Officer Nasi Bakuli, the son of Koço and Lefteria, was born in the village of Saraqinisht in the district of Gjirokastra, in 1950.
Comes of middle peasant origin and in the position of clerk (officer), party member, graduated from the Military Academy, with duty, Commander of the Group 152 m / m. Peqin. Effective in Br. 3rd Elbasan Artillery.
Before the liberation, his parents were engaged in animal husbandry. His grandfather was an immigrant in Turkey. He has returned to his hometown. After the liberation, 50 head of cattle were nationalized. While his mother’s father, has been a priest.

The hostile activity of the above is expressed in the following directions:

Speaking with hatred for our state, among other things, he says: “Here is the prison of the world, this state is held with spies and reports, and the situation is not good. Can’t you see what’s going on? Murders, arrests, every year the same things happen, we want to live in peace and happiness, but these (it is about leadership), do not leave us… ”!
Speaking with contempt for our people and their culture, he says, among other things: “There are people here without culture and incompetent, because there is no culture in Albania, they are stupid, musical”! And expressing the peak of his hatred, both towards the people and towards the leadership, he says: “If I have something in my hand, it burns everyone…”!
- Has developed agitation and propaganda against our cooperative order, expressing dissatisfaction:
“In the village,” he says, “life is very hard.” Is there nothing to eat or wear? Even cattle and cows have been herded, we have everything bad. People are being killed on the streets, they are stealing, and there is no thief like here… ”! He speaks with nostalgia for his parents’s past. “Before the liberation,” he says, “we were rich, we were all smart, but they did not love my family.” What do they have now?! You are ruining the world of money and they do not come out to me”?!
Expresses dissatisfaction, why he has not been held accountable. “Not They do not believe me, they do not elevate me to a position, although I have four high schools and I am quite smart,” he says and continues – “If the time comes, I will take revenge.” I am not satisfied, even the King of Albania to make me. Nasi Bakuli concretizes all these with the great desire he has to escape from Albania. Regarding this problem, he says, among other things: ” all I would have all my dreams come true with the Russians, I have people in Turkey, better a porter in the port there, the hopefully opens the way and leaves, to leave the Army and Albania”.
From the data we have, it turns out that Nasi Bakuli, has met with foreign nationals who have come as visitors to our country. In September last year, at which time he started his hostile activity, he went to Durrës to the house of Perikli Kokocani. There, he met with two visitors from Greece, with whom he had talks. Nasi Bakuli showed these conversations to his collaborator, where he says: “That Greek woman told me that in Greece, people like you are ministers”.

Since there is no legal evidence to use the strike policy against him and taking into account the fact that he mentioned serves in special weapons, not excluding the possibility that he is a foreign intelligence agent, we think that Nasi Bakuli should be released by the Army.
