremlin, this time with the delegates of the Presidium of their Central Committee. We went to this meeting. At the meeting on the part of the Soviets were Khrushchev, Mikoyan, Kozlov, Andropov and Llaptjev. Khrushchev from the beginning tried to put us in the dock. But in this bank, we put it. We informed our friends in Tirana that we can take the floor on Tuesday, November 16th. Regarding our return to our homeland, we informed our friends that we would be leaving soon and that we were thinking of returning by sea. We ordered one of our boats to leave for Constanta, Romania.
