One week ago (he does not remember the exact date), in a conversation he had with Tuk Jakova, the latter told him about the economic situation: he earned a lot of money and helped me a lot financially, but because of this (because he helped me), not only was he fired from the Party, but also from his job, so I was affected by her help as well”.
Regarding the work, Tuku is not interested at all, a lot of material is damaged and rots outside in the rain and sun, and he is not interested in the progress of the work in the ward.
“Nuredini”
Task:
In the first case that you will talk to Tuk, tell him that regarding the work disorders and damage to the materials that were in the Carpentry, there will come a day that will weigh on you, I brought the conversation in such a way that he to understand like you, to hurt Tuku more, than the commodity of the state.
To inform us immediately and at any time according to the signs and meetings we have left, for every move of Tuk, the word is when he is absent from work, when he says that he will leave Berat, in any other district or region.
During conversations, never provoke him with conversations on political topics, when he opens political conversations, you can speak, but only in such a way that he does not understand that you are interested in such conversations.

Report i dt. 21.7.1956
Around 13.7.1956, he was staying with Tuk Jakova and his wife, Mita, in front of their house that afternoon. He had bought a shirt and Mita asked him how much he had bought that shirt. He answers 435 lekë, Mita said; how cheap! At this time Tuku jumps up and says; how cheap, do you know that 400 lekë is called four days for a worker to sweat.
Regarding the Berat Hospital, Tuku said that it had been planned since 1949, but because they were big plans, they had to be shortened. What would they cut you? Berat Hospital only last year was barely decided to be.

Information report of the State Security Operational Worker, Teki Hysi, regarding the letter that Tuk Jakova’s wife, Mita, sends to her sister, Dhora Leka, who is interned in the city of Gjirokastra
I N F O R M A C I O N
Excerpted from Mita Jakova’s letter, sent to Dhora Lekë in Gjirokastra
Very dear Dhora
I’m sitting down to write to you, not knowing what to write to you. As soon as I found out that you have been in Gjirokastra for several days, I am so desperate that I was in the first days when we came to Berat. But even more so. I, after all, was not alone here. I have Tuk and the children, who have become my dearest people and that especially the children, in moments of despair, just looking at them, have made me stronger and not leave room for them, to understand the different moments that I have passed.
This was imposed on me by my duties as a mother. The passage of time, and my duty as a teacher, have made me not feel like an empty life. I feel that with the strength I have, I will serve as a citizen and that is why, despite all the difficult conditions I have, alone, I can fix the children, the house, lunch, dinner, wash, shopping, etc.
D.m.th., in addition to the family duty, to perform the duty to the state and in addition to these, I applied to enroll in the Faculty of Literature, by correspondence. I have confidence in my strength that evens this difficult task, I will perform with honor. Doesn’t this show that I do not feel disconnected from life, society and its demands?
But today I am upset for you, for the mother. I think only of you in Gjirokastra, where you have never been, where you do not know anyone, you are in the first days, which are always more difficult. I do not know anything about Cesc, these are not few. I think the mother, who who knows how much she is desperate, is left alone and none of us are near, to hold her with courage, even though she is strong, every time I have heard from her, such words that have made a huge impact on me.
With all this, I still think that things should not be viewed with pessimism, time will pass, you will get used to it, that even there you are in your homeland, that even there you have friends, you will find satisfaction at work, give your contribution everywhere. I know you well Dhora, as you know me and you, I have confidence in myself that you will not let yourself be covered by despair, as for the mother, she will have Petro, Efigenia and Mir, next, who will to get rid of boredom.
I try that when I have a break, from August 15-21; I either see it for myself or call it here. Gjirokastra is a little far from here, if the opportunity arises, I will come to see you someday, I do not know if you will be happy?
I do not know what you have done with the house and the belongings, how you and your mother are financially. I will try to see you both with the conditions I have. The children are fine. Always remember. Now that I miss them, they have nowhere to see Aunt Dhori, because she is no longer in Tirana, where they left with such great joy.
It is difficult for children to come to Gjirokastra to see you. But you know how much they love you, so do not stay without ever coming to us. Tuku is fine. Continues to work in Carpentry. I’m not in bad health. You do not bother.
Let us all embrace. Write me. Memorie.al
