Memorie.al/ publishes some archival documents, extracted from the Central State Archive in Tirana (the fund of the former Central Committee of PPSh), which also houses the personal archive of the former leader of communist Albania, Enver Hoxha, who in his political diary, which belongs to a long period of time, starting from May 1967, to December 1983, he has kept notes on the events of the Middle East, such as; the long Israel-Palestine conflict, the continuous wars between Israel and the Arab countries, the six-day war in 1967, where Israel defeated Egypt and the coalition of Arab countries, occupied the Golan Heights, the Yom Kippur war in 1973, where again Israel, after defeating the coalition of Arab countries (Egypt, Algeria, Syria, Iraq, Jordan, Yemen, Lebanon, Morocco, etc.) occupied the Sinai Peninsula, which he surrendered in 1979, blocking and closing the Suez Canal, (where Albania had vital interests, due to the aid that came from China by sea), until the civil war in Lebanon, at the beginning of the 80s, etc. What did the dictator of communist Albania, Enver Hoxha, write in his political diary where he made an analysis, and what was the position of the official Tirana, about the conflict between Israel and the Arab countries, as well as the various countries that support them, such as; Soviet Union, USA, Great Britain, People’s Republic of China, Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, etc.?! Was the information that Enver Hoxha had in June 1967 true, according to which, official Moscow would offer assistance to Egypt, bringing its Naval Military Fleet to the Mediterranean, in the event that official Tirana would accept that Soviet ships, to anchor in the ports of Durrës, Vlora, Shengjin, etc., or was it a paranoia of Hoxha, which caused the Albanian Army to switch to combat readiness no. 1, even mobilizing the reserve forces and those of the volunteer squads?! THE CURRENT CRISIS IN THE MIDDLE EAST
Israel is a state created by imperialism and by reactionary Zionism in order to have a foothold in the Middle East, in the heart of the Arab peoples and states, in this economically and militarily important basin. This region has been the center of clashes between various English, French, American and other imperialists. All these wolves, oppressing the Arab peoples, trampling their freedom, independence, rights and sovereignty, have mercilessly exploited the wealth of these countries, which are part of this region, and to perpetuate this exploitation, they have built a wide espionage network, whose members put these peoples in charge and protected them with their colonial armies and gunnery diplomacy.
However, over time, with the war that the Arab peoples themselves waged, which is part of the general war, yesterday against Nazism and today against imperialism, they gained freedom and independence, created and affirmed their sovereign states. However, being still bourgeois states and, a part of them, still having cliques of medieval capitalists and feudal lords at the head, they not only keep their people under brutal oppression, but are blind tools and sold to the British and American imperialists. .
Such are the King of Jordan, England’s agent from generation to generation, the former Imam King of Yemen, that of Saudi Arabia, Hassan II of Morocco, and others. Israel and Jordan are currently two supposedly independent states, but in reality they are puppets, the first of the Americans and the second of the British, in the direction of the Arab peoples. These are two dangerous nurseries, two provocateurs, two guard dogs of imperialism, which endanger the Arab peoples to develop and strengthen their independence.
Israel has constantly provoked Arab countries, constantly creates border incidents with weapons, it has attacked RAB and Syria; it has expansion and dominance tendencies. Now he recently provoked Syria and is preparing for war. The situation reeks of oil and gunpowder. The provocateur Israel rises like a dirty word, whenever the interests of the imperialist monopolies in this area are violated. This was the case when the Suez Canal was nationalized by the RAB, this is the case now, when the interests and oil concession routes of the Anglo-American monopolies are threatened. Herein lays the essence of the conflict between the imperialists and the Arab peoples. The essence of the conflict is right: getting rid of the savage political-economic yoke of imperialism as soon as possible. RAB, Syria, Iraq and Algeria have stood up against Israel, but also against its allies. Will you go day? This is not known for the known reasons, but nevertheless the RAB removed from the Sinai the UN troops, these international gendarmes who were protecting the interests of the Americans in Israel. The RAB threatens to block the Straits of Tiran, thus leaving Israel with only one open gate, that of the Mediterranean.
The American, British imperialists and revisionist traitors are on diplomatic moves. All of them wave the olive branch, all of them cry for “the protection of the freedoms and independence of the peoples”, all of them write telegrams and messages to one, sometimes to the other, but they all hide the truth, what American imperialism, the English one, the French, the Soviet revisionists and the titists and others, in all this deafening noise, only protect their dirty interests, at the expense of the Arab peoples. All of these, openly or behind the scenes, are putting and will put a thousand pressures on the Arab countries to withdraw from the protection of their rights, to capitulate! How this blackmail will end, we will see. The UN and now, Tito and Brezhnev, continue to play their diabolical, two-faced role, because they fear that they are being unmasked.
Tito, as it seems, has become an onion in front of Nasser, why is he not making much noise based on the former “friendship”. Nasser has understood what Tito is. The Soviet revisionists, allies of the Americans, will try to play the role of two-faced mediator, to play the role of arbiter between the Arabs and the American-English, to play the role of deliverer between American and English interests. It is clear what a vile role they play. Their main and only goal is to keep the Arab countries under the yoke, to divide the spheres of influence, to hinder the just national liberation and anti-imperialist wars. We have defended and will defend the just and anti-imperialist cause of the Arab peoples. The Arab peoples have seen, see and will see, that little socialist Albania is not afraid of the imperialists and revisionists and that in it the Arab countries have and will have a permanent and sincere and loyal friend in bad and bad days for them.

