Memorie.al/publishes some documents extracted from the Central State Archive, (the fund of the former Central Committee of the PPSh), where the personal fund of the former main leader of communist Albania, the dictator Enver Hoxha, is also located in his diary political that belongs to the period June 1961, November 1963, he has kept notes and analyzed some of the main events of that period, such as: Nikita Khrushchev’s meeting with John Kennedy in Vienna, the irritated relations between official Tirana and Moscow, after the collapse of diplomatic relations between the two countries and the withdrawal of the Russian ambassador from Tirana in November 1961 (according to Enver, the Soviet embassy had a staff of over 80 people and all of them were engaged in espionage), the arrival in Albania of trade delegations from Czechoslovakia , the German Democratic Republic and Romania, (which Enver saw as their apology to Albania), Enver’s conversations with Ramiz Alina, for an article in “Voice of the People”, regarding the meeting in Sofia on the “Balkan understanding “, reports and relations of the Labor Party of Albania, with the Communist Party of China and some of the Communist Parties of Europe and beyond, the tense political climate between the USA and Fidel Castro’s Cuba, (which almost turned into a conflict military, among them the missile crisis in the “Bay of Pigs”) and the role of the Soviet Union in that conflict, which, according to Enver, left Cuba in the mud. The visit of Josif Broz Tito to Moscow and the reports between the two countries, the beginning of atomic tests by the USA, the telephone conversation between Khrushchev and Kennedy, the release by the Soviets of an American spy, until the assassination of the US president -ve, John Kennedy on November 22, 1963, as well as the comments made by Hoxha, about that event that shocked the whole world!

KENNEDY DISCOVERS KHRUSHOV’S ROUTE OF TREASON
Kennedy gave a demagogic, supposedly pacifist speech yesterday. He finds himself in the middle of the revisionist and traitor Nikita Khrushchev and, almost in the terms used by the latter, takes him by the arm to set him right on the path of betrayal. Indeed, in this speech, Kennedy reveals the path of betrayal of Khrushchev, to nail him like Christ and drag him away, like Tito. He praises Khrushchev, tells him that we both have a policy, a goal, an enemy (meaning China, etc.), so we must agree against this enemy, which threatens us. Kennedy calls on Khrushchev to maintain the monopoly of atomic weapons advises him to destroy the camp of socialism and has faith in this destruction, why Khrushchev, in agreement with Kennedy and Tito, has entered this work in time.
There is no place for open betrayal! Everything and for everyone is clear, everything and every day prove the foresight of the Labor Party of Albania and the justice of its actions. Time does not wait; Nikitić’s treacherous gang must be attacked openly and without any hesitation, because it is doing colossal damage to communism and humanity. Nikita makes great strides towards integration into capitalism. It is a mistake for the Chinese comrades to proceed with such prudence and caution against these international thugs.
In Moscow, it is decided to hold a meeting of the three bandits (the United States of America, England and the Soviet Union) to discuss the moratorium on atomic tests, to prepare the treaty outlawing the tests, which means their confirmation to maintain the bomb monopoly and thus suppress communism and revolution in the world. We will do our work until the end, if only we stay. We won’t be alone!

