Memorie.al/ publishes some archival documents, extracted from the Central State Archive in Tirana (the fund of the former Central Committee of PPSh), which also houses the personal archive of the former leader of communist Albania, Enver Hoxha, who in his political diary, which belongs to a long period of time, starting from May 1967, to December 1983, he has kept notes on the events of the Middle East, such as; the long Israel-Palestine conflict, the continuous wars between Israel and the Arab countries, the six-day war in 1967, where Israel defeated Egypt and the coalition of Arab countries, occupied the Golan Heights, the Yom Kippur war in 1973, where again Israel, after defeating the coalition of Arab countries (Egypt, Algeria, Syria, Iraq, Jordan, Yemen, Lebanon, Morocco, etc.) occupied the Sinai Peninsula, which he surrendered in 1979, blocking and closing the Suez Canal, (where Albania had vital interests, due to the aid that came from China by sea), until the civil war in Lebanon, at the beginning of the 80s, etc. What did the dictator of communist Albania, Enver Hoxha, write in his political diary where he made an analysis, and what was the position of the official Tirana, about the conflict between Israel and the Arab countries, as well as the various countries that support them, such as; Soviet Union, USA, Great Britain, People’s Republic of China, Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, etc.?! Was the information that Enver Hoxha had in June 1967 true, according to which, official Moscow would offer assistance to Egypt, bringing its Naval Military Fleet to the Mediterranean, in the event that official Tirana would accept that Soviet ships, to anchor in the ports of Durrës, Vlora, Shengjin, etc., or was it a paranoia of Hoxha, which caused the Albanian Army to switch to combat readiness no. 1, even mobilizing the reserve forces and those of the volunteer squads?! Regarding this, etc., we know the political diary of the former main leader of communist Albania, which will be published in several issues by Memorie.al

