Memorie.al/ publishes some archival documents, extracted from the Central State Archive in Tirana (the fund of the former Central Committee of PPSh), which also houses the personal archive of the former leader of communist Albania, Enver Hoxha, who in his political diary, which belongs to a long period of time, starting from May 1967, to December 1983, he has kept notes on the events of the Middle East, such as; the long Israel-Palestine conflict, the continuous wars between Israel and the Arab countries, the six-day war in 1967, where Israel defeated Egypt and the coalition of Arab countries, occupied the Golan Heights, the Yom Kippur war in 1973, where again Israel, after defeating the coalition of Arab countries (Egypt, Algeria, Syria, Iraq, Jordan, Yemen, Lebanon, Morocco, etc.) occupied the Sinai Peninsula, which he surrendered in 1979, blocking and closing the Suez Canal, (where Albania had vital interests, due to the aid that came from China by sea), until the civil war in Lebanon, at the beginning of the 80s, etc. What did the dictator of communist Albania, Enver Hoxha, write in his political diary where he made an analysis, and what was the position of the official Tirana, about the conflict between Israel and the Arab countries, as well as the various countries that support them, such as; Soviet Union, USA, Great Britain, People’s Republic of China, Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, etc.?! Was the information that Enver Hoxha had in June 1967 true, according to which, official Moscow would offer assistance to Egypt, bringing its Naval Military Fleet to the Mediterranean, in the event that official Tirana would accept that Soviet ships, to anchor in the ports of Durrës, Vlora, Shengjin, etc., or was it a paranoia of Hoxha, which caused the Albanian Army to switch to combat readiness no. 1, even mobilizing the reserve forces and those of the volunteer squads?! Regarding this, etc., we know the political diary of the former main leader of communist Albania, which will be published in several issues by Memorie.al

WE HAVE SYMPATHY AND RESPECT FOR THE ARAB PEOPLE OF PALESTINE
These days, a delegation of the Movement for the National Liberation of Palestine, “Al Fatah”, is coming to us for an official visit. Yasser Arafat himself requested the sending of this delegation to our embassy in Cairo. We have sympathy and respect for the Arab people of Palestine, for they are a miserable and brave people. He is the only Arab people, who are currently fighting on all four sides of Israel’s borders, while the Arab leaders, from those of Egypt to those of Lebanon, talk, hold conferences, prepare…for compromises, etc. The Palestinians, expelled from their lands by the British colonial government, by the UN, in favor of Israel, live in tents and in great misery in camps in Jordan, Lebanon, Syria and elsewhere.
The recent Israeli aggression caused Palestinian refugees to increase. Then the only way of salvation for them remained that of the partisan war. And they started it, hitting the aggressor Israelis, both from outside, from Jordan, from Syria, from Lebanon and inside, in the territory occupied by Israel. So the Palestinian issue, thanks to the Palestinian struggle, became an important national and international problem, a problem that the friends and enemies of the Palestinian people must take into account and cannot ignore. The “Al Fatah” organization, with all its nationalist tendencies, is progressive democratic and the largest and most powerful organization, which has a straight line, of the revolutionary war, for the liberation of Palestine, for the destruction of the state of Israel, which has been corrupted by Zionism international and supported by the imperialists.
This organization is not against the masses of the Jewish population, which it accepts in its program as citizens of the new state of Palestine, this time Arab, which should replace the state of Israel. But the cliques in power, in the Arab countries, even though they remove themselves in favor of the Palestinian war, do not see this movement of resistance with good eyes and, unable to liquidate it, they want to have it under control. The resistance of the Palestinians has become a serious political and military obstacle for these cliques. These cliques are forced to calculate it. The King of Jordan, the spy of the English, tried two or three times to liquidate the Palestinian partisans, who are stronger than this sold King. In these dangerous moments for the Palestinian guerrillas, they must overthrow him and take power in Jordan, to continue the fight against Israel and American imperialism.
The Soviets and the Americans are making the law in the Middle East. Nasser has become a servant of the Soviets and does as they dictate. Jordan’s Hussein has betrayal in his blood; the Syrians act as if they are a bit “concerned”, while the Lebanese are sold every day for dollars. In bold terms, Nasser agreed to discuss the “Rogers Plan”, which means entering into talks, compromises and, finally, “making peace”, so much desired by Israel, in its favor and the American boss and to the disfavor of the Arab peoples, and especially of the Palestinian people, against whom they will start later, the brutal blows of the gendarmes of the cliques that are in power, sold to foreigners. By signing the “peace”, the Soviets will turn this into a “colossal victory” for themselves. They will stand and dominate in Egypt. Nasser will continue to be their man. Egyptian ports will become their ports for the Soviet Mediterranean fleet, which they pulled out of the Black Sea on this occasion.
From the Mediterranean, the Soviet revisionists think of expanding, in a “peaceful way”, their colonies in Africa, to cross the seas and reach India. They dream of thus realizing the empire of Alexander the Great, conquering the peoples, by land and by sea, with the threat of arms, with rubles and with the demagoguery of a fake socialism. The “Soviet-American peace” in the Middle East is a defeat for the Arab peoples, in general, and a great obstacle for the Palestinian people, in particular. This kind of “peace” is a victory for the Soviet-American imperialists in general and for Israel in particular. For the Palestinian people, it will resemble, as it resembled before the First World War, Albania.
