Memorie.al/Peoples, nations, in their historical journey, leave traces. Sculpt events. Battle. Great figures, Emperor, Kings, Commander, Legionnaire, names. Sculpt the glory, that the generations, though the times, seek to remove and subdue, become more glorious, more magnificent, before history, shine more, on the horizon. The Pantheon with its contours, more and more, grows, for the time, for the generations, for the journey. Our Deodonian eagle, the symbol of the genesis of our Nation, the oldest, than other nations, with its directions, flew high, broke through the centuries, the tops of mountains and giant fasts, always. It never stopped, in its flight, though history, saw it small, but never invincible, bloody, but never kneeling, poor, but always a visionary people for peace and friendship. The eagle, found in your flag, with its wings, with vision, as he said, the Holy Father, Pope Francis, in His visit to Albania, on September 21, 2014, went higher and higher, with faith in God, that never disappointed, but raised hope, in its banner. This journey, on this jubilee, of the history of the pantheon, recalls our genesis, the incandescent history, which radiated enlightenment, in time, throughout the great galley of nations. This year’s jubilee, awakens in front of the whole world, this enlightenment.
When countries and peoples, around, lived in tribes and still had no identity, their shrines, the Vatican, heard, the beautiful Omelites, the seven Popes, of our genesis. Of Pope St. Eleutherius (171: 185 From a Nicopolitan of Epirus, ranked 14th in the list of Popes, First Urban Urban 222-230 of Illyria, ranked 18th in the list of Popes, St. Kai Pope, 283-296 by Salone Dalmatia, Pope John IV Dalmatia 640-642, Pope Paul IV Carnation 1555-1559, ranked 45th in the list of Popes.During his time and under his direction, the first book was published in Albanian, Meshari i Gjon Buzuku.Pope Sisti V Pereti 1585-1590, his family emigrated from Kotor, ranked 229th on the list.Pope Clement XI, Albani 1700-1721, ranked 245. By His order, the Assembly of Arbri was held, on July 10, 1703, when the decision was made to open the first Albanian school. From this land of eagles, will be born our national hero, Gjergj Kastrioti Skënderbeu, who defended European civilization across the Adriatic from the attacks of the Ottoman hordes, which the Pope honored and praised, calling him, the forerunner of history, the athlete of Christ.
… August 26, 1910. In the street “Kiçina”, no. 13, in the Albanian vilayet of Skopje, occupied by the Ottoman Empire, of these afflicted lands, would be born, the eagle, which would already occupy, with its wings, not only the genesis of our nation, but the whole great galley of nations.
“Ja I felt deep in my heart that God was calling me. I do not know why, I want you to belong to Him. At all costs, do His will? “Three days after the birth, she was baptized in the church of the Heart of Christ, by the then patriotic parish priest, Dom Zef Ramaj, a day which she counted as her birthday. Gonxhja was the third child of Kole Bojaxhiu from Prizren and Drane Bojaxhiu (maiden name Bernaj) from Novo Sella in Gjakova. Kola and Drania, had 5 children, two of whom, died in early childhood. Mother Drania was very afraid that Gonxhja would die immediately after giving birth, because she looked weak in body and health. Gonxhja had a brother and a sister. His brother was called Lazër Bojaxhiu and he studied at the Military Academy in Graz, Austria, but for political reasons, he immigrated early to Italy, and his sister was called Age Bojaxhiu. Her father was engaged in trade and gathered in his house, Albanian artists and patriots. Skopje was taken from Albania by Macedonia on January 1, 1918 based on the Treaty of Versailles. Her father, who was involved in the political movements of the time, died in 1919, when she was 8 years old.
Gonxhja received his first lessons in an Albanian school in Skopje, where he also finished high school, but in Serbo-Croatian. She took the name “Teresa” when she was 18 and surrendered as a nun.
“… We have a heart to love, hands to serve…” – wrote Mother Teresa, Loretto sisters. On September 10, while traveling to Darjeeling, a city in the Himalayas, on a train, Mother Teresa heard the Divine voice. It was this call to call, to dedicate myself completely to God, with all my life, to the poor. ”
“. I had not the slightest doubt that God was calling me, clearly, that this, would be, His work. … Come on, come on, and take me to the huts of the poor. Come and be my Light! I want to be Mary and Martha. The calling is to love and to suffer. To redeem souls and with this, you will fulfill, the desire of your heart. The love of souls had entered the deep inside of my heart. For 18 years, I have tried to live, according to the wishes of God. I am ignited by love, to love it, like no one else, until today. ”
“… I came to India, only with the hope, to save many souls and win the crown of martyrdom. The apostleship, which I have and felt, has helped me a lot, that the call, to penetrate deep into my consciousness. “- said Mother Teresa.
