The first part
Enveri: “The Russian ambassador has been running away from Tirana for ten months and the Kremlin complains to us that we are not creating working conditions for him, but their embassy here has 80 people who deal with espionage”!
Memorie.al/publishes some documents extracted from the Central State Archive, (the fund of the former Central Committee of the PPSh), where the personal fund of the former main leader of communist Albania, the dictator Enver Hoxha, is also located in his diary political that belongs to the period June 1961, November 1963, he has kept notes and analyzed some of the main events of that period, such as: Nikita Khrushchev’s meeting with John Kennedy in Vienna, the irritated relations between official Tirana and Moscow, after the collapse of diplomatic relations between the two countries and the withdrawal of the Russian ambassador from Tirana in November 1961 (according to Enver, the Soviet embassy had a staff of over 80 people and all of them were engaged in espionage), the arrival in Albania of trade delegations from Czechoslovakia , the German Democratic Republic and Romania, (which Enver saw as their apology to Albania), Enver’s conversations with Ramiz Ali, for an article in “Voice of the People”, regarding the meeting in Sofia on “Balkan understanding “, reports and relations of the Labor Party of Albania, with the Communist Party of China and some of the Communist Parties of Europe and beyond, the tense political climate between the USA and Fidel Castro’s Cuba, (which almost turned into a conflict military, among them the missile crisis in the “Bay of Pigs”) and the role of the Soviet Union in that conflict, which according to Enver left Cuba in the mud. The visit of Josif Broz Tito to Moscow and the reports between the two countries, the beginning of atomic tests by the USA, the telephone conversation between Khrushchev and Kennedy, the release by the Soviets of an American spy, until the assassination of the US president -ve, John Kennedy on November 22, 1963, as well as the comments made by Hoxha, about that event that shocked the whole world!

REVISIONIST LEADERS HAVE HIGH HOPES FROM KHRUSHOV’S MEETING WITH KENNEDY
Khrushchev left for Vienna. On the way he stopped in Czechoslovakia where he was received by the “great friend” of the Soviet Union, Novotny. We are informed that, incognito, Dezhi, Zhivkoja and Kadari were also in Bratislava. About the soup he will cook in Vienna, Khrushchev does not even deign to inform us. How much better! Let the revisionists bear the responsibility themselves! The revisionist leaders of the camp have high hopes from this meeting. Indeed, they live at the mercy of any testimony from Kennedy, while he asks them to make more concessions. And the revisionist leaders will do so even more. They will definitely be exposed for their betrayals!
SATURDAY, JUNE 3, 1961
A MEETING THAT WILL HAVE NO RESULTS
Khrushchev in Vienna talking to Kennedy. Nothing will stop. The imperialist matures and matures with the revisionist.
DURRES, TUESDAY, JULY 25, 1961
KENNEDY THREATS
Kennedy made a very threatening speech about the Berlin affair. He must be given a strong answer. We will give a punch, but this is like a punch given to an elephant. The revisionist Khrushchev must answer him. Let’s see what he will do. His satellites, of course, will wait for the journeyman to speak.
SATURDAY NOVEMBER 25, 1961
THEY TRY TO SCARE US, WE SCARE THEM
The Soviet government continues hostile acts against our country. She announced that she is withdrawing her ambassador from Albania, allegedly because we “don’t create working conditions for them”. Low slander as always. The ambassador, in fact, has been away from Tirana for nearly 10 months. Also, it’s been almost a month since all the ambassadors of the People’s Democracy countries of Europe have left. They have stopped all activities. However, the Soviet embassy in Tirana has over 80 people who do nothing but espionage and diversion against the Party and our country. They think to scare us, but we scare them. Nikita Khrushchev, masking his actions under the great authority of the Soviet Union, is making major concessions to the imperialists in order for his revisionist, counter-revolutionary and pacifist line to win. He and his friends are almost silent and have turned a deaf ear to the war against imperialism, with the American one at the head.
