Memorie.al publishes a voluminous archival file issued by the institution of the Authority for Information of Former State Security Files, where there are hundreds of documents with the logo “Top secret” belonging to the former political prisoner, Xhavit Qesja, originally from the city of Kruja, whose family during the period of occupation of the country, 1939-1944, was closely associated with the Anti-Fascist Movement, being one of its main bases and made available all the wealth it had, as Xhavit was one of the first members of the Albanian Communist Party for the Kruja district, leading the Kruja-Ishëm partisan battalion and the 22nd Assault Brigade. Xhavit Qese’s political career after the end of the War, where he was appointed and served in senior positions in the Albanian Army, the apparatus of the Central Committee of the ALP, and several districts of the country, from where he was sent to study in the Soviet Union, where stayed until 1957, when he was announced to return to Albania urgently, after openly expressing his views in favor of the political line being pursued by the main Kremlin leader, Nikita Khrushchev, condemning the Stalin cult. Enver Hoxha’s conversation with Xhavit Qesen in his office in the Central Committee, where he sharply criticized him for the wrong views he had expressed during his studies in Moscow, urging him to reflect and make self-criticism, but Xhavit rejected the suggestion of the first secretary of the Albanian Labor Party, which caused him to no longer be allowed to go to the Soviet Union to complete his studies, but to be sent to work as deputy chairman of the Elbasan Executive Committee, from where a year later, he was expelled from the Party and exiled to Zvërnec Island, where the communist regime kept isolated some of the former senior party and state cadres whom he had condemned for their anti-party views. Xhavit Qesva’s long ordeal and persecution from 1957 to 1990, where he spent a full 32 years in prison and internment, being one of the few convicts in Burrell Prison who went on long hunger strikes in protest of the treatment and savage attitude that the communist regime of Enver Hoxha was holding towards him. The complete form, investigative and judicial file in charge of Xhavit Qeses, which is published for the first time by Memorie.al, which contains the documents of the former State Security that reflect the prosecution and wiretapping against him, the reports of Security collaborators with pseudonyms their correspondence with the letters he sent to the highest party and state instances, as well as the highest leaders of the ALP, until 1991 when he was released from prison!

Found:
Xhavit Qesja, son of Hajdari and Sabrije, born in Kruja in 1920, with higher education, rich business class, under occupation, with Albanian nationality and citizenship, convicted of anti-party activities, is currently serving his sentence in the Rep. . 321- Burrel.
Xhaviti, as an anti-party element has been convicted twice for his hostile activity that opposes the straight line of the Party. In 1972 he was transferred to serve his sentence in the Rep. 321 – Burrel. During the time in Rep. 321 in his direction some data have come out from B.p. “Beni” and “Butrinti”, while data from T.O. there are very few. This is because Xhavit Qesja has withdrawn from the conversations, and does not express himself or enter into debates with anyone:
The main data show that Xhaviti states that: The leader of the Party has contradictions with Chu En Lain, that it is better that these measures are taken, that the youth will renew the resistance and will actively react to the Dictatorship of the Proletariat, that the youth will return the propaganda wing against liberalism, to raise folklore to the pedestal, is the greatest absurdity of the time, that the fact that all military cadres were hit, shows that the leadership is in a deep crisis, that their policy has entered a dead end, that Security cadres are ignorant and without culture, etc.
These data on hostile activity belong mainly to the years 1973-1974 and a little to the years 1975-1976. From meetings with B.p. cohabiting with him, it turns out that Xhavit does not participate in conversations and always stays silent. The same is confirmed by T.O. when in his charge we have only some information.

SUMMARY RELATIONSHIP
In the conversation held between the convicts Gjin Marku, Kadri Hoxha and Beqir Alija, it is about the other anti-party convict, Dilaver Radëshi, which takes place on 18.9.1976 and specifically:
Gjin Marku, talking about Dilaver, says: “Yes, I know these’s well po .yes, Dilaver has started screaming…”!
While Kadri answers: “He never spoke”! “But not today – says Gjini – but – I say that he has spoken for a long time, he has reached there, as much as he says that tomorrow we will be released, that so and so”. “! “Dilaver had 14 written variants on how this leadership will be overthrown”, Kadriu supports and further develops the conversation “Written and mirrored…”!
Beqiri, how does he miraculously participate in the conversation and say: “He was so stupid kështu”?!

Also, from these convicts we benefited from another conversation with T.O. for the building Xhavit Qesja, on 9.10.1976:
Kadriu starts the conversation. The topic of conversation is the convict Xhavit Qese: In Zvërnec, he openly said that he knew the main leader of the Party. From another conversation held between the other convicts, Todi Lubonja, Filip Nashi, Dilaver Radëshi, Bardhyl Belishova and Vaskë Gjino, on 6.10.1976, 8.10.1976 and 12.10.1976, it is about Lipe’s belongings, a game military made in 1973 in the district of Mat, as well as for our music.

Dilaver approves: “Or give it to a friend…”! Todi then tells the story of his beautiful car, which Lirija sold for 8,000 lek.
Then these convicts move on to the next topic:
Vaska: Yes, we gave Burrel the first place in Mat, but also to the volunteer forces (he is talking about the military game), I arranged it for Muçi (Pajenga), Lipja asks him, if the former secretary had taken him to see the prison of Burrell? Dilaver interrupts him by saying: they say about Halim Ramohito that he visited the prison. Bardhyl also supports this, saying that he came for Pandeli Varezi. Vaska supports him, saying that they had company. And the thought ends: “….How did this work of ours that we lost at all”?!
