INTERNAL DIRECTORATE
SUB / COLONEL ZYLFI SALIU
HERE:
On August 29, 1955, in a first meeting I had with a Berat Woodworking worker named Gjençi, I do not know the last name, as this was introduced to me by Lieutenant Kadri Harizi, who was sitting at a table with me during the conversation.
During the conversation, Gjençi tells us that a few days ago he lost a wallet and was informed that this was found by a friend in Skrapar, so Gjençi himself at Tuk Jakova’s house, to get permission to go to Skrapar, Tukun finds him having dinner, goes out and meets his wife where they put him in the waiting room.
After eating dinner, Tuku meets Gjençi and after talking about the issue that Gjençi had gone to, the housing conversation opens where he tells Gjençi that; one of the shelters came and told him to stay in a room, as they would put two bachelors in the shelter. Tuku sent his wife to his friend Myzafer Trebeshina and according to the statements of Gjençi, who had told Tuk Jakova, Myzaferi had replied that; now I will go to Tirana, when I return I will look at this issue.
But Genji had answered; why do not you go yourself, comrade Tuk, for this matter to comrade Myzafer, Tuku had told Gjenc that; I cannot bow to the son of a traitor, if they occupy my house, I will break the tables and burn them, and I will not bow to him. Tuk’s wife had told him that; do not take it for granted, as Tuku is a little irritable.
I do not know for a long time, Lieutenant Kadri Harizi and Pandi Lubonja, driver, were also present.

ON THE CURRENT PROCESSING OF TUK JAKOVA
As per the plan of operative-agency measures drafted by us and approved by the center, for the processing of Tuk Jakova, it is put under regular processing in category 2 / A.
For its processing in the work and housing center, the directorate took operational measures by surrounding itself with agency, as we predicted that the work process itself would connect Tuk with our agency. This is how we started after coming to the Nish-Miscellaneous Products Company, got in touch with B.p. “Vigilant”, after the latter serves in the accounting sector, and that Tuku after meeting him, himself asked him to have friends.
Simultaneously during the work Tuku also established connections with B.p. “Nuredini”, who works as a technician in the Woodworking sector where Tuku is in charge, so Tuku, also this B.p., has started to keep him close.
In order to ensure the various entrances and exits to Tuku’s house, we acted by instructing a N / officer of this directorate for the Police side, who deals with operational work and who has previously been in the Security sector.
This friend lives next to Tuk’s apartment and is a communist like himself and his wife. At the same time, in one of the rooms of Tuku’s apartment, the agent “Maja e Leklit” has settled who also works in the same sector with Tuku.
In addition to these, since Tuk’s wife is a teacher, B.p. “Udha e Labinotit”, who works in the Education sector and who is proven in our work and that he is familiar with it.
This directorate has acted in this way until today, for the siege with agency of Tuk Jakova and we think that we will be able to control its activity to some extent.
Of these B.p., to date the aforementioned is best associated with B.p. “Vigilant”, who has continuously given and gives data about him. From the data so far we have about it, it follows as follows.
After being expelled from the Party, (in July), Tuku stood for several days upset and shocked, in connection with this, in a conversation with B.p. “When I came I did not feel able, but now I see a change,” he tells Vigilant. Talking to the same Bp, about his salary, which he receives 4,500 ALL per month and comparing himself with other employees (in terms of specialty), Tuku says: “I am surprised; I am a much better specialist than these others, while my salary was lower than these”!
In one case, Tuku, talking to the head of the company’s plan, Dilaver Qafën, told the latter, that: with slaps”. Exactly after a few days, at the time when the ice comes to cool the water in the carpentry, some workers are released to get a piece of ice, at this time Tuku yells at you and after the workers do not leave, he drops them with a piece of board he was holding in hand, worker Lik Lefta, hitting him on the neck of the hand.