Highlights from Kennedy’s June 10 speech
His main idea is demagoguery for peace, “peace for all”, yes American peace imposed with American weapons and not “peace of graves”. (Here he means the kind of peace dogmatists are supposedly looking for, the Canadian variant of the Khrushchev revisionist variant. Common hostile line.) All the demagogy of this imperialist on peace is like two drops of water on Khrushchev’s demagogy on peace.
The other idea, which supports demagoguery about peace, is the fact that now atomic weapons neutralize opponents and ensure peace. So, according to Kennedy and Khrushchev, who agree, the United States of America and the Soviet Union must work for “American-Soviet” peace, because they have the bombs and must maintain their monopoly, others should follow, to obey them and these two, that is, the USA and the Soviet Union, to make a treaty on banning the tests of nuclear weapons, to outlaw the tests. (Of course, here we are talking about China, which in no way should be allowed to test and have weapons and, if China takes this courage, not only expose it as non-peaceful, but as a state that endangers peace, and therefore liquidate it with weapons and tear it apart between them.
Khrushchev and Kennedy are in agreement here and have entered such a dance in time, Taiwan, Laos, Vietnam, India, Japan, SENTO, etc.) The other common demagogic idea Kennedy-Khrushov, is the issue that “we will have funds left numerous and we will use these for constructions, for the improvement of life”, etc., that is, to keep the people under their yoke and dictate, feeding them with krodha, creating the working aristocracy and layers of bureaucracy. Kennedy openly hints that in the United States of America he is furious (allegedly gives Khrushchev a hack), “but they must reflect and they will reflect, they will refrain and we will refrain”, (removes Khrushchev’s fear, the modern revisionists, the gullible). Kennedy calls on the “furious” to reconsider their views on the Soviet Union. That’s how he loves work and doesn’t spoil any work, he says. Kennedy, we don’t give up anything, we hope to win and crush communism. A sacrifice without harm we can make. Elizabeth Flint has nothing to do with us; we have her in the FBI. Kennedy assures American skeptics that Soviet leaders will change, or are changing. They are no longer the first, and, to please Khrushchev, he says that they (the Americans) will also change their attitude towards the Soviet Union.
If they will change, or where they should change, Kennedy determines this with great demagoguery. Against peace — that “now” is possible, war is not inevitable. (So Kennedy says to Khrushchev: I also obeyed your famous theses of the 20th Congress. Do you want me to obey you and your friends, who are also my friends?) Therefore, peace can be achieved, says Kennedy, in the evolution of social institutions (the changes being made in the Soviet Union and satellite countries). There can be and will be disagreements (there will be ideological disagreements, say Tito and Khrushchev, between the “Marxists”, but we will resolve these through talks, or leaving them aside and resolving them later, now let’s move forward), but let’s solve them, says Kennedy, and move forward.
And Kennedy tells Khrushchev openly: “We will help you on this path, don’t be afraid, move forward.” Against the Soviet Union, Kennedy tells the Americans, at the same time to Khrushchev to brush his tail and help him, as he helped Kennedy, calling him reasonable and peaceful, that in every regime there are people of value and these valuable people do not believe the (Soviet) “rabid” propagandists. Therefore, Kennedy advises Khrushchev to put a “rein” on these madmen, because Kennedy has also put, or will put a “rein” on diplomats, Pentagon officers and others. So, in this matter too, Kennedy says to Khrushchev, we are in complete agreement. Kennedy further uses Khrushchev’s formulas: The United States of America and the Soviet Union have never fought against each other.
You “Soviet deserters lost 20 million killed, you fought bravely, you burned”, etc., and today, if any war breaks out (from the Chinese), we will be damaged, so agree, says Kennedy, to go on the path we have set for both of us. Therefore, Kennedy advises Ilrushov “not to enter into controversies” (as the Chinese and Albanians do), but to take effective secret measures, to connect directly by phone, so that the two of us coordinate everything. And you, Khrushchev, leave the seats of the People’s Democracy free, let the socialist camp be crushed, as we agreed with Tito and the German and Berlin issue, let’s solve it as I have advised you, because I do not change positions. Kennedy openly says that with these cracks in the camp, everything will go well, American-Soviet peace will be ensured, so go ahead Khrushchev. We must crush China, Albania, and communism. In a word, Kennedy’s word comes and proves the correctness of our views on Khrushchev.
The American imperialists are convinced that Khrushchev is getting closer to them, that he is strongly committed to the path of betrayal and at the same time to the path of unmasking. Therefore, Kennedy comes to his aid, to tell him go before you have me, I’m helping you in your line that I have dictated, compromise you further, so that you don’t make turns or lose your head and we work together against China, Albania, etc., against Marxism-Leninism, the socialist camp and to enslave the peoples and return capitalism to the Soviet Union. Therefore, Kennedy tells him, keep lying to Castro, organize sabotage under your banners, plot against every socialist country, bring your people and mine into power, establish the dictatorship of the revisionist group, etc., etc., and you’ve got me. by your side at all times. This is the general meaning of Kennedy’s speech.

We have to prepare two more notes against the Soviet government (Khrushchev’s group) and other governments of the member countries of the Warsaw Pact. The content should be as follows:
Given that we are members of this treaty, let’s unmask the enslaving economic goals that are hidden under the guise of the KNER, the economic integration under the revisionist direction, which is aimed at the economic-political pressure of the Soviet Union on the socialist countries of Europe to drag into their gradual transformation into capitalism and degeneration. To unmask the evil purpose of Khrushchev’s treacherous group, which works for the degeneration of the Soviet Union, creating chaos in the economy, expanding political, economic and ideological ties with the capitalists.
As members of the Warsaw Pact, let’s unmask the treacherous intentions achieved by the countries of this treaty with the agreement on the partial ban of nuclear weapons tests. These goals are directed against China, against us and other countries of the socialist camp, and aim at us not to test, not to have nuclear weapons, to be dependent on the Khrushchev group, and always to remain under the pressure of the double atomic blackmail of the Soviets and the Americans, who become monopolists of nuclear weapons. With this agreement, which does not solve the problem of disarmament and especially the destruction of atomic bomb stocks, Khrushchev’s group betrays the camp and communism.
This group comes to the favorable proposals for the Americans, who, through Kennedy’s speech, made it clear that the agreement does not stop nuclear war, does not stop the Americans from reducing the stock of bombs, nor from producing more, nor from arming the allies theirs nor tie their hands to break this agreement. And the reasons come up immediately. Woe to those who trust the capitalists! Kennedy openly stated that China poses a danger to humanity and quoted Khrushchev in this regard. These grades are of principle importance and are necessary positions on our part in these vital issues for socialism and communism.