THE MIDDLE EAST CRISIS
The so-called local armies were in full service, framed and trained apostates, to serve the orders of the true external master. Currently, the imperialists find it more difficult to dominate in these countries, therefore their maneuvers are more diverse, more sophisticated. Now the states that form the area called the Middle East, are organizationally stronger than before, have more defined borders, have a power, an army and a more organized economy. These states, on the surface, have an internal and external policy, specific to each state, which they call “independent, democratic and sovereign”. It is precisely on these data, on these transformations, on this new factual situation, that modern imperialism and revisionism maneuver manipulate, intrigue.
These maneuvers and intrigues between the great colonialist powers, between them and with the states of the area are deep, they are antagonistic; is fighting for the consolidation of the bourgeoisie, in every state of the area, fighting to preserve feudalism and its old representatives, fighting against the awakening of the Arab peoples, against the revolution and uprising of the masses, fighting for the consolidation of areas of influence, from the states of big imperialist-revisionist, fighting for strategic military positions, in view of a new capitalist world war, to redistribute the world, and this is transformed. This entire complex of problems causes the crisis in the Middle East, which is nothing more than a fiery, irritated area of the great crisis from which the capitalist world and modern revisionism, with the Soviet one at the head, pass.
The Middle East in the current crisis is similar to the Balkan crisis with a difference that in the latter, being instigated and caused by the great European imperialist powers, therefore, being the prelude to the great European crisis that had as its conclusion the logical war 1914-1918, the borders of the Balkan states were not even relatively well defined, as are those of the current Middle Eastern states. The Balkan peoples enslaved and framed in the Turkish and Austro-Hungarian empires, broke out their uprisings and wars against the yoke of the great occupiers, but also against the chauvinist-imperialist goals of the local chauvinist cliques, who tried to grab as many territorial concessions as possible. , at the expense of each other. The European imperialists had turned the Balkans into a field of intrigue and therefore the Balkans had no choice but to be a “powder keg”, as they called it.
The barrel was the Balkans, but the biggest torch that lit the gunpowder was held by world imperialism and, especially, by the great capitalist powers of Europe. This main issue is not seen, does not want to see, or is not able to see the current leaders of the Arab states of the Middle East and North Africa. They do not see and cannot see clearly, that their main enemy is imperialism and modern revisionism, American imperialism and Soviet social-imperialism, English and French imperialism. They cannot see this and cannot fight properly, because their leaderships are representatives of feudalism and the big local comprador bourgeoisie, they are anti-popular, anti-democratic leaderships, regardless of the masks and labels they use.
The leaders of these countries are primarily afraid of their people; they protect the interests, not of their people, but of their strata. The interests of these layers collide with the interests of world capitalism, or rather they are enslaved to the interests of world capitalism; these anti-popular strata live under the shadow of the interests of various imperialists, make a class policy, according to circumstances and conjunctures, are connected to one or the other imperialism, up to complete dependence even in external forms. Their supposedly independent policy was an honorable tight-rope dance, an acrobatic dance, which, when it falls or is knocked down, is immediately replaced by another acrobat by the echelon or by the outside master.
In the Middle East, therefore, the problem is to fight American, English and French imperialism and their tools, one of which is the state of Israel; to fight Soviet revisionist imperialism, which, under the guise of socialism, seeks its place under the sun of the Middle East and on the African continent. The peoples of the various Arab states cannot successfully emerge from this war if they do not recognize their main enemy and if they do not calculate things within their countries with their liberation war against the main enemy, that is, if that their leadership is not purged by those adventurers sold to foreigners, or representatives of the anti-national, anti-democratic and anti-social capitalist classes. In order to reach this state in the Arab countries, a long struggle is needed by the peoples of this region, which is currently in great political-ideological confusion.
Arab unity, that is, the unity of the cliques in power in the Arab states, proved to be non-existent and this was natural, because the various cliques are antagonistic and they are manipulated by foreign imperialism. Arab unity against the state of Israel proved to last only 5-6 days and collapsed with the so-called military unity. This also proved that the internal organization of the Arab states themselves was extremely weak and a small military force, such as Israel’s, but perfectly organized both militarily and politically, was enough to destroy it mainly internally. 6 days, the coalition of Arab states. So Israel’s victory, the “tip of the imperialist arrow”, dealt a heavy blow to the warped facade, full of gibberish of Arab unity, but not only unity, but also the internal political, economic and military situation of each country in particular.
This was needed by world imperialism, American and Soviet, to re-strengthen the colonialist positions in this region, to redistribute the areas of influence, to destroy the possible Arab unity, to strike the revolution, to drive it away, etc. Now it is trumpeted by everyone that the main danger for the Arab peoples is Israel and, under this motto, revenge is allegedly being prepared. Under these slogans, new stronger chains are being prepared for the Arab peoples. To prepare the “revenge”, Nasser relies on the Soviet revisionists, who took their place under the sun of Egypt, Syria and Algeria. Nasser’s supposedly independent policy is controlled by Moscow, which gives him some weapons but which he cannot use either as he wants or when he wants. The policy of the RAB is hanging on the neck of the Soviet, like the liver on the neck of the wolf.
Israel is assured from this side, because it is stronger militarily, more compact, because it is strongly based on the victory it achieved, because it is supported by American imperialism and by Soviet social-imperialism. Israel knows that until the United States of America and the Soviet Union, who decides everything in the Middle East, decides to strike each other, its cause is won. Any settlement in the Middle East, in these situations, will be made by the Soviet-Americans in their own interest first, in the interest of Israel second, and to the detriment of the Arab states and peoples. Only the people’s struggle changes this complex of things. Of course, neither King Hussein, agent of the British, nor the king of Saudi Arabia, nor the pseudo-democratic presidents of Syria, Egypt, Lebanon and Iraq, can lead this double liberation war.
Here it is not only a question of persons, but a question of strict class struggle, which must be initiated, organized, expanded and tempered. This thing will be done, but of course, it will take time, it will take effort, blood and sacrifice, but it will be done. The Arab peoples are brave, they are smart, determined and progressive, they are also suffering, they just need to be explained. Real leaders will emerge from the Arab people, who will enlighten and inspire them in the revolution. All currently present plans for solving the Middle East problem. These plans bear the name of resolving the state of war between Israel and the RAB and other countries. Soviet revisionist diplomacy is on the move. Gromikoja himself went to Nasser to impose the Soviet plan, of course, coordinated with the Americans.
The plan, after all, will be in favor of Israel, it will gain rights and concessions. Whether Arab leaders will kneel depends on Israel’s demand. Israel’s demands are also coordinated with the immediate and prospective interests of American imperialism. The Soviets try to quickly conclude why they are afraid of possible complications, of attacks by the Israelis and in a case of complications, the Soviet revisionists will be unmasked for the second time in the eyes of the Arabs, why they will necessarily leave them as usual in the mud. On the other hand, the Soviets want to consolidate the positions gained in the RAB and elsewhere, to consolidate these better in “peace and tranquility” than in a minefield. However, internally, Nasser and others like him are people who move here and there and can give back to the Soviets and get closer to Washington. Nasser and his friends, while they will make concessions against Israel, would prefer to have better insurance from Israel’s master, that is, from the United States of America.
Revisionists see this danger, that’s why Gromikoja ran to Cairo, of course others and bigger than him can follow. Nasser, who had cooled off with Tito, has now started to get closer. Bad sign for the Soviets. The Yugoslav agent of the Americans does not go into action without goals and objectives set by his master. For the United States of America, the issue is not only for Israel to gain rights, but to secure and strengthen their positions, even to clear the ground in Africa from the Soviets. The United States of America seeks to repair this tragic omission. This is where the struggle lies. In this war, the Arab and Israeli cliques are the chess pieces in the tragic game of American imperialism and Soviet social-imperialism at the expense of the Arab peoples.

