Memorie.al/ publishes some archival documents issued by the institution of the Authority for Information of Former State Security Files, where is the voluminous file (forms, investigative and court), of Myrteza Bajraktari originating from Gostivar, who after finishing school high school in the city of Tetovo, in 1952, began his higher studies at the University of Skopje, in the branch of Philosophy, where in addition to teaching he was employed as a journalist in the newspaper “Flaka e Vllaznimit” published in Skopje, from where he was fired soon after, he published an article where he was openly against the displacement of Yugoslav Albanians to Turkey and as a result, he was appointed as a teacher in the 7-year school “Shaban Zeneli” in Kumanovo. Myrtezai was arrested by the UDB in 1952, after he was part of a secret organization called the ‘Albanian National-Democratic Organization’, and he was sentenced to seven years in political prison, which he served in the Nis prison and Idrizovo. Escape from Yugoslavia and coming to Albania, where after staying for some time in the internment camp in Seman of Fier, he was given the right to high school, graduating from the University of Tirana in Language and Literature, but after refusing the appointment in the city of Berat, in 1971, he was arrested and sentenced to seven years in political prison, on charges of “agitation and propaganda”. Release from prison and leaving without work until the collapse of the communist regime and his appointment as Consul General of Albania in Switzerland, until 1993, and then his election as Honorary President of the Albanian League in the World, for the countries of Benelux, where he worked for the cause of Kosovo, until he passed away on December 11, 2020. I learned about the arrest of Faslli Ramadani, for this I am informing him about some findings, such as the neighbors I had and some other things.
For more than a year I have noticed that he leads a life with many expenses, with many entrances and exits. For every day, as he himself told me, he ate meat in large quantities at home – lunch, dinner, and himself used with his wife and wine for lunch and dinner, so the expenses were much, much higher, than the income who had husband and wife, buying things too.
For example: a new Chinese bicycle, he made a suit with a vest, a wristwatch for his wife and every day he spent two packs of “Diamant” cigarettes, buying his children tracksuits, a girl woolen sweater. Every time I went to them as neighbors, I found people waiting for them with coffee, asking them: “do you want cognac or fernet”.
And I told him: “you have many entrances and exits”, and he replied that a 9 ALL package costs two days. In fact, four or five months ago he told me: “I talked to Idriz Shoshi, who told me: ‘you are dressed like a count’ and I told him: ‘not only that, but every meal, every day, eats meat and wine and if you want go away and report ”.
It is true, that fruits, grapes, apples, figs, oranges, according to the season, to him stand on the table in a few kilograms, every day.
In recent months, for almost six months, he has been staying with the report receiving the incomplete salary; however, both last year and this year, he spent the summer over two months on the beach in Golem, where last year, they were with Kapllan Resulin.
Every time he came from the beach, to be supplied, he bought, among other things, 5-6 bottles of wine, brandy, 2-3 bottles, 4-5 bottles of olive oil, doing this only twice this summer. Even this summer, he came by bike from Golem.
Every time I went, the newcomers, from where I left two, came three, he introduced me as a relative, ostensibly of a woman. Every day and at any time, with Fazlli at home, you are Ajet Tanushi, the doctor (the woman’s tribe) often came, with her mother, and as a serious friend, Kapllan Resuli, who had the opportunity to stay for five days, with lunch and heavy dinners, with brandy and appetizer, and finally table. When Kapllani came to him, Faslliu did not go to work, because with the doctor (as he himself told me), he made reports.
Three months ago, he met Kapllani in front of the Executive Committee, he set out to meet his friends at the “Flora” Bar, and I told him to drink coffee, he did not want to at first, but then he accepted with boredom and we went to the “Flora”.
Myrteza Bajraktari was waiting for him there, who as soon as we entered, got annoyed and paid for the coffee and left, telling him that I was coming, and escorted you at five o’clock for the train and left.
