Memorie.al/ publishes some archival documents issued by the institution of the Authority for Information of Former State Security Files, where there is a voluminous file belonging to Tuk Jakova, who since the period of the Zog Monarchy, was one of the leaders of the Communist Group of Shkodra, sentenced to political prison in the famous trial of 1938, together with Qemal Stafa and Vasil Shanton, participant in the founding meeting of the Albanian Communist Party and member of its Central Provisional Committee, since the founding meeting of November 8, 1941, political commissar of the First Assault Brigade and the First Corps of the National Liberation Army, where from the end of the War, in November 1944 until 1955, he held several senior party and state functions and duties. , as: member of the Politburo and secretary of the Central Committee of the Albanian Communist Party, full ambassador of the People’s Republic of Albania in Belgrade, President of the Trade Unions of of Albania, Minister of Finance and Deputy Prime Minister of the Albanian government, headed by Enver Hoxha, etc. The entire voluminous file (forms and investigative) that is published for the first time by Memorie.al., Where there are hundreds of unknown documents, in charge of the former lieutenant general Tuk Jakova, (“People’s Hero”), which belong to the period 1951-1959, when he, after numerous contradictions with Enver Hoxha since the end of the war, in 1951 was expelled as a member of the Politburo and in 1955, he was expelled from the Central Committee of PPSh, being dismissed from all party and state functions, which he had held until then, was interned with his family in the district of Berat, where after working for some time as head of the Carpentry Department in that city, in 1957 was sentenced to solitary confinement in Kanina Castle, Vlora district, where he was arrested in 1958, sentenced to 20 years in prison, accused of being a “traitor and enemy of the people”, until he died in the Prison Hospital of Tirana in 1959, in mysterious circumstances! What is said in the secret documents (reports, photographs, cards, forms, reports-information, notes, minutes, surveillance reports, plans-measures, denunciation letters, etc.) belonging to the period 1955-1959, when he was in constant surveillance and surveillance by the State Security bodies, who were the officers of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who were in charge of his surveillance and the names and nicknames of the Security collaborators, who kept him under strict surveillance ?!

About two weeks ago, Tuk Jakova was summoned by the Central Committee and after two or three days there, he also went to the Prime Minister, where he had held a meeting of the Party organization, he told the secretary of the Woodworking organization, when the latter asked him, how did it turn out at the Party meeting. Tuku clapped his hands and, quite upset, said, “Just like that.”
In conversations I had with him about the work process, he told her that when you came, you did not feel fit, and now I see a change. He really started working with carpentry and obsolete pieces, built some beautiful frames, also made some wooden ornaments, like wooden squares, etc.
A few days ago he asked about his salary, after he told him that he had a salary of 4,500 ALL, Tuku said: “I am surprised, I am a much better specialist than these, while my salary was lower”! On this occasion he told him that you have to pass a probationary period before a commission to increase your salary, or else when you are two years old at work, you can imagine old age as well as others.

On July 16, 1955, Tuk Jakova was talking in carpentry with the head of the plan, Dilaver Qafën. Tuku told Dilaver that I had never seen undisciplined workers like those of this carpentry. Some have upset me and I will slap you. These things, Dilaver said to him knowing that Tuku is better with him.
In connection with this, came on the 18th, on Monday, when the ice had come to the carpentry, some workers had been piled up by a little ice to eat. At this moment, Tuk Jakova goes there and hits a worker named Lik Lefta with a stick, who kills him so much that you have a swollen neck. On this occasion, some alarm was raised by the workers and the issue was reached to provoke a meeting by the directorate.
At the meeting Tuku was criticized and admitted that he had made the mistake of shooting the worker. So much, but nevertheless he insisted and said that these are undisciplined and forced me to make this gesture, after I sought to maintain cleanliness and things to be put in place.
He says that Tuku occasionally goes hunting there from Uznova, he has not accompanied him until today, as he does not have couples, and however Tuku told him to accompany him.
At work he says, it is not bad, he does not lack good organization and now he has started to work himself regularly.

Also on July 19, 1955, at 9:00 PM, when I went to my house, I saw that Major Rustem Haziri, Tuku and all the women sitting in chairs, had come to the door of the apartment, talking about ordinary issues related to the butchers. It seemed that only Tuku did not speak, but he did not understand, because I also could not hear, after staying until 9.30 pm, he left for his own house.
It is to be emphasized that, Tuku does not seem anxious and alarmed, he works both at home and at home, talks to anyone and does not impress, as e.g. the second day Tuku went to work, comrade Izet Dyrmish shook his hand and pursed his lips in gas.

Regarding this, he said that a few days ago, Tuk’s brother-in-law came with services in the County Union, named Petro, about which I have reported before. He said I have a brother-in-law, but I did not go to sleep there. In reality, he only did not go to Tuku the first night, as he did not know, but two more days, he came to Tuku to sleep. I suspected Petrua here, that after he said I did not go at all.

He reports that on 15.8.1955 at 21.30, when I went home, I saw in the corridor of Tuk Jakova that two voices of men were heard, after about 10 minutes, it was confirmed that from there came a man unknown to us. Tuku when he passed her put her lip to the gas and laughed. The unidentified person was a medium-bodied man, dressed as a worker. This one noticed at the door of my house but asked nothing.
At the exit of the apartment, he turned and entered straight into the corridor of Enver Mëlova who is the head of the Agriculture Section of the district and after talking, who is staying here, the latter’s wife Sebrija comes out and tells him to order. He told her that Enver is there, again she told him to order inside that he comes later. Meanwhile he came out and fled.
From what I was informed until today, I have not learned his name yet, only that he has a sister named Sofia, he studies Medicine and has come for vacation and stays there by Ura Vajgurore, but the place where he lives, does not he showed. It turns out that Enver has a cousin Sofija, according to his wife’s statement.
I suspect this unknown man working at N.I.L.
