Memorie.al publishes some documents extracted from a very voluminous file of the Authority for Information of the Former State Security Files, (AIDSSH) which belongs to the years 1972-1990, where it is about two well-known poets and writers, Visar Zhiti and Rudolf Marku, who at that time were serving as teachers in the districts of Kukës and Lezha, and for several years were under strict surveillance and surveillance by the State Security bodies, suspected and accused of: “agitation and propaganda, potential UDB agents and involvement in counter-revolutionary groups ”. Two complete documents with all that is stated in the reports of the VIII Branch of State Security in the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Tirana, which on July 9, 1979, has analyzed the work done by by the Branch of Internal Affairs of Lezha and Kukes, to follow and monitor the two well-known poets and writers, where are the denunciations of the Security collaborators “Bag” and “Diamond”, with the tasks given to them (by Operational Worker Piro Visar and approved by the chairman of the Lezha Branch of Internal Affairs, Bajram Sulejmani), to follow, monitor and provoke them, as well as to follow their social circle, which included other well-known poets and writers , as: Frederik Reshpja Agim Isaku and Zija Çela. The special tasks given to the State Security collaborator, to provoke Rudolf Marku and Visar Zhiti, regarding the dissatisfaction they expressed for the books they had submitted to the Publishing House “Naim Frashëri” in Tirana, who are not were published because they were flawed and their poems were criticized by the IV Plenum of the Central Committee of the ALP! How the poets and their poems were persecuted, where according to the Security documents, although the poet Visar Zhiti was arrested and sentenced to long years in prison, he was not broken and did not imply any of his social circle, such as: Rudolf Marku, Zija Çela, Agim Isaku, Frederik Rreshpja etc.

On 9/7/1979 in the VIII Branch of the 1st Directorate, the 2 / A processing of Visar Zhiti was analyzed, followed by the Kukës Branch of Internal Affairs, with a tendency of agitation and propaganda. Since some social connections of this facility extend to some districts of the country, such as Shkodra, Lezha, Tirana, etc., this problem will be pursued centrally by Branch VIII.

Visar Zhiti’s social connection in Shkodra, has emerged Frederik Rreshpja, who was convicted around the years 1975-1976, for agitation and propaganda and is serving his sentence in Spaç.
While the social connection of the same object in Tirana, Zija Çela came out, who helped her to publish some poems in the magazine “Nëntori” that are considered with dubious content?
From the VIII branch was left as a task for the Branch of Internal Affairs in Lezha, to raise in active processing 2 / A Rudolf Markun, because even after his consultation in 1975, for him there is some data in charge, while for Agim Isaku it was left the task to ask for a biographical certificate, the Korça Branch of Internal Affairs and depending on the data that will come out, to conclude for him as well.
Rudolf Mark’s elaboration should be followed with precedence, in order to realize it as soon as possible.
For Rudolf Markun, the task was left to compile a report on the materials in charge and send them to Branch VIII.

The source informs that on 27.8.1979 that he was in Tirana and that he met with the so-called Ramazan Vozga, editor at the Publishing House. Drinking coffee or discussing the volumes of poems taken to the Publishing House “Naim Frashëri”.
Among other things Ramazani said that some time ago he sent me a volume of poetry, Rudolf Marku. This volume, according to the impressions of the respective editorial office, had a part of the poems in the spirit of the poems that were criticized by the Plenum ii IV of the Central Committee of the ALP.
Also with the same flaws was the volume presented for publication by Visar Zhiti. Ramazan said that for any such volume, messages come from the Writers’ League to be published.
The other conversations were irrelevant.