Khrushchev is making great efforts to make him understand and convince Kennedy and his group that they are not afraid of the Soviet Union and that they can get along if Kennedy, before his big concessions, makes some concessions to create a modus vivendi. Khrushchev and his friends have directed their propaganda against Bonn and completely avoid bringing out the responsibility of the United States of America in arming the new German Wehrmacht. On the other hand, Khrushchev and his group attack us, indirectly attack China, protect and incite India, get close to Tito. All these are bouquets of flowers for Kennedy, who is not satisfied with empty spoons, but demands that Khrushchev still make concrete concessions. This one tries with imperialist concessions to split the alliances, but the Americans will throw their hands down his throat. Time will prove everything. Khrushchev is a traitor to communism.

THE BEGINNING OF THE DESTRUCTION OF THE KHRUSHOVIAN BLOCK. INTERESTING SITUATION IN REVISIONIST COUNTRIES
The decision to come to us, on their own initiative, of the trade delegations of Czechoslovakia, the German Democratic Republic and Romania, should be considered a withdrawal from them. It is likely that many revisionist leaders did not think and did not calculate how far Khrushchev’s betrayal would lead them. It is possible that they want to disguise themselves, but also stop on the road to avoid being completely unmasked. There is no doubt that Khrushchev’s adventure in foreign policy makes them “think” a little. Khrushchev doesn’t even ask them, they react “as much as their hearts allow”, but before drowning; prepare the “rescue” from the steamer. In the ranks of the Khrushchevites, tactical retreats are appearing, slow and with tricks, caused by various reasons.
It is no coincidence that Gomulka, on the 20th anniversary of the founding of the United Polish Workers’ Party, did not speak at all about the 20th Congress, or the 22nd Congress, or Khrushchev, or us. It seems that from his revisionist positions he has objections to Khrushchev-Dezhi, also, he is following Gomulka’s line. In the speech he delivered at the Party’s active in Bucharest, at the end of January, even though the topic was: “The 22nd Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, as far as it was published in the press, it did not even The 22nd Congress, neither Khrushchev, nor us, nor China. In the “Rinascita” magazine, of the Italian Communist Party, from the end of this month parts of the main Chinese articles (against Kennedy, the article about Azhuba, and the article against Tito) were faithfully reproduced.
The French Communist Party has lowered its feathers, slowed down its attacks, is retreating with stunts before the pressures of the mass of the party, which is almost 50 percent, has openly expressed itself in favor of us and China and against Khrushchev and his revisionist theses supported by Torezi and Co. The French leadership is obliged to say to the masses of the party: “Keep your views on the Communist Party of China and the Labor Party of Albania, if we preserve the unity of the party.” This is the beginning of the destruction of the Khrushchev revisionist bloc. We must follow the situation, which is becoming interesting and benefit in the interest of the Party, of Marxism-Leninism.
FRIDAY FEBRUARY 2, 1962
Khrushchev and his son-in-law’s “diplomacy”.
Axhubei’s “diplomacy” is “shining” from the scandals. Khrushchev, on the side of his son-in-law, is negotiating with Kennedy, with imperialism. He is preparing capitulations, shameful compromises and making scandalous concessions to the Americans, to save his own skin and that of his suite.
SATURDAY FEBRUARY 3, 1982
DEMONSTRATION AGAINST THE REMOVAL OF GOTVALD FROM THE PRAGUE MAUSOLEUM
In the grassroots organizations of the Czechoslovak Communist Party, there is firm opposition to the leadership because of its stance against us. It is said that in Gotvaldov, there have been demonstrations against the decision to remove Gotvald’s corpse from the Prague mausoleum. Firlinger, a member of the Political Bureau of the Czechoslovak Communist Party, told the Chinese ambassador that the issue of the war against the cult has become stale, vulgar (in a word, as we say). The leadership of the American Communist Party (revisionist) has begun to exclude a number of comrades at the top and at the base, with the accusation that they are “Stalinists”. Thus, she is pleasing Khrushchev and Kennedy. Satisfy two enemies with one shot.
MONDAY FEBRUARY 5, 1962
PROVOCATIVE ACTION OF THE CZECHOSLOVAK REVISIONISTS AGAINST CHINA
The Chinese inform us that the Central Committee of the Czechoslovak Communist Party has addressed a letter to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, with which it accuses the Chinese comrades of “disrupting unity, being anti-Leninists, being against coexistence”, etc. etc. This document was submitted to them on January 20, 1962. The revisionists, even with the Chinese, are following the same provocative tactics as with us. They have suffered from us, now they are trying for China to open fire in front of Khrushchev’s tails and he will finally start throwing the ball “like Zeus from Olympus…”, revisionist.
