Myrtezai was arrested by the UDB in 1952, after he was part of a secret organization called the ‘Albanian National-Democratic Organization’, and he was sentenced to seven years in political prison, which he served in the Nis prison and Idrizovo. Escape from Yugoslavia and coming to Albania, where after staying for some time in the internment camp in Seman of Fier, he was given the right to high school, graduating from the University of Tirana in Language and Literature, but after refusing the appointment in the city of Berat, in 1971, he was arrested and sentenced to seven years in political prison, on charges of “agitation and propaganda”. His release from prison left him without a job until the fall of the communist regime and his appointment as Consul General of Albania in Switzerland, until 1993, as well as his election as Honorary President of the Albanian League in the World, for the countries of Benelux, where he worked for the cause of Kosovo, until he passed away on December 11, 2020. The source informs that on 1.11.1983, when Selimi returned to the room and asked him, how did you spend it with the investigator, have you been back from the investigation for a long time ?! He replied: there are times when the investigator released me, asked me what order Zefi told me and that you did.
I told the investigator that Zefi told me to hang out together every day, as I could be at risk of enmity. The investigator asked the defendant, Zefi, with whom did the fugitives meet in Yugoslavia? I was embarrassed and told Niman Kadriu of Shoshan of Tropoja.
The investigator told me: what Zefi talked to Niman, I answered that, I do not know anything more. The investigator told me, speak for yourself and tell it all, not always by asking. The source says that he knows Myrteza Bajraktari, he had conversations with him but, after prison, Myrtezai interrupted the conversations with the source and some other Kosovars, saying that: “my friends did me harm”. Myrtezai grows more with his baxhanak, Ahmet Sadiku.
There is another bakery in Shkodra, Estref Kelmendin. Regarding Selim Kelmendi in Fushë Krujë, who was recently arrested, the source says that he!

I am also interested in Selim Kelmendi. He is in Tirana prison. It is completely isolated. Only 1 kg. biscuits and sugar, allowed to be sent to him by his wife. Myrtezai met his wife in Fushë Krujë. I also met him when he came here.
Selimi is accused of holding a 12-year-old boy. This boy came to Albania after the demonstrations in Kosovo, and settled in the Orphanage. He is very smart and Selimi has kept him in his house for several months.
For this, Shaban Braha went to him and told him that the child should stay where he is placed. The child himself has refused to stay in the Orphanage. After that, he left and went to Kosovo.
There, he spoke for five days on the Radio, one hour a day. Here, they recorded it and came to the conclusion that: the material was prepared by Selim Kelmendi, as he, as a child, did not have the opportunity to prepare such materials.

On 23.11.1983, the spring goes to the house of Estref Kelmendi where the reception was very good. After he started cursing as usual because there was no one at home, Estrefi started telling, about a concern that Myrteza Bajraktari had, for his daughter. During this conversation, he indicated that he had met Rustem Gjata’s son in Tirana.
The source asked Rustem how he works. What he said about Selim Kelmendi. Selimi spoke to me about Rustem with sympathy, the source says. Estrefi says that Rustem is a very good man. The source says: in what sense is Rustem good…?! Selimi had a close friend. You should not treat people like that.
Rustem is a very good man. But Selimi made a serious mistake and they do not forgive him. In these jobs the smallest mistake is like the work of the current.
