Memorie.al publishes a voluminous archival file issued by the institution of the Authority for Information of Former State Security Files, where there are hundreds of documents with the logo “Top secret” belonging to the former political prisoner, Xhavit Qesja, originally from the city of Kruja, whose family during the period of occupation of the country, 1939-1944, was closely associated with the Anti-Fascist Movement, being one of its main bases and made available all the wealth it had, as Xhavit was one of the first members of the Albanian Communist Party for the Kruja district, leading the Kruja-Ishëm partisan battalion and the 22nd Assault Brigade. Xhavit Qese’s political career after the end of the War, where he was appointed and served in senior positions in the Albanian Army, the apparatus of the Central Committee of the ALP, and several districts of the country, from where he was sent to study in the Soviet Union, where stayed until 1957, when he was announced to return to Albania urgently, after openly expressing his views in favor of the political line being pursued by the main Kremlin leader, Nikita Khrushchev, condemning the Stalin cult. Enver Hoxha’s conversation with Xhavit Qesen in his office in the Central Committee, where he sharply criticized him for the wrong views he had expressed during his studies in Moscow, urging him to reflect and make self-criticism, but Xhavit rejected the suggestion of the first secretary of the Albanian Labor Party, which caused him to no longer be allowed to go to the Soviet Union to complete his studies, but to be sent to work as deputy chairman of the Elbasan Executive Committee, from where a year later, he was expelled from the Party and exiled to Zvërnec Island, where the communist regime kept isolated some of the former senior party and state cadres whom he had condemned for their anti-party views. Xhavit Qesva’s long ordeal and persecution from 1957 to 1990, where he spent a full 32 years in prison and internment, being one of the few convicts in Burrell Prison who went on long hunger strikes in protest of the treatment and savage attitude of the communist regime of Enver Hoxha towards him. The complete form, investigative and judicial file in charge of Xhavit Qeses, which is published for the first time by Memorie.al, which contains the documents of the former State Security that reflect the prosecution and wiretapping against him, the reports of Security collaborators with pseudonyms their correspondence with the letters he sent to the highest party and state instances, as well as the highest leaders of the ALP, until 1991 when he was released from prison!

These are united by the needs they have as enemies who are to support and help each other. And it is known that some, for example, Vaskë Gjino, find it difficult, not to say impossible to live. Thus, the need pushes them to accept and seek support, connections, ways and means, in order to ensure the coordination of hostile activity.
But at the core of support is ideology, concepts and common views. This explains, for example, Fadil Paçrami’s interest in Gjergj Titan or vice versa; the special care of the couple Maqo Çomo and B. Belishova for Vaskë Gjinon; of Xhavit Qeses for Abdul Banushi etc. Because here we have had cases where you fall on your feet, and they do not give you a spoonful of water, no more help… “! It never happens that this is done without interest.
He has tried at the expense of the excess of bread or food, to be thrown in the hole of the toilet and no one gave it and He does not accept. But by the way, the help in this direction, from some, such as, for example, from Gjin Marku and Xhavit Qesja, is given even when they have the “conviction” that this or that is a collaborator of the Security bodies. Thus, for example, Gjin Marku has always helped Hazbi Lamçe, now also Xhavit Qesja, because they start from compromising intentions, so that he is influenced and reports “objectively”.
Resources that nurture hostile resistance and their hopes.
These are popular. There are two main sources: But even in this matter apparently, there is no single opinion. There are among them those who have hope in the external factor, others who associate it with the internal factor.
For the group: Maqo Çomo, Vaskë Gjino, Gjin Marku, etc., as pro-Soviet, keep their head and hopes only in an intervention and reversal of the situation with military actions. They see this not only as possible, but as an event that cannot be avoided. They see the rivalry and exacerbation of the contradictions between the Soviet Union and the United States in Europe and the Balkans as favorable. “They are amazed… it would explode” (says Vaskë Gjino) and “this will not last”. These, as it is known, question the resistance of the People’s War and with the striking force that the Soviet Union has, at that medium tempo, it is able to carry out the military operation by surprise, without being able to react, and not allow you to breathe.
Xhavit Qesja thinks or at least expresses himself differently. “They are waiting for the Kulikov parachutists and the Zims to come and take them,” he said of the pro-Soviet group.
