Memorie.al publishes an unknown accurate document extracted from the Central State Archive (fund of the former Central Committee of the ALP) which belongs to 1945 and deals with an information report of the Kruja District Party Committee , sent to the Directorate of Agriculture at the Central Committee of the ALP in Tirana, which contains a list of 24 names from the district of Kruja (Fushë-Krujë, Bilaj, Luz, Larushk, Nikël, Gjormë, Laç, Shullaz, Milot, Gurëz , etc.) which have been declared as kulaks and for each of them the respective characteristics are given.
“It is an element that has had farmers and has been affected by the Reform of our government from every side, whether by the Agrarian Reform and by the decrees, the laws of power have had many living things which have been reclaimed, according to the law in force . “During the National Liberation War, when all the people were mobilized in support of the National Liberation Movement to fight the occupier and traitors of the country, he actively helped the mercenary gangs of Legality and Abaz Kupin, also after the liberation he maintained a conciliatory stance with criminals.” . This is said, among other things, about one of the 24 people in the Kruja district described as a kulak by the “popular power”, in a report-information that the Party Committee of the Kruja district sent to the Directorate of Agriculture at the Committee Central of the ALP in Tirana. The document in question, which describes all the characteristics of the 24 “kulaks” of the Kruja district that included several villages such as: Fushë-Krujë, Bilaj, Luz, Larushk, Nikël, Gjormë, Laç, Shullaz, Milot, Gurëz, etc., holds dated April 7, 1949 and it was signed by the secretary of the Party Committee of that district, Saba Hasa.