Her vision, already, was clear. The cry invited him to the people, with pitying faces, poor, abandoned, covered in darkness, shouting, “Come, come, save us, bring us to Jesus.” The second vision, which had conquered Mother Teresa, was the invitation made to her, by the Virgin Mary: “He turned to Jesus, he carried Jesus to them.”
Today, I have learned a good lesson, that poverty, for the poor, often, is extremely severe. I always walked, until I had no pain, in my arms and legs. I thought that their bodies should be in pain as they seek help, food, and shelter.
In the inner call, Mother Teresa had realized that… God created us, for great things, to love and to give love. To accept people, not in the cold cave of the manger, of our heart, but in a heart full of love and suffering, a heart of hot love. ”
The manger of Bethlehem was the manger that Mother Teresa said: “We understand how he loves us, suffering, when we meditate on the cross, we understand how he loved us. We all, must carry, the joy of love. Everyone who suffers is God’s love for all. ”
The call and love for God had made, Mother Teresa, that she turn to, precisely to those who had been trampled by life, poverty, disease, and scurvy.
“… I want to become a saint, to quench the thirst of Jesus, for love, for souls. I want to gather around myself, other souls, to do the same, to serve the poor, among the poorest, the most abandoned, the most despised. Millions like this, live in the cities and villages of India, not knowing God, in terrible sins. We will draw closer to Christ and Christ to them. ”
On August 17, 1948, he wore white sarin, surrounded by two stripes, sky paint. She started her new life as a missionary of love. When he arrived in Patna, to learn a little about the service to the sick, he wrote in a notebook, “Jesus, the only love of my heart, I want to suffer, what I suffer and everything you will allow. to suffer, out of pure love, for you, not for the merits that I could gain, or the gifts you have promised me, but only, to please you, to praise you, to bless you, as in joy as well as in sorrow.
O my Lord said Mother Teresa with my free choice out of love for you I want to remain and make your will holy for you. Mother Teresa said: “If we pray, we will believe! If we believe, we will love! If we love, we will serve!
Mother Teresa, challenged human savagery, the barbarity of the century.
Mother Teresa, challenged the century of wars, the century of barbarism, the century of human savagery. Twentieth century, the century of great achievements, technical – scientific. A time of globalization, a time of debauchery, of human thought, of turning away from God and His love.
Mother Teresa, challenged everything: ego, self, jealousy, envy, malice, crime and all these, I replace them with flame: pain, love, suffering, for others. She challenged everything, impossible. Challenged suffering, the century in which he lived.
She became, for the whole world and human life, the superhuman, the mother of the whole world, the mother of the poor. She led and filled with optimism, that life, is not defeated by suffering, inequality, by the diseases of the century in which she lived. Only love between people will make the world better, and people better. Love is what will guide anyone and everywhere. It does not matter what we do, but how much love we devote to it. With this devotion, veneration, Mother Teresa was found in the unfortunate people of this world: “Try not to kill people and that little smile. Poverty is not created by God. We have produced poverty ourselves, you and I, with our selfishness. If there were poor people on the moon, we would have to go there too, and then we would realize how much we owe them. Poverty can be found and seen everywhere in the world, in Calcutta you can touch it everywhere. They just want eyes to see it, says mother Teresa. “Everywhere in the world, there are people, poor, who are not loved, who are not helped, and who are abandoned and forgotten by many. This, said Mother Teresa, is, the greatest poverty, the most terrible, the most extreme. I am convinced, she said, that the greatest torture is abandonment. Only in Heaven will we realize how much we owe to the poor, the afflicted, the scanners, because they have helped us to love God more and by loving God more, you will be convinced that and death, is return, to the house of God.
Mother Teresa, challenged life, when life, was in the impossibility of her existence. She cared for 750 thousand children, in 60 schools, treated 960 thousand sick. Treated alone, 47 thousand victims of leprosy, cared for 3400 elderly, adopted 160 illegitimate children, built 610 missionary homes, with 4 thousand sisters, in 123 countries around the world.
The depth of the cry in pain, had legitimized, Mother Teresa, for all, to do something for the poor, for the humble, to set aside this world, for the hopeless, for the sick…
“Bën what are you doing, Mother Teresa,” said the American journalist, “I would not do it, for $ 1 million!”: “Indeed, Mother Teresa replied, I would never do it, for millions of dollars.”
Mother Teresa, rose as a great colossus, of thought, of superhuman love, of charity. The apostle, the missionary of God, addressed and spoke to all people, peoples, and nations in their own language. She formulated, in a few letters, the only word, “Love”, a symphony of life.