In that case I would beg them to give me a rifle; I would fight against the invaders and quislings. “If I stay alive, I will come back to the prison gate and serve my sentence.”
Without becoming a sinner of Xhavit’s “patriotism”, the question arises where he keeps his head, how do you see the way out?! Xhavid, is known as a closed man. The Soviets and their group hate them. And then what do you hope for? Because – he says – that is how he would act “against any external interference”. Again we will not doubt, although he speaks kindly and sympathetically about the positions of the (former) Communist Parties of Europe, for example, the Italian one, after the XXth Congress, condemns and joins them against the intervention of the Hungarian occupation, Czechoslovakia and Afghanistan. This Xhavit Qesja has not lost all hope. If we analyze some of his expressions, it turns out that he has hope in the internal factor. “I see the future in the progress of the country, in the University, in the Academy, in science and technology. Acquisition of scientific knowledge by the Youth, this is my dream, here I have hopes. Only this and then will make the revolution! I was wrong, but he hopes that the Youth will make the overthrow, “you will look and judge with objectivity all the historical events”.
Others, especially Fadil Paçrami, Gjergj Titani and Todi Lubonja, are somewhat reserved in this matter, but convinced that “there will be an overthrow.” (Todi Lubonja) “That history has its say, regardless of whether we will be alive or not”, “That in our country it is necessary and structural changes will take place – These are necessary and necessary…”. (Fadil Paçrami).
This trio, especially Todi (Lubonja) has no hope, does not believe in Maqo Çomo’s dreams, but connects with him through many threads, the hatred they have for the Party, its line, etc.…!
Todi Lubonja does not want, apparently and by any expression will not join any group. Because, thanks to ingenuity, no matter how much they like what others hope for, he does not believe. And his immediate goal is to escape another blow, which he fears and anticipates. This is the meaning of the expressions “I want isolation”. He is cunning. He does not trust anyone.
The permanent food source of these, of hostile activity, remains the entire, old waste. These are carriers of such microbourgeois doses that there is no medicine to save them.
If, as it was said, they have not achieved a union and organization on this side, a waste has a negative role (for them). They are such that even they themselves hear them claim that: “There is no place for rabbits”, the word “whore” and “cod” cannot be found. (Respectively Maqo Çomo and V. Gjino). Because, regardless of the differences, they are all revisionists, they have an ideological basis, they have the same hatred for Marxism-Leninism and for the Party.
No matter how “desolate” Maqua is, he does his best to approach them “to forget what divides them, but to look to the future”, yet the effort is in vain.
Here in the conduct and attitude of these, perhaps more clearly than anywhere else stands out, the morals and character of the right-wing opportunists.
They are more arrogant and arrogant than one another; they do not give way to anyone! They often talk about the special personalities that each one has and there is no doubt that they are distinguished and have special ones. Gjergj Titani stands out above all, for his contempt, quarrel, arrogance, arrogance and all-round “knowledge”.
He insults Maqo Çomon, Fadil Paçrami and Todi Lubonja in turn, with a dictionary of thugs. No doubt, they quarrel loudly with Todd, they say to each other: “Do not tease me …………………. “You are without culture and without education,” the other expects.
Whoever listens to them for the first time, I will remember that hating will happen, one would wonder how it is possible for these people with “culture” and all that responsibility, to reach this grade! Mutual concessions, even without limits to each other, have become norms of their morality.
As such they do not trust each other. It is accompanied by disbelief, doubt, slander and gossip. In 90% of cases, if two people get together here, they probably curse a third…!
They accept it without shame and once he hears it said: “friendship with a finger in b ……”, “to extort from each other”.
Precisely because they are such, their “union” can be split, traced and recognized. Disbelief in general and in particular towards those who doubt, is an obstacle, but not an insurmountable obstacle.

One of the most effective ways to fight them has been to confront them. It has been a long time since the debate on the political issue has been replaced by face-to-face conversations. In this regard, resentments, quarrels and quarrels between them have been used. Other sources can be used in the future, besides him personally, he had the data against Lipe Nashi, Kiço Ngjela and Rrahman Përllaku, but he tried to prove and compare the truth.
