Memorie.al publishes some archival documents issued by the Authority for the Information of the Files of the former State Security, where there is a voluminous file (the processing form file with 433 pages and the investigative and judicial file with 632 pages) in charge of Gjet Kadel, originating from the village of Bulshar in Oroshi of Mirdita and living in Bushnesh and Mamurras of Kurbin, former political prisoner in the communist regime of Enver Hoxha and his successor, Ramiz Alia, who spent 16 years in communist camps and prisons, as in Spaç, Burrel, etc. As we will see from the documents that are in the file in charge of Gjet Kadel, which is published for the first time by Memorie.al, the surveillance and pursuit of him began in 1957, when he was 17 years old, with the information report of the State Security officer, Fahri Kraja, (based on the data of the Security associate with the nickname “Dylli i Bardhë”, with the approval of the Head of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Kruja district, lieutenant colonel Muhedin Këxhalliu) , continued even during the period he was in camps and prisons, such as in Spaç, where after the revolt of May 1973, Gjeta was sentenced again, as he was the main ideator for raising the flag without the communist star, continuing then in the prison of Burrel, with the reports-information of the Operative Worker, Piro Nuredini, etc., about Gjeta’s conversations with other convicts of that prison, such as: Pjetër Arbnori, Daut Gumeni, Abdulla Sallaku, Spartak Ngjela, Avni Aliko, Luan Burimi , Çaush Çoku, Kapllan Resuli, Bardhosh Gjonzeneli, Bashkim Shehu, etc. The surveillance and follow-up of Gjet Kadel continued even after his release from prison in 1987, continuing until January 1991, with the collapse of the communist regime, when his file was finally closed and archived in the secret archive of the former State Security. In the same way, an important place in the said files is also occupied by letter correspondence of Gjeta and his family, with their father, Pjetër Kadeli, former soldier of the Monarchy of Zogu, who had blown up the prison cells of Internal Branch of Rrëshen on July 28, 1950, stayed for some time in the mountains on the run, and then in 1951, secretly returned to Mirdita, took his son, Gjoni, and escaped to Yugoslavia and then to the USA- es, where he stayed as a political emigrant, until the beginning of the 90s, when he returned permanently to Albania. During this period of almost 35 years since Gjet Kadeli has been followed and monitored by the State Security, a total of 33 associates of the State Security have been engaged and activated against him, who have given their reports, starting from “White Wax” in 1957, until the “Mountain Swallow” in 1990, which will be reflected in full, as they are in the relevant files.

Dalip Gaba said: “Ah, what good they have done to the dogs!”
Kaplan Resuli said: “This is how these Kosovars thought of you with wreaths of flowers and now they are sorry!”
Gjet Kadeli, said: “I will put a crown on him ……..”
Kaplan Resuli, said: “I knew him personally!” And laughed, winking at Çaush Chok.
He said: “Our ambassador is to blame for not going by force to place the wreath, because it is Albanian who died and not Serbian”.
The next day when they went out to the yard for airing, Kaplan Resuli caught him and said: “Why did you talk like that last night? Did you see how well Dalipi, Gjeta and others spoke? Only you, Skënder Shatku and Daut Gumeni, do not understand that refusal of the Yugoslav government. What if you die in prison and they say to your mother, put a crown on me, will your mother accept it? No at all.
Your mother will not accept, because you died in prison, by the main leader of the party. ………. has been the double ………. of UDB and the main leader of the Party. She has taken many Kosovars by the neck by telling them that life is good in Albania, by deceiving she has brought here hundreds of Kosovars who are suffering today, either in prisons or in exile.
He announces that on the occasion of May 1, the following statements were made: Petrit Paja said: “Ishalla collapses the tribune where the main leader of the Party stands”.
Çaush Çoku said: “Even if it collapses, even if it doesn’t collapse, he will die now that the time has come.”
Spartak Velia said: “In the month of May, all the villains of the world come to Tirana and eat and drink with the main leadership of the Party, supposedly celebrating the holiday.”
Lulzim Bregu:, looked at the photo of the main leader of the Party in the newspaper “Bashkimi” and said: “Look how fat he is, we expected something else!”

Evaluation: The report has operational value; it shows the agitation and sharp propaganda of these convicts against the main leadership of the Party. Propaganda is published in favor of the Yugoslav Discovery, the Kapllan Resuli object.

I, the Operative Worker, Piro Nuredini, an officer of department 321 Burrel, on 22.6.1984 met with the political convict, Ndue Tom Nurçe, who told me:
“Last night around 8 or 8:30 p.m., after the news, Gjet Kadeli, the political convict, told Kapllan Resuli: “The main leader of the Party has died. He has left nothing undone, not only for us convicts, but also for the people who live as slaves”. Kapllani told him: “I knew this before, but you didn’t tell me, I was waiting for you to tell me, I knew you would tell me.” This was seen at the meeting of the People’s Assembly, where his July was empty”.
Clarification: Kapllan Resuli is in active processing 2/A as a Yugoslav agent, while Gjet Kadeli has data in the information file.