They are working to prepare the ground in their parties against China, they do so from a letter only to say later that “we are indebted to the Chinese”, and it is no wonder that, after they have put them well in their brackets, a good part of the leaders of the communist and labor parties, to call a formal meeting and there to “wash their hands” with China. This will be the sure death for them and the steps of their union with Kennedy, Tito, Nehru. Will see.
VLORE, WEDNESDAY MARCH 14, 1962
Note
I talked with Ramiz about how to write an article about the Sofia meeting on “Balkan understanding”. I also talked and gave instructions to Ramiz about a new article against Khrushchev. To unmask the efforts he allegedly made to talk to us. The conference of 18 countries on disarmament was opened in Geneva. The arguments, the long talks, the useless actions and the concessions of Nikita, to the pressures of Kennedy, are starting.
SATURDAY MAY 26, 1962
POLARIZATION OF REVISIONISM – MODERN
Modern revisionism is polarizing and, at the same time, integrating peacefully into the camp. Tito maneuvers deftly; he will receive large loans, both from the Soviets and from the Americans. They declared that they see nothing wrong with Yugoslavia strengthening its relations with the Soviet Union. So, as we predicted, Tito is the strongest bridge between Khrushchev and Kennedy. Zhivkov is the featherless parrot, who sings shameful hymns to Khrushchev, calling him “the greatest Marxist of our time.” He also sings the song of relations between Bulgaria and Yugoslavia, which he calls “countries that build socialism”.
TUESDAY MAY 29, 1962
IN THE BAY OF THE SOVIET ARMY SOMETHING IS STICKING
According to the information we have, the newspaper “Krasnaya Zvezda” has written about a meeting that took place at the Ministry of Defense of the Soviet Union and where the issue of the officer cadre was reviewed. The massive demobilization and without sound criteria of valuable officers with a good past and the coming to command of worthless officers with a dubious past, etc., have been criticized. And, of course, they made marshal Golikov, the political director, guilty of this, which was allegedly dismissed as ill and replaced by Yepishev.
There is no doubt that the Khrushchevites did this, because they are in a difficult position. In the army, it seems, discontent and opposition are simmering, which is why the Khrushchevites make this demagogic turn. I personally know Jepishev, the ambassador decorated by Tito and who has no merit. Khrushchev made him political director of the army, for the sole reason of assuring Kennedy that he would not be afraid of a return of strong men to the army, and that this emerging discontent would be suppressed by the Khrushchevites at all costs. We will see how the events will develop.
DAJT, MONDAY AUGUST 6, 1962
PEACE REIGNS
There is nothing new here, but nothing new in the world either. Politics is sleeping. Khrushchev sleeps and rests in Yalta, Kennedy arms himself and smiles at Khrushchev, Nehru provokes China and declares that the Soviet Union and the United States of America are getting closer and will come to terms. Tito waits on Brioni Stevenson, who gives him instructions on how to deal with Khrushchev in the future. The Soviet Union hosts princely kings and fights socialist countries, like China and us. Things have come so far.
DAJT, TUESDAY AUGUST 7, 1962
Khrushchev at the UN
There is talk that Khrushchev will attend, and possibly the annual session of the UN General Assembly. He did not solve the German and Berlin issue, nor will he be able to solve it. He proved to be both a blackmailer and a coward, and now, to save his honor, he will go to the UN, supposedly to take there the issue of the Peace Treaty with Germany and the settlement of the Berlin issue. After that, “spring” comes, the propaganda continues and it goes towards the abyss and the war.
All those communist and workers’ parties of the world, who fall under the auspices of this traitor of Marxism, bear a heavy responsibility. Meanwhile, Jamaica, an English colony, gained independence and, being a member of the British Commonwealth, asked to be admitted and will be admitted to the UN, while China stays outside, because that’s what Kennedy and Khrushchev want, that is, two K(a) K(a)- of those who form a great one and who were born on the path of history.
