COMRADE RAMIZ ALIA: The regulation, I repeat, says that an offshore vessel notifies the Fisheries Enterprise every two hours of its location, but in fact the vessels do not. This is where the error of regulation comes in, Comrade Hekuran. Ships should be checked every hour from the border checkpoint, to be aware of the border, which ship enters the port and which leaves and where each is located. It does not cost the Fisheries Enterprise radio operator to notify the crossing checkpoint. If it says X ship is not, then the checkpoint will notify the BUD that X ship in this quad is missing, so check with radar. Yes this should be in the regulations. Border regulations therefore have to be very strict.