As it is known then, large parts of Albania were divided by the imperialists of Europe, between Serbia, Montenegro and Greece and, after they broke up our homeland, well and truly, at the London Conference and with secret treaties, Sazanov, the Tsar’s minister, to further satisfy the appetite of Tsar Nicholas of Montenegro, requested that the city of Shkodra be granted to him. On this occasion, one of the other wolves, the representative of French imperialism, said a word that remained in history: “Sazanov wants to set fire to Europe, to bake an omelette for Montenegro.” This is how the American imperialist and Soviet revisionist dogs will act and say, when the question of the territorial rights of the heroic Palestinian people comes. Only the armed struggle, until victory, clears accounts with the wolves that prey on the peoples.

GREAT CONSPIRACY AGAINST THE PALESTINIAN PEOPLE AND THE REVOLUTION OF THE ARAB PEOPLE
The events in the Near East resemble and develop as I talked with the delegation of “Al Fatah” when I received them in Vlora. King Hussein of Jordan, agent of the American-British, is preparing the coup and hitting the Palestinian partisans. He is known as a cub of the English, brought to land with his father, Abdullah and other brothers, from the bottom of the tribes of the Arabian Peninsula, from Lawrence and Alenbia and put in charge of the Arab kingdoms, to have their fiefdoms. It is clear that the Soviets, Nasser, Hussein, agreed to end the war with Israel, they agreed with the Americans and the “Rogers Plan”, that the resistance of the Palestinians had to be curbed and suppressed. The oppression of the Palestinians was taken over by Nasser, Hussein and the Soviets. Nasser’s prisons and concentration camps were filled with Palestinians; Hussein tried several times to disarm them, but in vain.
The Soviets put strong pressure on them, on the Algerians, the Syrians, and the Iraqis. Then the provocation of the pirate return of several planes by the people of Habash, the Palestinian resistance faction, was hatched. This was a provocation concocted by the CIA and the American-British agency, to allegedly give their agent Hussein a trump card in his hand to strike. And he hit the Palestinian resistance forces, in Amman and wherever they are concentrated, in Jordan. The vile king unleashed tanks on the Palestinians. The United States of America moved the 6th Fleet to the coast of Syria and threatens armed intervention in defense of King Hussein, in case the Syrians continue to help the Palestinian brothers who are defending themselves. The international gendarme also called on the Kremlin’s firefighters to extinguish the resistance of the Palestinians and the help of the Syrians. The Soviet revisionists issued successive communiques in this direction, with which they left no doubt that they are in support of King Hussein, his reactionary clique and the “Rogers Plan”.
The plot is big and clear. The point is not to hand over the weapons to the Palestinians, to continue the war on two fronts. On the internal front, against the Arab armed reaction and externally, against the sworn enemies of the Arab peoples, American imperialists, Soviet social imperialists and Israeli Zionism, etc. The issue is, also, whether Syria, Iraq, Algeria, especially, will stay until the end, in defense of the common Arab cause, or will they withdraw?! If they stay, the consciousness of the Arab peoples will go towards the revolution, if they withdraw, they will be divided, and then the movement and revolution of the Arab peoples will suffer a serious shock and especially the Palestinian resistance.
I talked with the friends of the Foreign Ministry, that in our speech at the UN, we should elaborate these thoughts and defend with fire, the Arab and Palestinian issue, to unmask the American-Soviet conspiracy and the Arab reaction, mentioning by name, King Hussein. I talked with Ramiz, that our propaganda through the press and radio should do the same job, so we also respond to the request that Yasser Arafat directs to us.

NASER DIED
Radio Cairo announced tonight the death of the president of the United RA, Gamal Abdel Nasser, from a heart attack.
WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 1970
THE DEATH OF NASER
Gamal Abdel Nasser was an important personality of the Egyptian bourgeoisie and the Arab world. He gained popularity, with the coup to liquidate the Farouk Monarchy and the liquidation of English colonialism in Egypt and the Suez Canal. Nasser was an Egyptian nationalist, who was propagated, pumped and acted, for the promotion of Arab nationalism and for putting his person in the place of the leader of the Egyptian people. He suffered defeat in the efforts to unite Egypt with Syria. His internal policy was heavy on the people, which did not bring any economic improvement. On the contrary, the Egyptian bourgeoisie, with Nasser at the helm, further worsened the country’s impoverished condition, plunging it into heavy debts to various imperialists. His armed force made a shameful failure in Israel’s last attack, and the defeat he suffered reduced his prestige.
But Nasser, during that time, knew how to maneuver between the Americans and the Soviets and raise his authority in the weak and unstable leaderships of other Arab countries. Defeat in the war with Israel threw him into the lap of the Soviets and he died, in general, their man, but not without maneuvering under the rug with the aim of turning the tables on them at the right moment. However, his death leaves a significant and unexpected void in the Middle East, which is in deep crisis. The Soviets lost their support. Whose deputy will succeed Nasser? Certainly not of the people, nor of the revolution, but of the bourgeoisie, of the Arab reaction, sold to one or the other imperialist power. The entire Arab reaction will be on the move to suppress the uprising, to establish the “Rogers-Gromiko peace” and the bosses of these two, to strengthen their strategic positions in this area.
