R E P O R T
The source informs that from the conversation he had with Myrteza Bajraktari, it turns out that Myrtezai told him ‘that he has been unjustly convicted by the state bodies and that he will ask upstairs to be considered innocent.
Myrtezai goes on to say that if he is not given his right, then he will not live in Albania. Myrtezai goes on to say that all those people who work in the camp are servile. He does not accept any form of re-education in the camp and calls unfair the forms used by the commands, such as the press reading hour, the variety show, the cheerful hour, etc.
He has said that; you who work for re-education in the camp, when you are released, the state will leave you on the streets. While he himself claims to get a good job, even a professor, that he was a man of culture, etc. He has now been released, and is in Tirana, next to his family.

Report
ON MATERIALS UNLOADED BY MYRTEZA BAJRAKTAR
Myrteza Bajraktari, son of Fahri and Remzie, born in Gostivar in 1933, with Albanian nationality and citizenship, poor class of craftsmen, graduated from high school, branch Language and Literature, U.SH.T., married, has living in Tirana, Rruga “Grigor Heba”, No. 3. In November 1970, he was arrested and serving his sentence in Ballsh, Fier district. He came to our country on 17.6.1962.
Received active processing 2 / A on 10/2/1963, with tendency: potential agent of Yugoslav Intelligence and in 1968, decreased from active processing 2 / A, to operational control 2 / B. The basis that served for his processing was the suspicions that emerged in the Filtering Center in his direction about the life and activity he showed towards the Titoist regime in Yugoslavia.
According to his statements in the Filtering Center, he was sentenced by the Titoist regime in 1953 to 5 years in prison and in 1960, to 4 years in prison, for activity against the Titoist regime and as a member of an illegal organization called “Shkëndia”, which he claimed to have created himself.
In 1962, when he was incarcerated, he agreed to work for the U.D.B. and left prison prematurely. He claimed that he did not give anything. He also claimed to have created another patriotic organization, which aimed to organize an armed uprising in Gostivar.
He came to Albania to receive instructions and help and then to return to Gostivar and organize the uprising.
In the processing of Myrteza, some B.p. have been activated, such as: “Eagle”, “Adriatic”, “Lake”, “Package”, “Summer”, “Apples”, “Ship”, “Patriot”, etc. The data obtained from the above collaborators, speak of hostile views and opinions expressed by Myrteza.
Thus, for example, in the data of B.p., “Korabi”, dated 29/7/1965, Myrtezai said: “Do not expect any help from Albania, for what we talked about when I was there, (Yugoslavia), that “Albania does not help us and I have been put in camps and prisons, so you should connect with West Germany and those who help you.”
“In Western countries there is freedom and democracy, while in communism there is not. The people are suffering from oppression. Communists are thugs and the day will come when they will disappear. If the war starts, the people in Albania will jump against the government. “In Yugoslavia, it is better than in Albania, etc.”
B.p. “Paketa”, on September 20, 1965, says: “Myrtezai told me that life is not good here, it is better for the Yugoslavs to put you in prison, but at least my family sees me and how to get free, I live as a not like here living like animals. “In Yugoslavia it is better; the people have freedom and live well.”
B.p. “Besnik”, in the statement of 21/9/1963, reported that: “Myrtezai told me that, abroad, a wonderful life is made, while we have remained in the camp, killing flies. “If the partisan brigades had not entered Kosovo, we would have liberated Kosovo itself, but they took us by the neck.”
Agent “Patrioti”, in the data of 2.XI.1970, says that: “Kapllan Resuli, told me that Myrteza Bajraktari, knows that I will flee to Yugoslavia. Myrtezai is as I have told you, both with us and with them, in some matters, but nevertheless, Myrtezai has advised me to be careful and not to fall into the trap while escaping and be killed by these. “You were crossing the border,” said Myrtezai, “you escaped.”
Since the arrested Kapllan Resuli implicates Myrteza Bajraktari in joint hostile activities, Myrteza was arrested on 12.XI.1970. Both during the investigation and in court, Myrtezai did not disband as an agent of Yugoslav Intelligence, but only admitted the crime of agitation and propaganda and was sentenced to three years in prison.
Based on the above materials, we conclude that the suspicions against him as a possible agent of the Yugoslav Intelligence remain, that Myrtezai is a person who does not like communism, on the contrary hates it, and that he should be kept under control, especially after release from prison.

