Memorie.al / In 1981, the Serbian government, even all the southern Slavs, will attack the Albanians that: “they are forcing the settlers to move from Kosovo”. The truth is, all the UDB-ashes who were discredited in 1966, will enjoy fat pensions, and rest, they will wait for the first chance to attack the Albanians. That chance for them was when the Albanian patriotic youth tried in 1981 to rise up in an uprising, but unfortunately, we still didn’t have: “popular awareness of the Maidan”. And from this time on, the Serbian government will not leave a stone unturned, with the sole purpose of first “converting” the 1974 Constitution.
That’s where Serbia’s neo-fascist chauvinism came in, changing the constitution. Yes, a ‘Special Commission’ will be established for the return of Serbs and Montenegrins to Kosovo. They had moved for two reasons: originally, they were settlers of the king or Tito; Secondly; they could not stand the young and educated Albanian cadres. And they could not bear to be third class citizens, because the first were the Serbs, the second were the “honest Albanians”, the former Udbas.
Not a month has passed since 1981, without detailed analysis of the return of former Slavic settlers, because only through them, the Albanian people could be kept subdued. This campaign, will have its embryo in the “Blue Book 1976”, will be regenerated with the “Memorandum” of the Serbian Academy, in 1986. Neither the first nor the second document had the power to install the former Udbas, back in power, to rule Kosovo.
And as a result of this impasse, that the former cadres of the UDB and the party will not be able to DEAL with the intellectual and political power of the new Albanian cadres, therefore, in 1987, he will start work, first in The Communist League of Serbia, and then the work will be distributed to the Parliament of Yugoslavia, from where the “Yugoslav Program for Kosovo 1988” will be born.
This Program, ‘de facto’, opened the chance for Kosovo to return to a territorial and administrative position, in the Statute of the years: 1945, 1948, 1953, 1963. So, Kosovo, according to Belgrade, cannot have; nor the Constitutional Law; from 1969, let alone the Constitution!
Constitutional amendments were debated everywhere in Kosovo in 1988, and 97% of the debates did not agree with the changes dreamed up by the Serbian neo-fascist government. Regarding this, Slobodan Milosevic, will publicly say: “We will change the Constitution, institutionally and extra-institutionally”. In this regard, Albanian careerists and scumbags will not understand this assassination and coup d’état, which was being prepared for Kosovo.
Under these circumstances, the prisons were filled with young patriots and undefeated revolutionaries. It is known that March 23, 1989, was a terrible day for Kosovo. After this coup d’état, the real intellectuals knew that without an armed struggle, the situation in the Constitution of 1974 cannot be returned, let alone Kosovo advance to the seventh Republic, which was then the dominant opinion.
In these circumstances, the Declaration of July 2, 1990, was a very significant turning point, to return hope to the people. Secondly, the courage and patriotism of some young men and women was a warning that; the Albanian people cannot bear slavery. In order to FEAR THE PATRIOTIC YOUTH, Serbia will bring the police, militia and army, which we did not have under our command.
This phenomenon happened because, at the scientific intellectual level, in international gatherings, social science workers in Kosovo had reached the level and were not in any inferior position to the Serbs, who were used to saying: “down there” (it was thought of Kosovo).
Geographically, it is known that Kosovo was not “below”. In the controversy in 1988, they will be told that: “We are not at the bottom, we are at the top, because the water from Kosovo flows down, towards Belgrade”. And, it will not be long before the Assembly of Kosovo, on September 7, 1990, in Kaçanik, will declare Kosovo the seventh Republic, like other federal units. The patriotic dance will not stop with this CONSTITUTIONAL act. Information was unstoppable because the world had become too small for its (information) power.
The Serbs and their rotten administration thought they were in the years: 1912, 1918, 1945, when they killed and shot families and individuals, and no one knew anything. Now, it was another “song”! But, in order to keep the Serbian people in a “superior” position, the government will have no idea to support the new circumstances, not only in Yugoslavia, but also in the world.
Serbia, in order to return the political reality to the positions before 1966, will start the criminal bloodshed, with old and new methods, where only the tanks were additional, from the previous tools. In their megalomania, that: “they have the fourth army in Europe”, the Serbs started the war first, against the school youth in 1981.
Then, the violence was carried out against the emblematic Albanian FAMILIES, all with the intention of scaring the people, trying to show them the “muscles” of tanks and pizgavers, poisoned barrels and knives, with selection.
Precisely, first, in the Llap of Ramë Vllasa, OSMAN MANOLLIT-Pollatė. Precisely, against the latter’s family, they will program the beginning of the implementation of the old programs. The question arises; if on September 7, 1990, the Kaçanik Constitution was approved, on September 13, 1990, it will be brutally attacked by the Serbian (Yugoslav) militia and army.
The MANOLLI family of POLLATA, who were friends with Demë Ahmet, with Murat Xhaka, Ahmet Delina, and I believe with Haxhi Zekës, because Oda MONOLLI and POPOVA were a safe host, in 1910 and 1912, for Hasan Pristina and Isa Boletini, from where the most sublime national example emerged, the MURGULLA ASSEMBLY, in 1920, from where the CONDUCT was issued, for uprising against the occupier, with the Program of the Kosovo Committee.