What could be “revolutionary”, in Arab nationalism, will eat a heavy punch, with the death of Nasser, not that he was a revolutionary, but if you could dictate such a thread, in quotation marks, to him , in the Arab kings, or in the cosmopolitan leaders of Lebanon and Tunisia, does not exist at all. The Algerian leaders… Boumediene, have fought the liberation war, they are more revolutionary than Nasser, but if they will impose themselves on the Arab world, they will inspire the Arab masses, in the fight against imperialism, this is a matter that will can be seen Work, war, attitudes will show this.
The Palestinians are in a difficult position, not because Nasser defended their cause, but because he was forced to account for them, in case he refused to be unmasked at all. Now, with Nasser’s death, it is understood that the position of Israel is strengthened, while the position of the Arabs and especially the Palestinians is weakened. The immediate miracle in these difficult conjunctures can only be done by the popular uprising in the Arab countries and the steadfast and militant resistance of the Palestinians, the Syrians and the Algerians, in the first place and, in their example, also of other peoples.

WORLD REACTION WORKS FOR THE LIQUIDATION OF THE PALESTINIAN MOVEMENT
The barbaric attack by the little King and agent of imperialism, Hussein of Jordan, was undoubtedly organized by the CIA and Israel. Surely the Soviet agency was aware, as Nasser may have been to some extent. All this gang was interested in the Palestinian fighters to stop their armed resistance. To achieve the goal, of course, the means and ways, according to the circumstances and interests that each of these parties had, were different, but the objective was the same, the suppression of the Palestinian resistance, which opposed the “Rogers Plan” politically and with weapons. , of the Israeli-American aggressor and kept alive and inspired the Arab uprising, the awakening of the Arab consciousness.
American imperialism would endanger its positions in the Middle East, if this revolutionary situation were not put an end to, while Israel would not only risk losing the war, if this continued, for a long time with the Arabs, but it also endangered its existence as a state. King Hussein and the Jordanian reaction threatened the throne, life and power. Therefore, this whole group chose “the path of complete physical liquidation”, and in a barbaric way, of all Palestinian resistance.
Husseini attacked the partisan centers in Amman and north of it with artillery, tanks and infantry. The war continued fiercely for days, thousands of people, partisans, women, and soldiers of Hussein were killed and bled, without distinction. However, the Palestinians won, fighting manfully in Amman and in the areas north of the Jordanian capital, bordering Syria. To the aid of the Palestinians, Iraq, which also had its own military forces in Jordan, took a very suspicious and more pro-Hussein position.
Arab and world opinion stood up. The reactionary and murderous King Hussein was unmasked. The goal could not be reached. Even, with the prolongation of the conflict, the hopes of resuming the “Rogers Plan” were lost, there was a risk of breaking the “ceasefire” and the start of the war, Hussein’s throne was in danger of being blown up. The United States of America threatened blackmail and armed intervention to help Hussein. This horrified the Soviets and Nasser.
Both of these powers were for the liquidation of the Palestinian resistance, with different nuances. The Soviets were in favor of complete disarmament and their submission, but knowing that this was not being achieved, they, in silence and who tried it later, agreed with Hussein’s action. And Nasser wanted to have the Palestinians under his leadership and as a means of blackmail against Israel and as a means of bargaining with the Americans. The complete liquidation of the Palestinians by Hussein did not benefit Nasser, even for his personal prestige, in the Arab world.
He would pass as the killer of the Arabs, the helper of Hussein, the Americans and Israel. All this and, in the first place, the failure of the CIA-Hussein plan and the American blackmail for intervention, forced the Soviets and Nasser to put pressure on the Palestinians. to Hussein and the Syrians, to stop the war in Jordan and to hold the meeting in Cairo, where the “truce” was signed between the fedayeen of “Al Fatah” and Hussein.
Nasser and the Soviets threatened Syria and forced it to cease “armed intervention” in favor of “Al Fatah”, an intervention that Syrians publicly did not recognize as true. Nasser has replied to the Syrians that he will not get involved in the confusion that will arise if the Americans intervene in Jordan. It is clear that the Arab national bourgeoisie is possible, formidable and ready for compromises. The Arab reaction, supported by the Soviet-Americans, by force, but the Arab revolutionary movement, has not laid down its arms. The proof is alive: the Palestinians are fighting, resisting and at the vanguard of the struggle.
The “ceasefire agreement” with Hussein found them in trouble, but it seems that it will not be respected by them. They, in fact, continue the strikes against Israel. Their fight continues. Of course, this will aggravate the conflicts with the Arab reaction and strikes with it will be inevitable. The fact is that the Arab masses are revolutionary and brave, but they are divided, not politically motivated and unorganized for war, why is there a lack of progressive, revolutionary leadership, which will definitely emerge from the revolutionary war.
