Memorie.al/ The source announces that in a conversation he had with Pashko Bici’s wife, (Leze Bici), who is a teacher at the Gurëzi school, she said, among other things: One day she was at a cooperative warehouse, where there were two other women and former priest Shqefan Kurti. The latter said to me during the conversations: How do you deal with the revolutionization? Much, much is made of it. But in fact, I take the students of your 8th grade school and they have no calligraphy writing at all, they are not able to make a regular prayer or even write a beautiful envelope address with aesthetics. I told him we work, but the goal is not achieved at once, after a while, those flaws will be eliminated. Then they can’t have your aesthetic, because you have a big school. Agreed, he answered, but it seems to me that we have learned better after watching.
On another occasion, he met Shqefa Kurti alone on the street and after greeting, Shqefni told him: This year you have even more work, which means the revolutionization of the school. – He met one day with Marash Bici and he told him, among other things: One day when I was working at the warehouse, Shqefan Kurti started to tell us about his life, saying: Since I started university and until I fell into prison, I have never worn a different suit and never worn a shirt twice without changing it, each time a new suit and washed shirts, which is what he wanted to talk about his fabulous life in the past.

The source announces that in a conversation he had with Shqefa Kurti, the conversation from the discussion of the book “Old Albanian events”, Shqefni had read this book and among the others said: Well, that book has turned from poetry to prose, but it would be good if they had marked at the end the author, or the time it came out or, from whom they were taken. He asked, have you ever written anything about language. No, Shqefni told him, but when I was at the United Nations, I raised the issue of Albanian linguistics. I have seen this book and the texts they printed now, but I find them redundant.
E…. that rise larger. Why not write the word as we pronounce it! During the ongoing conversation, Luçe Maç Luli, who worked with Shqefni, asked him: How old are you? I am 72 years old, said Shqefni. Then he asked: Did you ever work while you were in prison? Shqefni said no, I have never worked. In the ongoing conversation, Mr. Luca said: With the living conditions where you are, you are not bad. Shqefni said: For you, these conditions are not bad compared to what you were in the past. Dante Alighieri says: There is nothing more difficult than remembering happy days in difficult times. I.e., that Shqefni had been very good to me, now he was unhappy.

The source announces that on 29/12/1967, I met Shqefa Kurti on the street near the Gurzi shops, during the conversations I had with him, Shqefni told the source: I was appointed as a parish priest in the church of Shënavlash in Durrës, on left, the reason for this was the priest of Durrës, after he complained to the bishop and the government about my appointment. – He did this only because his income was reduced, because he was serving as a priest in Durrës?
Shqefni told the source: He is mean-spirited, speaks well and is also very pro-government. At this time, he told him that he has taken shelter in the cell of the Gurezi church, after which the young priest took him to live with him, as a person without income. He said: that the new priest is better than Dom Anton Doçi, as a man and a priest.

Tirana, on 7/IV/1970, came to that 70-year-old Shtjefën Kurti, once a priest, now a cooperative member in Gurëz te Milot, to buy groceries in Tirana. He always complains that he is in a bad economic situation, so he has to work hard. Kurti asked him what had been done with the religious liturgy, that reforms and changes had been made. He replies that he also heard that some changes were made in the mass.
Kurti said that he had heard on the radio that changes had been made in the mass so that the believers in Italy had left the mass in protest. He added that he had not heard this. I don’t know what to say, said Kurti, this Pope is making big changes. From the West, it seems, the Catholic people are pampered. He says we don’t know anything anymore. Kurti added that it seems, such changes are made so that the priest can be in contact with the people during the ceremony.