Document of the investigator of the Directorate of Internal Affairs of Tirana, Elham Gjika, with the report on the materials in charge of Myrteza Bajraktari
R E L A T I O N
(On the materials in charge of Myrteza Bajraktari)
Myrteza Bajraktari, son of Fahri and Remzie, born in Gostivar in 1933, with Albanian nationality and citizenship, poor class of craftsmen, graduated from high school, branch Language and Literature, U.SH.T., married, has living in Tirana, Street “Grigor Heba No. 3 ”.
Mentioned comes from a family of craftsmen, his father was an officer in the time of Turkey. He left his mother in Yugoslavia, two brothers, one of whom is a major in the Yugoslav Navy and the other lives in Skopje, he also left two married sisters, one of whom married Mehmetali Hoxha, editor-in-chief of the pioneer newspaper, “Gëzimi ”.
Myrtezai completed primary and 8-year school in Gostivar in 1948. He continued his high school education in Tetovo and Gostivar. After finishing two classes, in 1950, due to the scholarship, he was employed in the editorial office of the newspaper “Flaka e Vëllazënimit”, until November 1950. From that time until 1953, he was a teacher in the districts of Tetovo and Prishtina. On 17 / VI / 1962, he emigrated to R.P.SH.
The investigator stated that in addition to what we said a little above, when he worked as a teacher, he spoke against the opening of Turkish schools, as well as the tendency to flee to R.P.SH. Prior to the U.D.B. investigation, he admitted that he had formed a secret organization called “Shkëndija” in Gostivar.
For this he was sentenced to five years in prison and in 1958, he was released from prison. Until 1960, he worked in various sectors. At this time he is caught trying to escape and sentenced to four years in prison.
Myrtezai states that in the Tetovo investigation, he was recruited by the head of the UDB, Kirio Atanovski, who met him several times in prison. For this he was released prematurely on 20.1.1958 and kept in touch with Colonel, Kiro Atanovski, who had also given him the nickname “Garip”.
Myrtezai has also discussed the issue of escape with other members of the organization “Shkëndija. He states that despite all the connections he had with the U.D.B., he came here with tasks from the organization to seek material help and weapons from our government, he would return again to organize the uprising in Gostivar. Up to the border, he was accompanied by two members of the organization, with whom he decided the way of communication.
At the end of the investigation, Shijak’s comrades came to the conclusion that Myrteza Bajrajrari, being compromised by the U.D.B., was sent to our country for the purpose of provocation against R.P.SH. After the investigation was completed at the Filtering Center in Shijak, he was sent to live in Seman, Fier.
On 10.11.1963, 2 / A was actively processed by the Fier Branch of Internal Affairs, as a possible agent of the Yugoslav Intelligence. During his stay in Seman, Myrtezai worked to prevent the emigrants from returning to Yugoslavia, hating the Tito regime and in some cases expressing dissatisfaction with the distrust that our bodies had towards him.
In 1968, he was demoted from category 2 / A to 2 / B, because from the agent processing, it was not proven that he had come with service from the U.D.B. Suspicions about him arose only in her of his depositions in the investigator.
In 1970, he graduated and was appointed to work as a teacher in Berat. He refused this job. Myrtezai is married to Kimete Berisha, who works in the orchestra of Radio Tirana.
It turned out that the above-mentioned agent had a friendship with Kapllan Resuli, who was being processed as a Yugoslav agent by the D.P.B. of Lushnja. He was even aware that Kapllani would escape.
From some sources, Myrteza Bajraktari speaks ill of life in our country and calls the communists “bandits”. It’s supposedly “beautiful life” in the West, especially in Germany.
As the arrested Kapllan Resuli implicated Myrteza Bajraktari in hostile activities, his arrest was made on 12.11.1970.
During both the investigation and the trial, Myrtezai did not disband as a Yugoslav intelligence agent, but only accepted agitation and propaganda. Therefore, he was sentenced to three years in prison.
We do not have materials for his stay in prison, but based on the above materials, we are convinced that the suspicions against him as a Yugoslav agent are not substantiated.
Myrtezai is a nationalist who hates both our socialist and Titoist systems. At the same time he enjoys life in Western countries.
A person like Myrtezai, I do not believe would be sent by UDB, as she knows that our government cannot sacrifice for such people in love after the “free Kosovo” and against Socialist Albania. Therefore keeping him in operational control 2 / A as a Yugoslav agent in my opinion is unnecessary.
