The second session
VELI LLAKAJ: Friends asked about the sliding theory. I defended a diploma in 1970-1971, “On the operation of passing the corps from the war to the regular front, to the partisan war.” That degree is still there today. It does not have the title “Retreat and Slide”, but I made the transition of a brigade to partisan warfare, keeping the front regular. They are the documents.
