I N F O R M A T I O N
I understood one thing, that ‘Xhafer Vokshi must have spoken to him after reading Tito’s speech, or articles in the Yugoslav press, after he mentioned to me several times that he had read these things in our press’, then the conversation about Xhafer Vokshi passed. . After praising him well as an “honest patriot”, he said: “Dali was sorry that at first I scolded Xhaferi, I made him a rag, for his weak attitudes. But Xhaferi did not feel sorry for him at all, on the contrary, he praised me, saying that; so straight, no one could speak to him!
When I told him that; you Xhafer do well to go there instead of leaving it to the Yugoslav Communist Party and not to be brought here, on the one hand you become a party candidate and on the other hand you nurture these sentiments for them, he replied: “Freedom, I this I have thought of it myself, without anyone reminding me, but I am waiting for all those people who, because of me, are inside, to be released from prison. I have learned that some of them have been released. “As soon as I find out that the others will come out, I will immediately ask to go and get the punishment I deserve.”
Xhafer Vokshi had told them all his relations he had with our government, on secret state issues. How he had cooled with us, because of his stay for some cadres of immigrants (colonels, who put them in jail). “I had no one to consult with,” Xhaferi had said, “to come to you, I thought you did not want to because of the compromise.”
“You were in vain” – Lirija replied – “you could have always come to consult with us. Then they had agreed that the ice should be broken. The truth about Yugoslavia must be told everywhere. “There is no need to be afraid, the more you are afraid of them, the more they will put their foot on your neck.” That is why Xhaferi has started visiting all his friends and talking to you freely. After being with Hulusi Spahiu, etc., he (?) Said something; why are you with Petro Bullati, Xhaferi replied: “Stay with him, because he was the one who opened my dungeon in prison”.
They had talked to Lirina, that it is a mistake to allow convicted people to approach the Legation, especially: Dashnor Mamaqi with his wife, Dhora Leka, etc. We need to get closer to us. Freedom told me that; she has nothing to do with Dali, except to be for him, she breaks the ice immediately. I asked Lirina, if Xhafer Vokshi, I talk like this in Dali’s presence? “Why” – Lirija answered me, – “will not Dali be separated alone” ?!
Then Lirija told me that together with Dalina, they had been to Olga Frashëri for Easter, there they had met the wife of a colonel, who is in prison in Yugoslavia, she spoke with admiration for Yugoslavia, talked about how well they were expected in the Legation. Daliu had agreed for her to tell Rexhepi about a corset for the fat of Liria, but Liria had said; “Wait a minute, because a friend’s brother can take me.”
A student of the Pedagogical School named Zora, had told her that; Rexhepi knows and praises Liri Gega a lot etj ”!
She had asked him if he was crazy about Petro Marko, Lirija had called him a “political adventurer”.
Freedom is of the opinion that; Shyqëri Bulica is a Security spy. He had also discussed this with Xhafer Vokshi. For these people who approach the Yugoslavs on purpose, I have to be shocked.
“To know the character of the people – adds Lirija, – look at the attitude they had in the War. “Shyqëri Bulica was ready to be expelled from the Party, for the compromise with Xhafer Deva, even now he is thrown into disgrace, but it does not suit him that the unmasking in the public begins”.
In the end, Lirija was again thrown to Tuk Jakova. “At least he did it publicly, it was agreed, and we were fought with words under the ground. I was fired from the cadre because they knew the influence I exercised on it, and then I was expelled from the Party, because the members of the Party trusted me, finally they fired me and from the influence on the youth, they paralyzed us. Where we had said and we our opinion open, then let us take whatever measures they want against us!
But still, do not be silent. The thought of truth has begun to mature. “I have come to this conviction now that I have had the opportunity to talk to some four healthy cadres of the War.” When I told him that; all this was done for Mehmet, she replied: “For Mehmet and for Liri Belishova that these two rose above Trotskyism.”
Then Lirija showed me the “vileness” that Liri Belishova had shown when she interrogated Tuka Jakova’s Mita, for the first time, about Mita’s poor attitude, which was lied to by the beautiful words for the first time and about her good attitude which held the second time, but to no avail.
Liri Gega, speaking about the class war in our country, said: “They have made the middle peasantry hostile, fighting it like a kulak. When the villagers come from Dibra, tan we, mock saying; “In our country, the kulaks are the ones who are hated by the party secretary. In Yugoslavia, on the other hand, the middle peasantry supported the government, as the middle peasantry also supported the National Liberation War.
This is imitated by the Soviet Union, forgetting that the hostile attitude of the Soviet government towards the middle peasantry has its roots in intervention and civil war. There the middle peasantry joined the reaction.
“These are the mistakes of those who specify hostility to the government.”

