Memorie.al/ publishes some archival documents which are part of a voluminous file issued by the Authority for Information of Former State Security Files (AIDSSH) where it is about Bujar Muharrem Doku, former employee of the Municipal Enterprise of the city of Burrel with a radio-technical profession in the Repair-Services department, where he served from 1964 to 1977, when he was arrested by the State Security and sentenced to 7 years in prison for “hostile activity”, on charges of agitation-propaganda ”, etc. The whole investigative and judicial file of Bujar Doku, with the accusations against him as well as with the names of the Operational Workers, the heads of the Internal Affairs Branch of Mat district, investigators, prosecutors, judges, witnesses, up to the employees of the enterprise where he worked, who testified to the investigator and in the trial against him.
Defendant Bujar Doku, being a degenerate element, as well as living a disjointed life, predisposed to oppose the political line, and the revolutionary practice of our party and state, physically and consciously immersed in propaganda the filth of the external enemies of the RPS of Albania, of the Soviet social-imperialists, has long been introduced into conscious paths, into hostile activities for several years, and in meetings with people of its mold, has developed a constant activity of agitation and propaganda against popular power, against the political line of our party, with the direct aim of undermining and destroying the power of the class, and the dictatorship of the proletariat in our country. Unlike all the people, this defendant thought that the breakdown of relations between the Soviet Union and Albania was the fault of our Party. He expressed these views to witness J. P., telling him that the Soviet leadership is on the right path, while the Albanian one is on the wrong path, and these do not follow an independent policy. He extends his hostile activity deeper by saying that the Albanian government. The Albanian government once declares that we are with the Yugoslavs, then with the Soviets, and now it is broken with both of these places. In conversations with this witness, the defendant boasted of foreign music, especially Italian and Yugoslav music, comparing them with Albanian music. He has said that our music is nothing compared to these two. Likewise, the defendant Bujar Doku, falling into the bourgeois-revisionist lap of the internal enemy, has become their usual tellall. He ignores our beautiful music that is liked by people, because it is based on the popular sole, and it is sung to our employees and great works, which changed the look of the homeland …. ”!
This is stated, among other things, in the investigative and judicial file of Bujar Doku, a former employee of the Municipal Enterprise of the city of Burrel, with a radio-technical profession in the Repair Services Department, who was arrested by the State Security in June 1977. and was sentenced to seven years in prison “for hostile activity” on charges of “agitation-propaganda”, etc. In this regard, Memorie.al has the complete file in charge of Bujar Doku, which has been issued by the Authority for Information on Former State Security Files (AIDSSH.) Question: Give us detailed explanations about your guilt.
Answer: If you want, help me in this regard by telling me what I said against the People’s Power, since I myself do not remember anything that I spoke against the People’s Power and the Party.
Question: Have you ever gone to the actions organized by the party and if so, how did you receive these?
Answer: I went to the actions organized by the Party, I went to those actions for myself, I do not remember only that I went when the collective of my company went. I have welcomed the shares and together with my friends I have worked to achieve the norm.
Question: What kind of conversation did you have about the shares?
Answer: I have not had any hostile conversations about the actions. If you have information that I have made hostile conversations about the actions, I want to say that these are slanders and this is what the company has done to me.
Question: why did the company do it?
Answer: Because with the management of the company I did not go well.
Question: What actions have you taken?
Answer: I have gone to the stock hundreds of times and I do not remember what stock I went to, but I say that I went to the stock at the Ferro Chrome Plant for years, I do not remember well, at the opening of the water canal, this year in April 1977, in the threshing of corn, in the harvesting of wheat and corn, as in the Agricultural Cooperative Kurdari – Gurrë, in Baz, in Komsi, in Laç – Bruç, on the farm.
Question: How many days have you been in stock?
Answer: I have been in stock, with one day, with 5 days and with 7 days. When I went with 5 days and 7 days as is the case in Laç Bruç, we were paid based on the rate we achieved. These shares, the last years, in 1976 – ’77, that we have not been paid before.