So, after four or five minutes, a teacher (as Kapllani introduced me) came to Lushnje – Kosovar, and without sitting down, he said to Kapllani: “Hey, let’s go, because we have work to buy notebooks”, and so fled.
A week ago, Kapllani’s wife came to Fazlliu, my daughter, when she went to get a textbook from Fazlliu’s daughter; she found him with tears in her eyes and told him what had happened.
She learned that it had been two or three days since Kapllani had disappeared, worried. Then, the next day, at the milk, he met Fazlli and I asked him: “what happened to Kapllani”?
He (Fazlliu), told me: “It has been three or four days, that he is not known where he is, he said that he was alone for the salary in the Education Section and he did not return, he told me: what do I need Kapllan’s work, each depends on his own feet ”and left.
One night later, my wife sees Fazlli riding a bicycle to the ring of “December 21”, and, dismayed, bewildered, asks him what Fazlli had. He had replied that: “I am leaving for Durrës, because I have an urgent job”.
On the day when Fazlliu was arrested, Gjergj Marashi came in a hurry, even before they left the checkpoint, and told my wife: how is work, worried and begging my wife, she says:
“It’s not nice, let’s go and comfort her, because she’s not guilty”, to learn something for sure about this, that he was worried and goes inside my friend at the door, a few minutes after leaving control and asks her Fazlli’s wife, what they wanted, how it was, what they found ”.
Fazlliu, as I have signaled to comrades Orhan and Andrea Marko, has been the source of the spread of hostile rumors, as was the case, which he fabricated, “for the arrest of comrade Kiço Ngjela”, and “the exile of his family”, as Fazlliu said, “I saw the internment myself”, saying that this is more than true and even has the source from within, from the Ministry of Interior, that, “these are what Ajet Tanushi said”, and many others.
In the case of two lightning bolts, in Kombinat where he worked, where there were cases of attacks, among third parties, he conceived lightning bolts for others, to encourage, as well as a year ago, in NTLFZ, which for for a long time he continued in front of the Palace and was finally expelled from the party.
You know him, because in the hospital, one day he introduced me and said to me about him: “Here is the man who shakes him with lightning bolts, in front of the NTSHFZ Palace”.

As soon as I came from China, Kapllani came to visit me, after we met; he started telling me about Tetovo.
Among other things he told me that he was writing a novel about my cousin who died in the snow from UDB and needed some information about his youth, as the cousin I had.
This is how Tetovo came to be and showed that in Tetovo he had worked for a year as a teacher and was married to a girl, whose brother, I knew, Qemal Hajrullai, an agent of the UDB regime.
He told me that he would receive information from Ismet Bajrami in Vlora, who had promised him and was waiting for him. To reassure me that he knew me, through the people of Tetovo, he said to me: “Now I know, and your house, do you have a tree near the window of your house”?
And I was amazed that for a year a teacher, he knew the tree in front of my house, I said to him: “Ore, what if you had to go to the house of a fugitive, he was not afraid”?! He replied in confusion:
“From the sympathy created as much as I learned about you in Tetovo, I went to the village of Tat with him to see the house and one of your cousins, Sabri Sadiku, took me.” This man, well-known, agent of UDB, and since then, I began to look with the eye of a suspect, this Kapllani, who when I came from China, had gained fame and arrogance.
Here is what he once told me: “I broke up with Skënder Backa, I got fat with him, one night, and I broke up with him for 2,500 ALL in “Dajti”, together with Idriz Sheshi”.
Myrteza Bajraktari, “son of Izmet Fejzullai”, as he called himself, and Ismet, had sympathy for “uncle Izmet”, who also took the scholarship, as Myrtezai once told me, when according to the orders received by Sali Shatri, from Izmet Fejzullai , that as soon as he gets a scholarship at the Ministry, to be notified by telegram and the day that Myrtezai just arrives, how he had received the telegram, he met Sali in front of “Sahat” and said: “I received the telegram, thank you very much”, and Sali order to appear at the faculty.