MONDAY OCTOBER 22, 1962
KENNEDY’S WAR SPEECH
Kennedy, addressing the Soviet Union and specifically the issue of Cuba, delivered another warmongering and threatening speech at the top, a Hitlerian speech. The essence of his speech is the threat of a new world war. Cuba is the pretext, as Danzig was for Hitler. Kennedy, with this speech, announced the military-naval blockade of Cuba, because the Soviets have deployed offensive weapons against the American continent.
Kennedy declared that he would search every ship going to Cuba and, those that resisted, he would sink. He also stated that if the United States of America is shot with missiles from Cuba, then the Americans will launch their atomic bombs and missiles on the Soviet Union, etc. In a word, the United States of America is preparing an attack on Cuba, is setting up a blockade to stop aid to Cuba, and is threatening Khrushchev. Kennedy, the friend of Khrushchev and the revisionists, is playing them.
TUESDAY OCTOBER 23, 1962
THE KHRUSHOVIANS ARE COWARDS, COMPROMISERS AND TRAITORS
Regarding Kennedy’s warmongering speech on the Cuban question, the Soviet government, wishing to appear unalarmed to world opinion, belatedly made a washed-up, straw-man, pacifist statement. In this statement, it does not say that the Soviet Union will defend Cuba, nor does it answer the direct attacks and threats that Kennedy made. The Khrushchevites, shown as they are, cowards, compromisers and traitors, who are left in the mud by their friends, are people without principles and without morals that are why they are being unmasked before the world opinion.
They will come to an agreement with Kennedy, they will make concessions to him, but for them it will be the greatest crime and their complete exposure if they leave heroic Cuba in the mud. Cuba decreed general mobilization with the slogan “Homeland or death”. She requested a meeting of the UN Security Council. This was also requested by the United States of America and the Soviet Union, and it will meet today.
WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 24, 1962
KASTER’S MALE SPEECH
Fidel Castro gave a manly speech last night. He compared Kennedy with Hitler and declared that “we are ready to defend ourselves and make the grave of the American aggressors”. He did not accept eventual inspections by the UN in his country and said that Cuba is not Congo. Castroja never mentioned the Soviet Union, neither about giving aid, nor whether it will protect Cuba or not. We will defend Cuba with all our strength. We will defend it with continuous articles, where we will unmask American imperialism and its supporters; we will defend it with rallies and telegrams. We do not support the statement of the Soviet government, because it is as I described it yesterday in my notes.
SATURDAY OCTOBER 27, 1962
Khrushchev capitulated and left Cuba in the mud
It turned out what we thought. Khrushchev capitulated to Kennedy and left Cuba in the mud. Messages were exchanged. Kennedy threatened Khrushchev with an ultimatum to stop building the missile bases, dismantle the ones he had installed and remove them from Cuba. The traitor, like a mangy dog, with a servant’s tone and fear in his belly, accepted Kennedy’s terms. Khrushchev did everything, but he could neither defeat Castro nor Cuba, nor scare them, nor discredit them. But the terrible thing is that the traitor with this attitude discredited the entire Soviet Union. This is the new, biggest betrayal of the Soviet Union, Marxism-Leninism, and the camp of socialism, humanity, and peace. This attitude opened the appetite of the imperialists.
SUNDAY OCTOBER 28, 1962
CUBA DID NOT SURRENDER
Khrushchev betrayed gravely. With the shameful capitulation in the events of Cuba, he strengthened Kennedy’s warmongering positions, strengthened the positions of world reaction, of reaction on the American continent. Khrushchev will make even more terrible concessions. The traitor is under the grip of imperialism. How right the high principled positions of our Party sound now and always. Everyone in the world today, surely, remembers and hacks us, except the treacherous revisionists and imperialists. But Fidel stands and this is of decisive importance.
The master and the servant agreed to drown Kuba, but Kuba got up and said: “You can’t sell my skin”, because I won’t let you kill me and “you will find death here”. “Homeland or death”, “we will win”! Castro spoke. He warned imperialism that he is not afraid of it; he set conditions for it, the main of which is not to attack Cuba, to exclude all foreign forces and to release Guantanamo. He didn’t say a word about the traitor. Out of trouble or out of contempt? /Memorie.al
