Dedicated to two players from the “VLLAZNIA” team of Shkodra, Arvid Hoxha and Lulzim Bërshemi, who were returning from Helsinki, Finland, in December 1987, where they had played their home match, “Rovaniem”, in the Championship Cup. Europe, during a transit stop in the Hellenic capital, seized the opportunity and fled the hotel in downtown Athens to seek political asylum at the Yugoslav embassy accredited in the neighboring country of Albania.
