Memoriel.al/ publishes two rare photos of the Traffic Police, in Albania in the 70’s. In the first photo, two police officers are seen performing a daily routine patrol. While in the second photo, you can clearly see the traffic police in a city of the country, behind whose back is the famous State Security car, Pobieda. The photo was taken in November 1972, on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence.