The source announces that during the talks he had with Mark (Bardhok) Mark, in the dungeon, from 3/31/1970 until 4/14/1970, Bardhok told him:
– Nikoll Ndue Miri told me: why are you in a hurry for the house – for the finger of Christ and those who have built their houses in foreign lands, they have no luck.
– Kola Luka, I am afraid that they will ask him like this: what did you steal and did you talk to Bardhok, perhaps as he told himself, and in this case, I am afraid that Kola will also talk about the dissatisfaction and bad life in the agricultural cooperative, which I have talk to him. The people who worked and fought with them are also dissatisfied, because they did not keep the gossip they had on the mountain. Here, for example; says Bardhoku, it’s right: you and I start by building a house, clean the bushes together, lay the foundations, walls, doors and windows, build the wall of the courtyard and put the door, and when he comes to put the clothes inside, I tell you that you don’t have a part, how does that look?
When you ask for parts, I tell you that you have the decorations, oh what do you do with the decorations, add them to the myth? As for the bad living in the cooperative, it seems, there are 60 houses in Gurëz that don’t eat dinner or breakfast, they don’t have anything to buy bread with, there are families of 7-8-9 people, who have one job and get 70 Lek, while bread alone requires 70 ALL, what kind of living is this? I know a family in Gurëz that eats more every dinner without bread than with bread. Likewise, Bardhoku says, I know a family in Gurëz that is 18 people, that 3 workers go to work and I have seen them all summer months, they take bread with two roasted peppers with salt, or with half an onion.
I also know, says Bardhoku, people in Gurëz who go 3 weeks without shaving, why don’t they have 5 lek to buy a razor. Why can you call it a good life if you can’t buy a new shirt or a pair of pants for a year? – Every year everything has been getting narrower, what has been for years, will not be this year, what is this year, will not be next year.
There is no more, they said to me, my dynymi, yes, our dynymi, my cow is no more, but our cows, my chicken is no more, but our chickens, my voice is no more, but ours is, my house and my belongings are no longer there, but our houses and our belongings, and this only stops when it comes to the jackets you are wearing, Shtejfën Kurti told me.
In our government, says Bardhoku, only two people give orders, sometimes they ask a third, but what the first one says is done, and all the others, except for sehir. For example, someone can stand up to discuss and fully approve what the elder says, that the people should not wear 3 jackets but only 2 and 1 is too much, then someone else can stand up and say that the people don’t have anything he needs two jackets and he has 1 well and others do sehir.
Even a friend told me that a part of the leadership of the Party and the Government, no one asks them and they do not do any work. A friend told me that, the more my mother is asked, the more one of the leaders is asked, he already receives that salary and makes every plan about the army first, only in one thing no one surpasses him, food. And the waste of a leader’s dishes can be enough to eat a family of 8 people who suffer for bread in Gurëz.
Shqefan Kurti told me that: the First Secretaries of the Party in the districts live well, they have three servants, one to sweep and wash, one to take care of the children and one for the kitchen. Thus, the First Secretary of the Party in Durrës has two cars at his disposal, a transport plane and a jet plane. This Shtejfën Kurti, despite being over 60 years old, has a fresh mind like that of a young Fringo and he knows more than those in Tirana.
Shtjefni has shown me some ghanas with their fur raised for their crimes, Shtjefni has told me about the tortures they did to him in the dungeon, stripping, tying him, beating him, in cement with water and, putting spies in dungeon and a spy, Shtjefni told me, they left him in the dungeon for 5 months and Shtjefni is so determined, that for 5 months he didn’t say good morning to that spy, but constantly when he tried to speak, he turned his back.
I tell Bardhoku, I didn’t leave this wrong, I brought him meat, cheese and everything he needed, I even gave him money, although this money owed him more than 30,000 ALL in Gurëz. This shows Bardhoku, he is very determined and in good spirits. Jakomon and Zogu asked this, and at that time he cut the rope, if you cried.
In the conversations with Bardhok, think of learning what other activity he developed with these other people, if this activity was organized between them and who is the main one. To learn this, tell Bardhok that: I think that what you know about Kola Luka and Nikolla Miri, I think you should deposit them because they can endanger you, and Kola, in order not to remove him from the coast guard, can He have reported what he did or told you himself. Nikola may tell him out of fear or to improve his own biography. As for Shtjefa Kurti, I don’t believe that he is still involved in politics, and not only that, as you say, he is old now, but also that he was once in prison, so he has burned the wave and now he has to blow and mow.
The data has operational value because it reveals the pivot of the hostile activity of the former priest Dom Shtjefën Kurti.
1) To take measures to validate these data.
2) The report should be printed in 4 copies.
3) Kurti’s request to be processed with other data we have for him.

The source announces that during the talks he had with Bardhok (Mark) Mark in the dungeon, Bardhok told him: I have talked many times with Shtejf Kurti, only in the presence of Pjeter Biba and Shtjefni told me that, until now, the history of has shown that Germany and the USA are the strongest countries and not a single country can resist them. He also told us that, in Italy, life is good, you can keep a shop and land as much as you want. We listened to the radio, the Voice of America, at Stjefni’s house, and Stjefni explained to us what the radio said to us in Italian, German and Soviet languages. Shtjefni told me that: soon this system will break down, that it is destined to fail.
In the Party and in the Central Committee, there are quarrels and some change is expected. One day when I was sitting at the hangars, Stejfni gave me two thick papers and some papers inserted in them and said to me: put them in the oven and wait until these are burned. I don’t remember all the conversations I had with Stjefni e Pjetri. I don’t know, said Bardhoku, but Shtjefni will be in prison? Without further ado, he told him, as far as these things have come. Bardhoku continued: then the devil took the job, isn’t he old and there is no one to help him.
Bardhoku told him that I talked once with Pjetër Biba, Preng Luka and Frang Luka, he told us that the Government has a lot of unrest and soon this system will change. On another occasion, I talked with Zef Nishin about the bad living in the cooperative and when I told him that I could support 4 of them with 70 lek a day? Zefi told me that: like you, you have many people, you don’t even have a friend.
On another occasion, I was going to the side of the canal with Ndue Lleshi and Ndue told me that: the water came to us, the light did, now the Party system must be changed. About the bad life in the cooperative, I talked on one occasion with Preng Ndue Lleshin and Prenga said to me: “Look how we go and flatter ourselves; we have everything after we became a cooperative, we can’t live without stealing a little”! “The Flower”
The task left you to implement what was given to you on the 14th and 15th of this month.