SUGGESTIONS FOR THE PRESS
I recommended to Ramiz that these two issues are addressed in our new press:
To support the Arab peoples, in the fight against American imperialism and its tool Israel. Such an issue is important for the politics of our country because, regardless of the current regimes, we support the Arab peoples, defend their independence and sovereign rights that are threatened by the American imperialists. We must support the Arab peoples, because they are revolutionaries and they are consolidating their states. Today, they live under democratic bourgeois regimes, some even feudal, but their progressive feelings are moving forward, and especially in the resistance they are organizing, against the intrigues and political and economic enslavement of foreigners. There are currently contradictions between the RAB (United Arab Republic) and the Americans, and it is clear that Nasser’s righteous action of expelling the UN troops and taking control of the Straits of Tiran has angered the Americans. – the English, who put pressure, but they have nothing to do.
Nasser won in this matter, won, also, from this material victory, to realize, if only for a time and for an issue, the unity of many Arab states. This, of course, can be considered as a political defeat for the American-British, who temporarily isolated themselves for this problem and have remained in this basin only with Israel. The war of these will be limited, as it seems, to a war of intrigues, pressures, to break the created Arab unity and to break the siege of Israel. Later, if they win in these directions, they can raise their voice or fall into some adventure, but the adventure will cost them dearly, so they do not encourage it. They will enjoy themselves without touching Israel. The Soviets are also fighting for this. In this regard, they cooperate with their American allies. The Soviet revisionists, of course, appear from the outside as friends of the Arabs, but the Arabs understand their game and pretend to believe the “sincerity” of Soviet aid in order to consolidate their first victory, which the Soviet revisionists could not sabotage (if they had achieved this, they would have been completely unmasked before the Arabs), that Nasser’s action was smart and quick.
But the RAB and other Arabs know that the Soviets put stones in the wheels, so they advise moderation. I believe that the Arabs themselves are worried about this further moderation, because these “advices” of the Soviets will cost them dearly. Our policy towards the Arabs is for them to see that we have loyal friends who support them with all our strength in their bad moments. They see this and Naseri expressed it to us in the message he sent to his friend Haxhi Lleshi on this occasion. Our right attitude unmasked the Soviets at the same time this and the titists. The latter are not talking. Tito, the erstwhile “sincere friend” of the RAB, really showed himself as he was: the true friend of the Americans. Wherever the interests of the Americans are at stake, Tito is silent, or only takes their side. The RAB and the Arab countries will never forget this right attitude, and this is important in the international arena for us.

In these conditions, Israel was created, especially with Polish, Ukrainian, Romanian and other immigrants who joined the local Jewish contingent and those who came from other countries. The state of Israel is under the rule of Zionist and American reaction. Israel’s aggressive tactics are typical of the Americans. They attacked first to break the “encirclement”, to expand the borders and advance to the Suez Canal, the eternal dream and greed of the imperialists. Whoever has the Suez Canal, has Egypt, has under his yoke the key to a vital passageway for three continents. Especially we, with the closing of the channel, isolate ourselves from China, and in fact during these times, it will be difficult for us to supply. We must be careful in crossing. Therefore, the liberation struggle of RAB and the Arabs belongs to all of us. Now we must carefully and vigilantly follow the development of the fighting. In the early days, Israel will have the massive but disguised assistance of the American and British aviation, which will mercilessly hit the vital centers of the RAB and other Arab countries. On the other hand, the demagoguery in the UN, in Moscow and in the Vatican will sound like a broken drum.