IMPERIALIST-REVISIONIST FREAKS BEHIND THE SCENES AGAINST THE ARAB PEOPLES
The Arab peoples, in addition to Israel’s military aggression, must also face successive and serious conspiracies of the United States of America and the Soviet Union and their tools. An article that I had prepared these days with the title: “Imperialist-revisionist gossip behind the scenes against the Arab peoples” was sent to “Voice of the People” for publication tomorrow.

THEY WILL NEVER CUT OUR AID TO THE ARAB PEOPLE
In the international parliamentary meeting proposed by the Arabs (with the push of the Soviets), let’s not participate. Let’s explain this to them and tell them that; we will never decrease, but increase our aid, to the Arab peoples who are fighting for freedom, against Israel and imperialism.

“AL FATAHU” SHOULD NOT FALL IN THE TRAP OF THE SOVIETS
The war of the Arab peoples against Israel has been reduced to the only partisan war waged by the Palestinians against the invaders of their homeland. The others talk, hold “fiery” speeches, hold conferences and meetings of all levels, decide and move, but especially what they decide, Israel and the United States of America find out immediately, so everything is drowned out since the egg. Israel stands over the Arab countries like a hawk: one is killed, 20 are killed, one plane is damaged, 15 planes are burned at airfields, one border guard is taken prisoner, and 22 prisoners are captured the next day. A modern 7-ton Soviet radar, dismantled on the banks of the Suez Canal, loaded into a helicopter and taken to Tel-Aviv.
Nasser is now under the orders of the Soviets, just as the kings and heads of state of Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iraq, and Lebanon are under the orders of the British and the Americans. . So the only ones who really fight in the Arab world are the Palestinian partisans. These have become dangerous for everyone, that’s why a part wants and fights to eradicate them, the other part will get them in its claws. Nasser’s group smiles at them, but they want him to direct them, because on their side, they want to pretend to fight, but also to dominate them, that they disrupt their work in the opportunistic negotiations they do. The Soviets, who are the firemen of the revolutionary national liberation wars, want to put Al Fatah and other Palestinian partisan groups in their hands, squeeze them and rule them as they are doing with Nasser, in the interest of their imperialist policy. .
Wherever there is a national liberation war, when the aggressors are defeated and lost and the peoples are winning, this is how the Soviet revisionists intervene with demagoguery, allegedly promising to give arms and other aid, but they do this in order to extinguish the war, to lose the victory and to save the aggressors. This is what the Soviets do now with “Al Fatah”. They supposedly want the best for the Palestinians, they supposedly want to help them, but they probably want to make their graves. We must unmask this other despicable act. “Al Fatah” should not fall into their trap.

THE ARMED STRUGGLE OF THE PALESTINIAN PEOPLE IS UNCONQUERED
I saw the article again: “The armed struggle of the Palestinian people is invincible”. I also added a paragraph, in which I make clear the issue that the Soviet revisionists, by giving some weapons, in addition to others, will try to take over the direction of the Palestinian national liberation war, because the weapons will be given with conditions and along with the conditions, there will also be “advisers”, “specialists”, spies and saboteurs. The article will be published tomorrow, in the “Voice of the People” newspaper.

THE REVISIONISTS ARE INFILTRATION IN THE GULF OF “AL FATAH”
The Soviet revisionists are also infiltrating the movement of “Al Fatah” fighters. Yesterday Yasser Arafat, the leader of the Palestinian organization “Al Fatah”, at the head of a delegation went to Moscow, as we are told, through our ambassadors, to ask for “help” in weapons. They tell ours that “we know the Soviets and their intentions and we will be vigilant”. This is a word. They got into trouble with the Soviet revisionists, and the end of the partisan war of the Palestinians began. The Soviet revisionists will not fail to give them some weapons, but with these they will dominate them, they will lead them towards capitulation, as they are doing with Nasser. They will thus make tools of their dirty toy.

ISRAEL IS DISCREDITING THE SOVIET UNION
By continuously bombing the Egyptian positions, the Israelis simultaneously discredit the Soviet Union, which is removed as “the protector of Egypt and the Arab peoples”. In fact, the Soviet Union supplies the Arabs with old defensive rather than offensive weapons, and on every plane, in the military departments, there is a Soviet aviator who does not let the plane take off without the order of the Soviet headquarters in Egypt.

TO CONTINUE OUR RIGHT POLICY FOR THE MIDDLE EAST
I gave instructions on our position, regarding the beginning of the compromise between Nasser and the Americans, for peace with Israel. Let our propaganda work continue, in the defense of our previous theses, in the unmasking of the “Rogers Plan”, the Soviet-American conspiracy and for the defense of the liberation war of the Palestinian people, for their rights. Let’s reflect the conflict between Nasser and other Arab countries realistically, with tendencies in Nasser’s disfavor, why he capitulated. Memorie.al
