On 25 and 26.6.1955, on Sunday evening, Tuk Jakova, together with his wife, went to visit Major Rustem Harizaj, whom I saw when he left his house and entered the house of himself, but how long he stayed and what he talked about there, I know nothing.
The first day Tuku came, Major Rustemi visited this, with all his friends and that he, with him has done 2-3 laps, with the former Tuku’s car in the market, thought that this might sound something. It is worth mentioning that for several days in a row, he has partially brought into the house, the belongings of Mehmet Mestani, who was expelled from the house by decision and until today he refuses to come, to the houses where the government has appointed him.
Also yesterday with dt. On June 29, 1955, in the afternoon, I saw that he left for his sister Sabrije Hysi (at the Party Cabinet), when I went home I learned that she, after taking Rustem’s wife (sister), went to Tuku, sat for about an hour, with Tuk’s mother-in-law in the hallway.

On dt. 30.6.1955 at 20.00 came from Fieri to the Hotel “Moscow” with service, in the Commercial Union of Berat District, Petro Leka, son of Andreas and Anastasia, born in 1909, born in Korça and resident in Tirana, acting President Branch in the Ministry of Trade.
The upper one left Tirana a few days ago and did not know where Tuk Jakova had taken up residence, so on July 1, 1955, he paid the money for Tuk’s wife, who has a sister, and came home to at 2.30 and at once hugged Tuk’s children and went inside the room, where he stayed for almost two hours and toasted again. In the evening, Tuku was seen again, at 9 pm. In the morning, accompanied by Tuku, he went shopping.
Before Petrua could appear, Major Rustem Harizi, dressed in civilian clothes with his wife, knocked on Tuk’s door and went inside. It is worth mentioning that Rustem’s wife is A.P. and the night before, they had held the meeting of the basic organization in the Military Branch, where the decision of the Plenum of the Central Committee had been worked, and at the end of the meeting, she had told a major (of that organization) that I have no way of waiting going and coming to Tuku, I went and will be alone. He stated this himself, two hours before coming to Tuku. It is not known how long they stayed and what they talked about.

Report
ON THE ARRIVAL OF TUK JAKOVA IN THE CITY OF BERAT
On _______ 1955, he came to the city of Berat, Tuk Jakova, who was formerly appointed, from above, in charge of the production sector in the Woodwork of this city.
That night (although it came late), the people who lived in that neighborhood, not knowing anything about him, went and helped him to unload and put the family furniture. During the conversation and answering the question of the people, why he had come to Berat, he answered: “I came with work and I was convinced”.
Jorgji Lekuta, head of the Trade Union in the same carpentry shop, seeing Tuku working, two days after his arrival says: “Comrade Tuk, you have worked hard, you are tired, now we will work for you”. From the conversations that Jorgji had later, he says that he had no intention, in this regard but only from his ambiguity, about the attitude he should have towards Tuk.
Tuk Jakova was accompanied to Berat by Dhora Leka (his sister-in-law).
Since the day of Tuk’s arrival in Berat and since he settled in a building, where his apartment is close, with that of Major Rustem Hariz from Skrapar and Chairman of the Military Branch of Berat District, family relations can be seen between them.
On dt. 26./VI/1955, named Pasho Hysi, former MP of Zog and Chief of Finance in Berat, today with a patriotic pension, has supported the Movement, elements with not very clear and opportunistic views, went to visit Major Rustemi whose gave for a wife, his daughter, after a little toast and went to visit Tuku, stayed about an hour and during the stay there, we do not know anything what was talked about.
After he left, Pashua went and Major Rustemi and paid a visit to Tuk’s family (along with his wife). During the conversations, the major in question, seeing that Tuku and his family were upset, started talking to and encouraging them, especially telling Tuku’s wife: “Do not be upset, you have to become a man, because the Party has it that way”. In this case, Tuku interrupted him, saying: “We do not have to be upset; we will suffer the mistake we made.”
In a conversation that Major Rustemi had with Lieutenant Thanas Thodhoraqi, the Chief of Regiment Security here, on 29 / VI / 1955, among other things, the conversation started about Tuku’s condition, where Major Rustemi said: “Tuku is very upset, he does not eat or drink, he continues, I’m sorry that he has the merit of war and that this is how we are, if your feet slip, no one looks at you “.
One day he said, I asked Tuk why you came here, (here he was talking about the measure taken by the Party), Tuk answered: on the issue of Party History “.
On 27 / VI / 1955, at 10.00 in the morning, 4 people from Tirana came to visit Tuku by car, among who was Kol Jakova and on the same day they left again for Tirana.
Given that Major Rustem Harizaj is an ideologically low element, we will wait for it to be clarified in the Party organization. In case this attitude continues, then we will think about other measures, notifying that department as well.
