Haxhi ymeri, Skepët, Vishajt, M. Shpata, F. Gjuraj, I. Leka, Sh. Reçi, I. Sallaku, et al.
Report – information of the Albanian Political Intelligence operating in various Western European countries and State Security, regarding the exercises and preparations to land in Albania of the group led by Xhevdet Mustafa (originally from Durrës), which also included Selim Kuçi, Sabaudin Haznedari, Halit Bajrami, Anton Frroku and Fadik Kaceli, who with the help of two foreign soldiers, William Vincent and Fogarty Rutherford, weapons experts, as well as Jani Lekë in Italy and Eqrem Kllobçishti, a trader from Dibra who entered and left Albania as a merchant, would carry out their secret mission.
Who were the Political Intelligence officers operating under the guise of a diplomat in the Albanian embassies who monitored and supervised the movements and preparations made by the group led by Xhdevdet Mustafa in various European countries and those of the State Security in Albania, who through collaborators such as Shkodra Lake, “Actor”, “Boga”, etc., would keep under surveillance the family of Selim Kuçi (known variously as Jahuzi), in the city of Shkodra, from where he had escaped in 1963, one of the fiercest anti-communists, who served in the Court of Prince Leka Zogu in Rhodesia and who was labeled as the ‘King’s Brave’ by the Political Intelligence and State Security ?!

The bases of the group in Albania are still unknown, but Sabaudin Haznedari has said that he has secret connections with Jani Lekë, a former fascist federal in Durrës, while Xhevdet Mustafa has said that he has connections with the brothers in Durrës. Sabaudini talked to Jani Lekë, here in Rome, and they had secret contacts by phone Italy – Albania. Xhevdeti, after establishing connections through Ulcinj emigrants who go to Durrës, and with a Dibra resident, Eqerem Kllobçishti, who now lives in Italy. The group’s armament consists of 6 pistols, 5 Belgian pieces, 14 tens, and an Italian beret with 4 automatics. Silent barrels are being put on the weapons. Xhevdeti is interested in buying special weapons. For this he went to Brussels (Belgium) but did not find it because the person who supplied it, had been put in prison because he had killed a Yugoslav. Sabaudini has taken on the task of buying used military and civilian clothing and luggage, as well as bags. He will also receive medication for group treatment. The group also has binoculars, radio transmitters, compasses and travel maps. The landing of the group will be done by sea. The trip will be as follows. From Italy or Yugoslavia, they will leave with the boat which walks at 115 km per hour, is a sports boat and holds 8 people, has an engine with 350 horsepower. Then when they get close to our coast, they will board a rubber boat with a small motor and land on it. This rubber boat will be hidden in the sea or on land, because you will probably need it again.