On Sunday morning, Kapllan Resuli and Çaush Çok were arrested. They continued the verbal argument in the yard. The reason for this: Kaplani was defending the communists of France, while Çaushi was swearing. We don’t know the beginning of the quarrel, but we learned that, when Kapllani got angry, he shouted: “Communism will triumph everywhere, even in France, where the bourgeoisie is.” Çaushi told him: “Communism will disappear even here, which has been alive for 40 years and no longer in France, where culture has reached its peak.”
While they were fighting and Kapllani was defending communism, the others started cursing communism and Kapllani together.
Skender Shatku said: “The pig (for Kapllan) defends communism because it has eaten 20 years of meat.”
Daut Gumeni said: “Kapllani is like communism. Look at him and talk about communism.”
Gjet Kadeli, said: “The pig will eat its own cubs, when the end comes.”
Xhemal Tota said: “He has no shame, he openly defends the rotting regime, with thousands in prisons.”
When he heard these words, Kapllani said: “I myself am a communist and I have it as an honor.”
They would have continued longer, but Lulzim Bregu got up from his sleep and shouted to Kapllani, why is he making noise, and so the discussion in the room ended, but they started it again in the courtyard.

I, the undersigned Gjergj Përvuka, born in 1939, born in Rrëshen and residing in Mamurras, Kruja district, married with children, not organized, not convicted, by profession, worker, completed military service, with citizenship and Albanian nationality. In the conversations we had with File Kadeli, who came from the USA to Gjet Kadeli in Mamurras, as a visitor. Filja, is of Kosovar origin, married to fugitive Gjon Pjetër Kadeli, originally from Mirdita, fugitive in the U.S.A. During the conversations, Filja said: We have four private stores in the U.S.A. My husband, Gjon Kadeli, is highly educated and deals with shops.
We have children in high schools in the U.S. I asked Phil, does he know any of the escapees? Filja told me that, I know some fugitives who are there in the USA, but my brother-in-law, Pjetër Kadeli, knows more and he deals with the fugitives. I told him, what does Albania look like: Filja told me that Albania is fine. Filja brought loot and dollars and Gjet Kadeli bought a color television with the dollars he brought. Filja, came as a visitor in August 1990 and left for the USA on September 3, 1990.
Clarification: File Kadeli is the wife of Gjon Pjetër Kadeli, who escaped from the district of Mirdita. He is currently in the USA.
Gjet Kadeli, from Mamurras, Kruja district, has been sentenced to 20 years of imprisonment for hostile actions against the People’s Government. He is currently in operational control of 2/B as an agent of Yugoslav Intelligence.
Evaluation: It has operational value, since fugitive Pjeter Kadeli in the USA deals with other fugitives (against our country).

I, the operative worker, Kujtim Kuçi, effective of the Internal Affairs Branch, Security side, after studying and analyzing the materials in file No. 2495, in charge of Gjet Kadel, in operative control 2/B:

Gjet Kadeli, the son of Pjetri and Dila, born in 1940, born in the village of Bulshar in the district of Mirdita and living in the town of Mamurras, in the district of Kruje, married with children, with 7 years of education, unorganized, with profession carpenter, convicted once for the crime of agitation and hostile propaganda, with work in N.B. Mamurras, with Albanian citizenship and nationality.
The political attitude of his family and relatives both during the anti-popular regime of Zog and during the National Liberation War, has been bad. They supported and sympathized with those regimes. Even after the Liberation of the country, the attitude of his family was bad. After his father, Pjetër Kadeli, in 1949, escaped from D.P.B. In the morning, Pjetri escapes from prison, goes to his house, takes his son, Gjon Kadel, and escapes towards Yugoslavia.
After the escape, Gjeta and his mother were interned first in Tepelena and later in Lushnja, until 1955. In 1956, Gjeta was taken under operational control 2/B. On 27.4.1967, Gjeta was raised from operative control 2/B, to active processing 2/A, for the crime of agitation and hostile propaganda with 10 years of imprisonment.
Even while serving his sentence, Gjeta was processed and sentenced to 5 years of imprisonment, for agitation and hostile propaganda. On 5.XI.1988. Gjet Kadeli is released from prison and comes to his family, where Gjeta has been taken into operative control 2/B, for the crime of agitation and hostile propaganda.
Based on the above, the crime of agitation and hostile propaganda is no longer in the Criminal Code of the Republic of Serbia:
