Memorie.al publishes for the first time the sensational archival documents with the “black file” of the Albanian-Chinese relations of the early 60’s, where the Albanian ambassador Reiz Malile has regularly informed the Central Committee of the ALP and personally Enver Hoxha , Hysni Kapon, etc., regarding the immoral and animalistic behavior of dozens of Albanian soldiers, trainees and specialists who were in different cities and provinces of China, who committed acts of prostitution by forcibly capturing and raping Chinese girls, wherever they were , in fields, factories, construction sites, buses, dance evenings, etc., etc. And when the Albanian side wanted to prosecute them, the Chinese side did not agree and demanded that they “make deep self-criticism and be educated through work”. “?!
After the breakdown of Tirana’s official relations with the Kremlin at the end of 1961 and the beginning of ’62, when Moscow and Khrushchev withdrew all the staff of its embassy from the Albanian capital, Enver Hoxha and the communist regime of Tirana were released “into the lap By Mao Zedong, forming a strong alliance with the great Asian communist country with which they had been “flirting” since the early 1950s when President Mao consolidated his power. So from the early ’60s until the mid-’70s when Enver Hoxha would start cooling off with the “Chinese brothers” after Richard Nixon’s visit to China, for more than two decades , Official Beijing would be one of the main supporters of communist Albania, not only in the political aspect, but also in the economic and military one, granting to the small and poor Balkan country, several tens of millions of dollars of aid and loans, where most of their were free or long term repayment….!
Thus in those two decades, the Albanian government based all its five-year plans only on its own aid and loans provided by the Chinese government (where the military ones were all free) and in this context, in addition to the military industry such as: Artillery Plant in Tirana, the Armament Factory in Poliçan of Skrapart, the military airports of Gjadri and Kuçova, the naval military bases of Porto-Palermo, Shengjin, etc., etc., in those years were built and put into use almost all industrial works in Albania, such as: Oil and Gas Plant in Ballsh, Vau i Dejes, Fierza and Koman Hydropower Plants, Laçi Chemical Metallurgical Plant, Albanian Radio-Television, Paper Factory in Lezha, Wire Plant in Shkodra, etc. etc. small all over Albania, in which Chinese specialists and engineers worked with the utmost dedication and correctness. Likewise, for the commissioning of these large industrial works where the entire performance of the Albanian economy was based, the People’s Republic of China undertook the education and specialization of hundreds of hundreds of Albanian, civilian and military cadres in the People’s Republic of China. All these are already known by the generation that lived at that time and they are also reflected in the media and propaganda, such as newspapers, magazines, albums, Albanian Radio-Television, Kinostudio “Shqipëria e Re”, etc., etc. Which culminate with the visits of the Chinese Prime Minister Chu En Lai to Albania (where all the people are poured into the streets with slogans and flowers in their hands), as well as with a series of visits and meetings of the highest leaders of the Albanian communist leadership in China, starting from Enver Hoxha, Mehmet Shehu, Beqir Balluku, Avdyl Këllezi, Ramiz Alia, Haxhi Lleshi, etc.etc., and up to the lowest ranks of the official administration. But all that “unbreakable” and close friendship between the two “sister parties”, which had its epilogue in July 1978, had its darkest side, which not only was kept secret and did not it was never made public in those years, but even today when almost 30 years have passed since the fall of the communist regime, that thing still remains a secret ?! It is about the immoral behavior and attitude of the Albanian military, trainees and specialists, engineering and technical staff who at that time (for two decades in a row), were in the People’s Republic of China, where dozens of them were brought in the most ugly way, raping Chinese girls and women, wherever they were “in the fields, on the construction site, where ‘work’ was boiling everywhere,” or in the work and production center, on the bus, in the cow stables, in the evenings, in the dance halls, etc., etc. there, according to the reports of “Chinese comrades” had become “the horror of the regions…”?!. All these are reflected in detail in dozens of reports and information that the Albanian embassy in Beijing has sent to the Central Committee of the ALP, through Ambassador Reiz Malile and they are seen and signed with the relevant notes by Enver Hoxha himself, Hysni Kapo etc. by the senior leadership of the ALP. In this “black file” of Albanian-Chinese relations, which has the initials “Top Secret” and contains a long correspondence with reports-information signed by the Albanian Ambassador to Beijing, Reiz Malile, military attaché Elami Hado, director of the Directorate of Foreign Relations in the Central Committee of the ALP, Pirro Bita, etc., etc., are reflected in detail and details many events where the Albanian military, trainees and specialists are “released like a wolf in the ear” on Chinese girls and women, vent their animal lusts with ugly acts of rape….?! According to the reports in question, “Chinese girls when raped, did not shout, because they did not want the Albanian-Chinese friendship to be broken” and when the Albanian side insisted that those who had committed these ugly acts be prosecuted and brought to justice, “Chinese comrades” did not agree with this severe measure, but insisted that they “make a deep self-criticism and be educated through work”… ?! Regarding this and others from this “black file”, we know the secret archival documents that we are publishing starting from this article, which is not intended at all to show or denigrate the “Albanian forest pigs”, but how a proof of the history of Albanian-Chinese relations, where these events have been and will remain as a black mark in their historical aspect…

He often does not go to work, sleeps during the day, under the pretext of illness, goes out for walks with women at night. On August 1 on Lankoi Street, he lied to a woman with money.
One day at the end of October he came from the city drunk and, on the street, I met a worker who caught him and told him not to talk about me and you working together in ward 63. I wanted to change it, but she saved it from her hands. In the morning she complained to the directorate and for two days did not go out on the night shift.

He mistreats women, returns late and enters the bedroom from the wall. Maintains frequent relationships with bad women. In dance she performs acts of vagrancy, hugs the workers in the dance and shakes them a lot, she tells some that if she was in Albania, I would marry you, when she finds resistance from the girls she leaves in the middle of the dance and leaves.
Even more serious is the event that on April 3 he gathered around himself 40 interns and wanted to go to dasne outside the factory, passing through the wall entered the dance hall, this gesture is not in accordance with the agreement we made with Comrade Sherko. I said, I will write in the family about the friendship with the Chinese that we jump off the wall to go to the dance, while in the Soviet Union we are greeted everywhere.
He often speaks capriciously to translators, such as in April of this year he said: we practice here and you are teaching us badly, he goes to prison. Translator Kristaq P. hit one of the Chinese workers because the worker had a bad relationship with one of the practitioners of the group where Kristaqi was a translator. The Chinese workers wanted to beat Kristaq, but since he apologized through the chief of the IV branch and not directly to the worker, they still forgave him and did not hit him.
On July 9, a dance evening was organized on the feast of the People’s Army of the Republic of Albania. Since the workers had jobs the next day and sports competitions would be organized, it was proposed that the evening would continue until 17.00. But the people in charge demanded that the dancing time be extended not only until 10.00, but further. Precisely because the dance did not last, the practitioners left the girls in the middle of the dance and ran away because their wish was not fulfilled.
These are violations of human ethics. The next day the practitioners who were left to sleep in the city ate their lunch a little later, one of the irritated practitioners slammed the door until a glass figure broke. When the money from his salary was withheld, he became very revolted.
We have also organized a lesson with the chefs for the good food of the practitioners. But there were times when one of the practitioners caught a fly in the hall and intentionally threw it in the dish, but since the fly was still alive, this gesture was immediately unmasked, it ruined our friendship.
At Factory No. 1, Thomai saw that the worker he was having sex with was dancing with her husband.
In football matches with Cuan Cin University, when the university team scored the goal, the practitioners did not want to catch it (call it, our note), while when the ball fell on the post of their goal, they wanted to consider it a goal. One of the practitioners said that your students are weak in the face. One bought a pastry and threw it on the street to pick up the kids.
Everything has been done to meet the needs of the interns, but sometimes there is not, for example, the brand of cigarettes that one of the interns wanted was not provided, but he was given another brand of cigarettes, he rejected it.
These cases have brought revolt to the people. For practitioners who have had relationships with married women, men have bad impressions, and are revolted. There were also expressions from the workers that the practitioners do not resemble the heroic Albanians, as it has been explained to us.
Some of the people rebuke our leaders for the loss of national feelings, while they consider internationalism above all.
Some masters have said that if the leaders had not educated us for a friendship with our Albanian friends, we would not have taught them or beaten them.
The authority of the ALP and the Albanian people is seriously damaged.
If we do not take these issues seriously, we will remain isolated from the measures to break the friendship between China and Albania.
The 10th Plenum of the Central Committee of the Eighth Call stressed that the people are one and inseparable with the Party, but also enemies that do not love us.
