Report, dt. 29.5.1956
On 27.5.1956, at 8 o’clock in the morning, he met with Tuk Jakova at the Carpentry Company and during the conversations, he told her; Comrade Tuk, will there be any improvement from this Congress, will our cornbread be taken away? Tuku told him that; there will be no animals because they admit these mistakes, but self-criticism is not.
Said Tuku; If you heard that the Prime Minister of Greece said that we in NATO, except enemies, have no friends, the policy of the Soviet Union confused them a lot and dispersed the imperialist camp. “I learned about Tito, who will go to the Soviet Union with all his staff and stay for three weeks, Tito also has a strong policy,” Tuku said.
After sitting down and he lit a cigarette, Tuku told him that; man cannot talk freely, I do not regret being a worker, I only regret that I spent 15 years with Enver, together as friends and finally, he betrayed me and I could not understand what kind of man I was dealing with !
He told her that; was it not Mehmeti? He is also a vampire, said Tuku, but I have this from Enver to work with them here. He told her that; I heard about another group, recently in Tirana, the press said. Tuku told him that; General Hulusi Spahiu, has raised a health for me in the Yugoslav Legation, and suffered worse than me and vate normist in the gorge of Tërbuf, “stupid, what he needed” and cut the conversation, after some workers of the company went to them .

On May 30, 1956, Andrea Zoto, the son of Father Stefan Zoto, who works in the transport of Ura Vajgurore as an electrician, and he went on tour in Berat. After a few laps, they both went to the “Margarita Tutulani” garden and started talking there. Andrea was telling him that: “My father-in-law, Jorgo Zaho, told me that Tuk Jakova had told him that General Spahiu had been taken down, because at a dinner with those of the Yugoslav Legation, he had drunk for the health of Tuk Jakova. . .
Then he had told Tuku, Jorgos, about Koçi Xoxe that Koçi, Enver and Mehmeti, in vain, took him by the neck, just because he was pro-Yugoslav, in his decision-decision on death by the Bureau, they also signed it (Tuku), for this I feel very guilty. After the conversations were over, they both got up and went shopping.

Information
On June 6, 1956, he went to Tuk Jakova at the work center, where the carpenters and carpenters Ali Duro and Dane Hoxha were also. He asked what we have. Tuku answers that; we have nothing and Congress did not bring us anything…! (Use insulting words about the III Party Congress). Later, the two superiors left and only Tuku and he remained.
Tuku among other things told him that; I asked for two days permission to go to Tirana, as I took the children there, but the Director told me that; we have work, then Tuku said that; children are worth more, but I think they do not stop me here, but those from above, nothing. During these days, Tuku appears very upset, but even from the economic situation he is not good, that he has a low salary, it is proven that, at the beginning when he receives the salary, for a couple of days he goes to clubs, while later he does not see me.
“Nuredini”

Report i dt. 11.6.1956
Around 6 pm on June 10, 1956, in the sports field of Berat, he met with Tuk Jakova, who was watching the sports match between “Punës” of Berat and Tirana. He and Tuku have been known since the war, because he was a partisan in the 1st Assault Brigade.
After the game, Tuku, he and Pandeli Shkurti, the carpenter, went for a walk around the city, after two laps, the three of them went to the park, where they sat at a table and ordered a glass of beer.
Walking down the street, Tuku starts to say to him that: Me, (Tukut), they are not treating me well here in Berat and they have no consideration for me, although I have a lot of sympathy for the people, I, Tuku continue, I asked for two days of leave, to go to my mother in Tirana, after I left Nita with the children to Tirana and from there she will go to Pogradec, because she is weak, I was given the answer by the directorate, that she cannot give me permission , for this I was compelled to make a supplication to dismiss me from responsibility, and to make me a laborer in production.
I presented the prayer to Taqi Nushi in the Executive Committee of Berat district. They have not given me an answer yet. I know, said Tuku, and I understand that they do not give me permission, because they are afraid that I will not meet anyone in Tirana and from there, I can go to Elbasan, to meet Bedri Spahiu. A few months ago, I was in Elbasan for plywood and I slept there with Bedri, when I came here, I was unmasked at the meeting of the team, but the conference manager did not raise his head, but said that Tuk Jakova goes with services and does other work.
Later Tuku said: I do not know anything new, that when Hulusi Spahiu raised a toast in the Yugoslav Legation for my health and Dhora (Leka) was there, a little far away, but the Central Committee called Dhorë and told him that; you help your sister Mita, she had told him that; yes, because they suffer economically, after that Dhorë was expelled from the Party.
Tuku told him that the day before yesterday Viktori, whose last name he does not remember, but who was in Kinostudio, now in charge of the Cinema “October 22” in Berat, had gone to the Carpentry to order some furniture and had told Tuku; ‘To tell my mother, to tell the truth that the people are starving, in the Tirana Conference, to expel them from the Party’. Tuku indicated that he had told her; be patient that our wish will soon be realized, but do not speak loudly.
He has known Viktor since the war, in the 1st Brigade, in the 3rd Battalion, when he was Ajit-prop, so he also met Viktor himself, but they did not have a chance to talk.
Below Tuku said that; they took my coffin “Zmith”, which I had with permission from Kadri Hazbiu and Zylfi Saliu, a malok with the rank of lieutenant called me and told me; Comrade Tuk, by order of a circular, all those who have weapons, hand them over, and later pray and take them again. I told the lieutenant; do not lie to me, but say bluntly, if it is a special order for me, but he told me it is an order.
Revolted by the cobra, I called Kadri Hazbiu on the phone, but Mihallaq Ziçishti came to me, who told me in tone; who are you, I answered you; Tuk Jakova, then he told me; what do you want, and I explained that they took the cobweb, which Kadriu left me with permission, please tell Kadriu. He said; I will tell her.
When I was in Tirana together with Kristo Themelko, with the help of a Czechoslovak technician, we set up the Glass Factory in Korça, and the Greek pipes in Tirana, but the inauguration of these factories was done too late, so that I would not come out initiators.
When the time comes for me, I (Tuku), seeing the sufferings of Berat, will order the establishment of two factories here, one for the preservation of olives, which will have its own and the Glass Factory, to transport the olives abroad that can work 200-300 women every day without interruption. As well as the Cigarette Factory, because very good quality tobacco is produced, I will give these two things to Berat and then the problem of unemployment will be solved.
Tuku said that during the days of the Congress, Radio Belgrade gave a comment to the newspaper “Borba”, where he said that; Enver Hoxha should have kept in mind that when the case of Koci Xoxa came up, he was shot for mistakes, why did he not say that; for eight counts of accusation against Yugoslavia, he was shot, but we, “Borba” continues, know who Koci Xoxe was.
Linking the word to this, Tuku went on to say that; only the ALP and that of France did not go to self-criticize Titua, because recently, even Togliatti of Italy, was in Yugoslavia for such a thing. Tuku said that soon the Soviet Union and Titua will change the situation in Albania, because here in our country, Hoxha, Sheh and Prift are in the leadership.
At the end of the talks, Tuku told Pandeli Shkurti, when you go to Lushnje tomorrow, say goodbye to me, Hulusi Spahiu, and tell him not to be upset.
The above conversations continued until 8:30 pm and at this time, the three of them parted, each going to his own house.