This blow became alarming to the workers and therefore provoked a meeting by the management of the enterprise, in which the deed done by Tuku was criticized. In response to the criticism he made of Tuku, Tuku says; ‘That I made a mistake hitting him’, but insists that; “These are undisciplined workers, they forced me to do this.”
In a conversation that Tuku had with the worker of the carpentry sector, Gjenç Mançen, about the issue of the house where he lives, Tuku had told Gjenç, that; housing is bringing us two bachelors, to live in one of the rooms of the house where I live, for this issue I sent the woman to the chairman of the District Executive Committee, Myzafer Trebeshina, but since the mayor was fleeing to Tirana, he told the woman se; when i come back i will look at this problem.
In this case, the worker Gjençi Mançe, tells Tuku, that; why do not you yourself go to Comrade Myzafer for this matter, Tuku answering you, says that; I cannot bow to the son of a traitor, if they occupy my house, I will break the tables and burn them with fire, and I will not bow to him.
Since this conversation took place in Tuku’s house, where Gjençi had gone to ask for permission to go to Skrapar, there is also Tuku’s wife, who tells Gjençi, do not take it badly, because Tuku is a little irritable. This denunciation was made by the workshop in question; in a social conversation he had with two officers of this directorate.
Regarding the people who visit Tuk’s house, it should be noted that Major Rustem Harizi, head of the Military Branch of the Berat district, continues to attend, even Rustem’s wife, who is also a party member, in one case has expressed herself before a communist of her organization, saying that; I have no way of interrupting the going and coming to Tuk’s house, I have gone and I will.
Also, Tuk’s house for many cases was frequented by the II Captain, Kosta Jani from Korça, who is a doctor of ward 6650 / A Berat, from the data we have come out that he often goes to Tuk’s house with whom loz chess, also in a case where Tuku had the sick son, the captain in question delivered penicillins to the sick son.
As for Tuk’s stay in office, apart from the case of misconduct mentioned above, he after the data of the agency we have and from what is seen from the outside, he has been laid to work and works himself, has decided some rules at work, such as technical control over the materials produced, etc. It’s natural that he will work because he has no choice.
In general, these are the data we have for him so far, since Tuku has a revolver of the American brand “Gold”, as well as a shotgun (pairs of caliber 12), for which he has been provided with the relevant permit by this directorate. , please explain to us if we let him keep them or remove them, since he is now deprived of all the rights he had as an official and that he has certainly taken them to the state warehouses.
The minister’s authorization for weapons permits has been obtained from the beginning, so he should be asked.

State Security information report on the letter that Tuk Jakova sends to his brother, Frank Jakova, who was interned in the city of Gramsh
I N F O R M A T I O N
Excerpted from the letter without an address addressed to Tuk Jakova, Franc Jakova, Gramsh Elbasan, where he says:
Dear brother, Franko: I miss you very much, especially when I think that you are the sixth with the salary of a seller, of 2,800 ALL. It will be very difficult for you to have it, but you have to be patient, “because that’s what luck was like” (so say the elders).
I run here in Berat a carpenter workshop with a much higher salary than you, which goes 4,500 lek gross per month. I have not forgotten the craft and I am able to run this workshop technically. I am fighting to strengthen work discipline and improve quality.
Some workers here master the craft well and relying on them, we have some progress in the issue of quality improvement and in the future, we will have more success, in order to eliminate the bad opinion that has been formed about the Berat Carpentry, on the issue of quality.
At home we are fine, the children are especially in good health, we are settled and live in two 4×3 rooms and a small kitchen, which does not bother me and Nita together.
Nita was also expelled from the Party and now we are a man and a woman without a party. You Franc, do not worry, you are standing like men, as befits communists, I call myself a communist without a party and I work conscientiously, as I have always worked, I serve the people, as best I can, because that is the goal of any honest communist.
Kiss the children for me and say; your uncle wants to see you in Tirana, where he always saw you before.
I miss you and Marie. Memorie.al