Less than two years after her death, on September 5, 1997, due to the spread of fame, the filled mother of the whole world, the mother of universal peace and love, Pope John Paul II, allowed to opened, the issue of Her Canonization. On December 20, 2002, he passed the decree, on the virtues and miracles done. In 2003, the Beatification rituals were performed, as the second stage preceding the consecration. On October 19, 2003, His Holiness, Pope John Paul II, proclaimed Blessed, the great world missionary of Albanian origin, Gonxhe Anjeza Bojaxhiu, known worldwide as Mother Teresa, in the Vatican Square, among 400 thousand pilgrims, coming, from all over the world.
Great paradox.
Mother Teresa left Skopje on September 26, 1928 for Dublin, Ireland. From this day mother, daughter and sister would never be seen again. On September 12, 1928, she wrote this letter to her aunt: “Skopje 12.09.28 Dear Aunt Lis, on the 26th of this month I am leaving Skopje. I cannot help but write two or three lines about you. Goodbye, I wish God would give you everything your heart desires. I want to forgive you the most heartfelt things, Gonxhe.
Suffering – God’s mercy…
This was the moment when she finally broke up with her family and only after more than 30 years, she would meet her brother Lazri. Mother Drania and sister Age went to their homeland, Albania, before the Second World War. Mother Teresa would find out about this late, as the censorship was such that, for fear of being punished by the dictatorship, savage, did not allow the faith. In 1959, Mother Teresa and her brother Lazer met in Rome, both of whom were deeply saddened to see their mother and sister. In the early 70’s, when Mother Teresa learned about her mother’s health condition.
Although many letters were addressed to Enver Hoxha, by great personalities, such as the former first wife of the United States, Jacqueline Kennedy, President De Gol, etc., again, she cannot, see her locks and a bad day, will to address her sister: “I can do nothing but pray for you.” On July 4, 1972, her brother, Lazer, was to bring Mother Teresa the gruesome news that their mother had died of a heart attack that prevented her from seeing her son in Italy and daughter Teresa. And her sister Agia, would die a year after her mother.
For 60 years I still have not visited my country…
In 1989, after sending three letters to the Albanian Committee for Foreign Relations, he addressed the President of the Republic of Albania, Ramiz Alia, saying: For 60 years I have visited many countries, outside my homeland, but my country, Albania, I have not visited it yet, I have not seen it yet: 1989 had to come, when Europe was experiencing and approaching Glasnost and Peristrojka and the powerful waves of democracy, had included Romania to remember, the Albanian government to give a diplomatic passport to the daughter of his people. Mother Teresa settled in Calcutta, where she initially became a teacher and soon the director of a girls’ school.
In 1991 she opened her charity mission in Tirana…
In 1991, Mother Teresa returned, for the first time, to her hometown, Albania, and opened the home of the charity missionary sisters in Tirana.
Mother Teresa opens the Bektashi World Headquarters
In the divine providence, Mother Teresa, showed love, not only for the poor, the destitute, the most unfortunate, the most left out of this world, but the love she had won through her martyrdom, made her feel pain and suffering even for her Bektashi brothers, to whom the freedom of religion had stumbled, but they did not yet have their shrine. Mother Teresa would fight, at that time, with the communist power, she would personally address Ramiz Alia and ask him, that the Holy See of the Presidency, be released and surrendered to her Bektashi brothers. March 22, 1991, is a day where Mother Teresa’s special love for all faiths, like the sons of Adam and Eve, stands out.
Welcoming, on this holy day, the opening of the Headquarters, Mother Teresa would call the World Leader, Dede Reshat Bardhi, an experienced, true Apostle of faith, Disciple of divine love and providence, of God.
October 19 marks, for all our nation, a legitimate pride, before all peoples and nations. Everywhere, all over the world, Christianity, the Vatican, the Papacy, is celebrating its anniversary, as a Prelut of Glory.
Albanians everywhere are experiencing it, with a legitimacy, as the daughter of their nation, as a mother, a symbol of love, of the whole world.
Mother Teresa suffered as St. Mary suffered before the cross…
Mother Teresa, tried and challenged both her life and just like the thirst of Christ on the cross, to quench the thirst of God, with the thirst of love, for people. Mother Teresa suffered, as St. Mary suffered before the Cross, when Jesus suffered, she suffered for those who suffered, calling Jesus: “Come, come, save us! When the pain and the night becomes too dark and I martyr for those who have no hope, it seems to me that I will go to hell and offer myself to Jesus. Now I rejoice in myself, that I have happily held my Cross, with Jesus. There was a lot of suffering, there were moments when the crucifixion, for me, was thanksgiving to God. Suffering is great, but greater is love… Suffering in itself is nothing but as participation in the sufferings of Christ it is a gift. People who suffer are for us Jesus Christ, they are love. Today the world is an open calvary and we cannot go to Jesus Christ without embracing His cross. Trouble for us is a sign that we too have approached Jesus on the cross. This is immortality that does not end on Good Friday, but with his resurrection. And we, thanks to love, will resurrect the world and save it./Memorie.al