The source informs that on 21.1.1956, around 13:30, lunch came to the Planning Office of N.Sh.G. Elbasan, as he told me, Tuk Jakova, to meet with Bedri Spahiu. Tuku had another person with him. Tuk’s stay in the office was no more than 10 minutes.
He left the company escorted by Bedri Spahiu and returned after 5 minutes. In addition, Tuk Jakova came on January 20, 1956 and slept with Bedri Spahiu in his house.

Information report of the State Security collaborator with the nickname “Skënderi”, regarding the follow-up and surveillance he had done to Tuk Jakova, when he had gone on duty in Elbasan, where he had also met with Bedri Spahiu
R E P O R T
On January 21, 1956, around 10 in the morning, Tuk Jakova was in the directorate of the Combine, who had arrived in Elbasan on January 20, 1956 in the afternoon, in a truck. In the directorate of the Combine, there was the director Andrea Adhami, the chief engineer of the Construction Materials directorate of the Ministry of Industry, Vahit Sulku, the deputy director of the Combine. Tuku had come to Elbasan to get plywood.
During his time at the directorate, he talked about various problems about production, talking about categorization, he spoke against the reduction of categories, saying; that the categories were reduced, but this will be to the detriment of the quality, because the workers aim at achieving the rate to receive more lek. Now with the reduction of categories, it will be even worse, because workers will receive less money and will produce at the expense of quality, exceeding the norm.
Another big anomaly – continued Tuku – is the fact of paying the heads of the wards, less than the workers, here I am, for example, I cannot work with 4,500 lekë given to me, because I have enough to keep, until now I did as I did, because I had some reservations from the past, but the issue of my salary was not settled, I will ask to become a worker, because I have category VII and I get more. He said to him, it’s good that you have the craft, while Tuku, replied:
Speaking about the quality of timber, regarding the stigma given by the Ministry of Agriculture, Tuku said: that he had always thought that half of the employees of the Ministry of Agriculture, should be fired, that they eat bread in vain. While in the Planning Commission where the planning comes out, there is a big bureaucracy and the work cannot go that way.
He asked him: where he had slept on Friday night, to find out that he had not gone to his brother in Gramsh, he replied that: he had slept in Elbasan. I was happy – said Tuku – to go to Frano, to see how he lives, but he is far away. Tuku seemed to be speaking from the position of a man who is okay and nothing has happened to him, except a change of sector!

Report-information of the State Security Operational Worker, Nazif Latifi, with the data of the Security collaborator with the nickname “Vigilance”, regarding the pursuit and surveillance of Tuk Jakova in the city of Tirana, where he had gone with the usual permission
Top secret I get P.Op. Nazif Latifi
From the source “Vigilance”
Report dated 7.1.1956
The source “Vigjilenca” reports that from 28 to 5 January 1956, Tuk Jakova was with the usual permission in Tirana. As soon as Tuku returned, there was talk in the carpentry industry that he (Tuku) would transfer them to Tirana, as the Director of Carpentry Misto Mame. When he asks Tuk, how is this word circulating, Tuk tells him that; I do not go to Tirana, or they take me to the place I had, i.e., as Deputy Prime Minister, or I do not accept it elsewhere, so I will die here, a simple worker. I say Tuku I was hit completely unjustly after I did not make any mistake.
When he was present at the meeting of the Technical Commission of the enterprise, the reduction of the labor force and the raising of the norms, Tuku said that; we should not raise the norms, because if the norms are raised, the labor force will be reduced and we will have nowhere to take the workers. This view struck you in the meeting from him and others, so Tuku at once withdrew and changed his mind. Tuku accompanies and talks more with Sherif Leku, Jorgo Zaho.