THE SOVIET REVISIONISTS LEFT THE ARABS IN THE MUD
Without a doubt, the Arabs would approve of the betrayal of the Soviet revisionists. They have given the Arabs old war material and the Americans are fully aware of the Egyptian military potential. The Israelis hit, apparently to death, the Egyptian aviation, so they are reportedly retreating towards the Canal, followed by Israeli forces. But, regardless of these measures, I gave the task to the press to write two or three articles exposing the Soviets, as an indirect answer to Nasser, whose appetite should be cut if he intends to make us any requests. The resolution of the Security Council, approved last night unanimously, under the complete American-Soviet agreement, to stop the war, is a second Tashkent; it is a betrayal of the Soviet revisionists, who do not make any distinction between the Israeli aggressor and Egypt’s sovereign rights in the Gulf of Aqaba.
The Soviets are in full agreement with the Americans, but they are exposing themselves badly. One thing is being gained in the meantime, regardless of the results and fate that this war will take: the United States of America and the Soviet revisionists are being exposed, hated and beaten by the peoples. One thing surprises you. Weak RAB protection. She was shocked within a day. It seems that the leaders of RAB have more illusions than real organization, because the people do not lack bravery. For this reason, I called my colleagues from Planning and Trade and ordered them to study what we expect from China, at least for a period of 4-5 months, and to present concrete measures and proposals, what we will do. We will try this blockade and we will surely overcome it. We will totally mobilize the people, so that we don’t lose anything from the agricultural products, they are collected and quickly put in the warehouse. To provide total services to plants and soil; to make savings and if necessary; even to tighten up. I made the scheme and wrote some theses in the form of extended notes, for an article that I think we will publish these days, against the pro-imperialist and anti-Arab sabotaging activity of the renegade Tito 1. – Tito’s great noise of “friendship” to to the Arab peoples, it was a complete bluff, but a bluff with certain goals. 2. – Tito, the old agent of the Anglo-Americans, was entrusted by Washington with the mission of creating the third force and putting it at the service of the American imperialists. – The goal of Tito and the Americans was to subjugate the free, independent and sovereign states, which were fighting for the consolidation of their freedoms won with sacrifices and blood, politically, economically and militarily, to the new American colonialists. – Tito caused a stir, tricks, meetings and congresses, pretended to be a rooster, became a friend of Nehru, Sukarno, Nkrumah and President Nasser. – Tito, during all this time, and under this mask, spied in favor of the Americans, taxed pulses, plotted sabotage, incited factions.
In order to bring these countries under the control of the Americans, he used two ways: with betrayal and illusions, or with coups and counter-revolutions. With the first one, the Americans could not succeed, so they implemented the second one: with the death of Nehru, they did and are doing their best to prevent India from falling under Soviet influence; in Indonesia, the white reactionary generals overthrew Sukarno; the conspiratorial coup in Ghana, led by the Americans, overthrew Nkrumah. Tito’s role in all these events was that of a spy, provocateur, and organizer of coups in favor of the Americans. – President Nasser and RAB remained. Here Tito and the Americans encountered a nail saw. Their plans were not realized. Nasser, they could neither lie to him, nor trap him, nor overthrow him. – Titoja started to get cold with Nasser and he realized what a liar, what a traitor, Titoja was and what plans she was making at the expense of RAB and other peoples. They wanted to have the independent peoples and states completely under their feet.
– What does the United States of America need, the “third force”, while the modern revisionists, led by the Soviets, have brought the second force into their service and with it they have undertaken to enslave the people, to lay to them they and make the law, of the two powers in the world. – But the peoples have stood up and are fighting. The Arab peoples have stood up against American imperialism and the reaction against Tito’s boss. This one, like that filthy rat, has crouched in Brion’s hole and is waiting there for the first storm to pass.

WHY ARE THE SOVIETS NOT HELPING RAB?!

The Americans give planes to the Israelis and themselves, with their planes, bomb the Arab forces. The Soviets, these false and treacherous friends, do not give any aircraft to the RAB. Why? They are in full agreement with the Americans. They want RAB to capitulate to the American-Israelis. They want the RAB and all the Arab peoples to lower their heads under the American-Soviet political and economic-military yoke. The Soviets want to humiliate the RAB and bring it into their sphere of influence, leaving a free hand to the Anglo-Americans in Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, Yemen and elsewhere. They want to extinguish the revolutions and liberation wars of the peoples of Africa, for which the Arab peoples are a significant help. The Soviet revisionists proved that they are capitulators, agents of colonialist capital, and allies of the United States of America, saboteurs and firefighters of just liberation wars. The Khrushchev revisionists betrayed Cuba and are doing a thousand and one insults to it and the other peoples of Latin America today.
Khrushchev’s revisionists betray Vietnam; make all that noise that China allegedly forbids them from sending those weapons. What if they send well and bulk planes to the Arab peoples, China stops them? No, Arab peoples, do not trust the revisionist traitors, who have betrayed their country and not let them betray you. Do not allow yourself to be drawn into their combinations, diplomatic traitors, for these are plotted against you. Do not accept the ceasefire. You will win, the bravery of your peoples, is legendary. Don’t be afraid of anyone.
History will punish your enemies and ours, and we will inflict this terrible punishment on them with relentless, uncompromising war. You won in 1956 and Khrushchev’s threat to allegedly hit Egypt’s enemies with missiles was a bluff. You won the war for the Canal yourself, with your skill and determination. Khrushchev’s gesture was fake.
This is what Cuba proved, this is proved by the treachery of his cubs, which he left behind, who not only do not give airplanes to the Arab peoples, but seek to ensnare them, just as they seek to ensnare Vietnam. Soviet revisionists and American imperialists do not benefit from just wars of liberation, because they see in them their unmasking and death. The revolution cannot be extinguished and you Arab peoples, who are now fighting for the right cause of freedom, independence and your rights, are in the revolution.