Apparently, the plan to attack the emblematic Family, MONOLLO, on September 13, 1990, testify the secret Serbian fascist documents. The documents that are in possession are evidence that we are dealing with a neo-fascist government, which programs the extermination of an entire people, just because it is not Slavic, and the world, at first, believes it, because the victim had no side, no friends, no strength, besides justice, sacrifice and the courage of hope.
And the plan for the extermination of the MANOLLI Family, (LATIFI) – Pollata, was coded with the code: “MUNJA” – “RUFEJA”. For the implementation of this program, 135 militia, 60 soldiers were engaged, with the entire murderous arsenal that the state possessed.
The coding table, of the “Lightning” action, was associated with geographical concepts. The “region for attack” had the sign 21, the barracks where the attack was being prepared, was coded with the number 20, the Security center in Pristina, with the number 19, the organization of the public security in Podujevë, with the number 18, the reserve in Kerpimeh, with the number 23, auxiliary reserve in Leban, with the number 22, the place where the violence should be applied in Pollatë, with the number 24, the place where the success of the violence had to be ensured, the village of Slatina, with the number 25, the reserve place of success, in Zhiti, with the number 26, houses for raiding (read for killing and causing fear in the people), with the number 27, the place where increased violence would be used, if success is not achieved in the first plan, in Pollatë, was coded with the number 28, in the village of Metohi, the point with reserve forces was coded with the number 31, the point where the first one was secured, with the number II.
The effect had to mark fear and: “the people, with two or three cruel murders, should be set in motion, to have other trumps, so that the atrocities continue with victims, beyond the number of 10, but not more for the beginning”.
The Serbian killing machine had an extermination program, which it used from Pollata (September 13, 1990), to the Shaban Jashari family in Prekaz (March 4-5, 1998), Serbian documents testify. In this regard, first the start of the action and the performance of the initial task was called “Lanac 1” (chain 1), the joining of the murderous columns was called “LANAC 2” (chain 2), the start of the action was called “Livada” (- Meadow), the stop of the action, was called “Trava” (grass), the blockade line, it is called in the document; ‘Kanar’ (Libra), the connection of blockades, it was called “Çvor” (nye), the isolation of people in objects, it was called ‘KRUG’- (Circle), the control of the object, it carries the code “VETAR” (Era), the people for isolation and imprisonment, were called “JEZH” (Hedgehog), the weapons found (they cracked them, if there were none) should be called “KOPRIVA” (nettles), persons deprived of their freedom were called “BREZA” (pine) that burn, they could drown and nothing, the injured person was called “LIST” (leaf), which is not worth five pare, the dead person was called; “Cactus” in Albanian is also like that, the guard of the country, who had to open the murderous fire, was called; “PLAMEN” (flame) that had to destroy the house, or destroy it with dynamite, the militia that was closer than the soldier, was called; ‘kremen’, something that fires like a brincsak stone, like an gunpowder that catches fire at once, the native who was being attacked, killed or imprisoned, was called; ‘trin’ – there, the armored transporter, it was called; ‘lim’, Lim River, FOOD OF MURDERERS, CALLED; ‘KITIJA’, the water for the programmers of the extermination of the stable Albanian family, is called; “Cans”.
The people who had access to the realization of this program, for the extermination of Albanians, had numerical and descriptive codes. In each action, the role of the user, the call sign, the work and the reserve level, which was to continue the action, are highlighted. The leader of the group for blocking the object, which was surrounded by the code “Lightning”, had the numerical sign 12, while the work that had to be done was coded with the number 50+50.
The deputy of this action was numbered 13, the leader of the raid group, 21, the deputy, 22, the leader of the subgroup, 23, the reserve leader of the subgroup, 24, the leader of the subgroup for supply, 25, the first brigade, 61, the second brigade, 62, the sanitary insurance group, 63.
Command of security forces, 71, head of special forces, 81, “Lightning” action headquarters no. 1, Commander no. 2, deputy no. 3, member of the operative staff, no. 4, the leader of the blockade no. 11, coding of motor forces; “Lightning” no. 31, driving helicopters; “Lightning” no. 41, connection of groups; “Lightning” no. 51, service no. 91, the end of the “Lightning” Code no. 101.
With this program, which is presented to the public for the first time, as a political-military experiment, for the entire Serbian neo-fascist machinery, was the terrorization of the MANOLLI Family, in Pollatë, on September 13, 1990, which means that; the murderous Serbian action had begun six days after the approval of the Kaçanik Constitution.
In this military-police action, they were KILLED; Besim Latif-Manolli- is killed on the threshold of the ode and Skënder Latif Manolli is killed by a sniper, because they broke the siege. The government, to show its intention, arrests 30 people, mistreating them until they die.
This military-police attack is carried out in Pollatë, all on purpose, to frighten all the people of the Kosovo Plain. While at the same time, in the Municipality of Klina, Shtjefen Dushi and Simenon Dushi were killed, on purpose; to cover the entire Dukagjn Plain. The attack was made in order to track down the whereabouts of the deputies of the Kaçanik Constitution, from September 7, 1990.
According to the Serbian military police documents, a new plan was then to be implemented, with the code; “LIGHTNING 2”, where the killing of more than two people is foreseen, but the action could not end, at least without “liquidating 10 terrorists”, who are nameless, without attacking anyone, but their weapon, had to to be like an identity card, that they were Albanians.