Answer: I, in terms of my guilt, say that as long as I have been arrested, I have committed a crime. I say this because I am now analyzing myself, that you have not arrested me without guilt. Question: Give us explanations in terms of your guilt.
Answer: You have asked me in terms of action what I have to say. For this I want to say that in one case, in the months of April or May, I do not remember well, when I was in the action of opening the Water Supply Canal, I saw that I did not achieve the norm myself and with friends and for this I have saying this ‘I cannot do the norm’ and so this 15 days I will be sorry. I do not remember who was with me, I just say that they were friends of my company who listened to me. Also, for about 3-4 years, more or less I do not remember, when I saw boxing on television that took place abroad and given by foreign stations, I said that it was a pity that they removed boxing. I said this based on the fact that I was a boxer before and that I loved the sport of boxing. Who has been with me for now I do not remember and I do not remember whether they supported me or not when I said such a thing? In Burrel today, on July 13, 1977, I, the investigator Ligor Thomollari, interrogated the defendant Bujar Doku.
Question: What do you have to say about your guilt?
Answer: I want to say that in the company I was treated badly. Not just me, but my brother as well. Ahmet Palamani treated me so badly as the party secretary he was. I went to him to meet him and he told me that you are not right, you must follow the orders of the person in charge who was in the store, such as Rexhep Neli and Abaz Kadiu. The head of the repair-services branch, Nika Treska, whom we went to meet, also treated me badly, because the manager did not give us a job and she told me to go to the director to solve the problem. I went to Nika because we depended on her, but she did not expect me at all and told me to run to the director. So, from the bad treatment that they and Abaz Kadiu have done to me, I have also spoken to them. Since I talked a lot, I spoke because I was also excited about the head of the account H. I., as he also had a bad time with the director of the company. He told me that the director had opened the old papers for that deficit I from 1969-1970, wanted to dismiss me and sue me. I told H see why he is doing this to me, when I was and I am fine, H… told me that just as he does to you, he does to me.

In Burrel today, 15.7.1977, I, the investigator Ligor Thomollari, interrogated the defendant Bujar Doku.
Question: What do you have to say about your guilt?
Answer: I have not done agitation and propaganda against the party and the government, but I say that I could have done it unintentionally with some irregular expression, not thinking that it was harmful. So, when we went into action for long days, we had nothing to take with us and I expressed myself by saying that there is nothing in the shops except eggs and cheese and there is no salami, or anything else at all times. There was a time when we ever went into action for harvesting corn, which was spoiled by not doing the services on time and I said we waste days in vain not working in our premises but coming here. The cooperative has nowhere to shelter the blessings we reap. I do not remember where I said this, years or years ago, but it seems to me that I said it in Suç. I also do not remember who he was. As I have said before, that I was skeptical against the director of the company, because I was suffering financially, I even managed to say: how can the head of the District Party Committee not do this thing that the director is doing all these things in our enterprise, as in the shoe department, barber, knitwear, radio technician and others. I said this after the director made bad publicity for us, saying that I do not have good specialists for these professions. So, from the mistreatment that was done to me in the company as well as from my bad economic situation, I had lost it and I could have made some other expression, but that now I do not remember.

In Burrel today, on July 23, 1977, I, the investigator Ligor Thomollari, interrogated the defendant Bujar Doku.
Question: What do you have to say about your guilt?
Answer: I am analyzing myself and saying that I am guilty in these cases. So, regarding the actions, I say that I am guilty, after I told Sali Përleka not to do these on Sundays, but to do them on Tuesday when we had a break, but he told me that this is how it was decided. Later, I told him when he entered the store, that they informed me about the action, that you always upset us with these actions. Present as far as I remember were co-workers in the store. I do not remember how Sali answered me.
I want to say that when the XI Song Festival was held on Radio Television, I saw this in the house of… Berhan, where other people were also present. After I liked this festival and at the time, I saw it I said it is better than other festivals. I said this after the organization of this festival was different from other festivals. I said this even later after the end of the festival. I also want to say that when customers came to me and asked me about spare parts which TV lamp is better and stronger, I said that the best and strongest are German and Hungarian lamps.

Question: What do you have to say about your guilt?
Answer: As I have explained before in the various trials in the criminal record, I find myself guilty of the crime of agitation and hostile propaganda, and all that I have said in previous trials is true. I also say that I will atone for the guilt I committed with the Party with work where it is needed. Thus, it was not for me to speak in that form against the Party and its leadership concerning the breakdown of relations with the Soviet Union. Nor did it occur to me to think as an enemy of art and culture. Likewise, it was not for me to express myself in a hostile way about our music and comparing it to foreign music. Likewise, it was not for me to speak and express myself as I have expressed myself in relation to the officers and other expressions that I have written in the criminal record that I have said before.
