“Thus, the two agreed to send an anonymous letter to the main leaders of the Party full of slander and fabrications and with hostile expressions, mainly against the cadres of the Party in the area of Baldushk. But the defendants, seeing that this wish of theirs was not realized, thought to carry out more concrete actions. So, from August 1975 they thought of poisoning Koop’s cattle. Agricultural initially in the stable of Mumajesi, but for this they did not find suitable conditions as they needed other collaborators, they decided to withdraw in this activity initially the defendant Emine Shima as a midwife. After this also accepted their plan, they jointly decided to expand the group by introducing other dissatisfied people who work in the cattle stable in Baldushk because without their help the poisoning of cows in this stable could not be realized. Each of them has taken on the task of ensuring the poisoning of cows, but especially this task has been taken over by Refat and Nuriu. In addition, Emine Shima is in charge of introducing her sister defendant Nadire Shima as the latter is a milkmaid in Baldushk’s stable. Nuri and Bashkim Allmuça undertook to withdraw Selmani while Refat was charged with withdrawing Agim Akçani, and by the end of 1975, taking advantage of the hostility against the government, they accepted without any difficulty the participation in the group, knowing his intentions “.

The People’s Court of the District of Tirana composed of: Presiding Judge: Aleks Varfi and Deputy Judges Bedri Merja, Petrit Baxhaku.
Assisted by Secretary Aishe Shima, and with the participation of Prosecutor Isamedin Resmja, in a partially closed court session dated 24, 25, 26, 27, and 31. 1. 1977, considered the criminal case No. 35 which was belongs to the defendants:
- Refat Daja, son of Sadiku and Gjyzes, born in 1949 in the village of Mustafakoçaj in Tirana and resident there, by profession nd. doctor with secondary education, without party, without conviction, without decorations, without marriage, poor peasant social origin, arrested on 17.6.1976.
- Nuri Allmuça, son of Iliaz and Qamila, born in 1938 in Mumajes, Tirana and resident there, working as a nurse, with primary education, married with 3 minor children, without party, without conviction, without decorations, rural origin poor, arrested on 16.11.1975.
- Selman Balla, son of Haxhiu and Hanke, born in 1944 in Baldushk and resident there, member of koop. Agricultural, with primary education, married with 4 children, not convicted, without party, without decorations, poor rural origin, arrested on 10.11.1975.
- Agim Akçani, son of Mehmet and Ike, born in 1953 in Baldushk, Tirana and resident there, with brigadier work in the cow stable, with primary education, single, without party, not convicted, without decorations, rural social origin of secondary, arrested on 10.11.1975.
- Bashkim Allmuça, son of Liman and Dila, born in 1950 in Mumajes and resident there, member of Koop. Agricultural, with secondary education, without party. unpunished, single, rich peasant social origin, arrested on 17.6.1976.
- Emine Shima, daughter of Muharrem and Bedrije born in 1952, with secondary education and with the profession of midwife, unmarried, not convicted, without party, without decorations, middle rural social origin and arrested on 9.12.1975.
- Nadire Shima, daughter of Muharrem and Bedrije, born in 1955, resident in Baldushk, member of Koop. Agricultural, with 8 years of education, without party, without conviction, without marriage, without decorations, secondary rural social origin, arrested on 9.12.1975.
Accused: according to article 70, 73/1, and 76 of K.P. The court after reviewing the materials of the investigation, and the evidence obtained during the trial, together with the Prosecutor who sought the guilty plea of all the defendants and their sentencing under Articles 70, 73/1, and 76 of K.P. as follows:

The defendants Rifat Daja, Nuri Allmuça, Selman Balla, Agim Akçani, Bashkim Allmuça, Emine Shima, and Nadire Shima, admitted their guilt and showed that they are repentant and therefore asked for mercy. Court: The defendants are of hostile origin
All the defendants were of hostile origin after having relatives in their district who had been beaten by the popular power due to their participation with weapons in the treacherous organization of the National Front, or had maintained a bad attitude during the popular power by were condemned as enemies or expropriated. Despite this, the defendants were treated so well that they were sent to school by the authorities and then in general they were placed in good jobs, until the day of their arrest. But as a result of the escalation of the class war both inside and outside the country, the enemy element in the Baldushk cooperative has begun to become active, opposing the just measures of the Party and the government as an inappropriate element due to their non-violent past. good. In this category are also the defendants, who have been rightfully affected by these measures. So these having a hostile predisposition because of their relatives and from the right measures taken especially towards the family, Daja and personally Allmuça. They have joined together to strike at the socialist economy since May 1975 when Rifat began to step out against the Party line, so at this time he began working to create a sick state in the village by writing letters. anonymous which he addressed to the leaders of the Party organs and power in the area of Baldushk. Secret group meeting for sabotage
All the defendants, after learning about each other, belonging to this group and its intentions, in one case gathered together in secret to specify the course of action. So, at the end of October 1975 all of them gathered in a secret place in the Gorge of Shima where Rifat Daja, Nuri Allmuça and others spoke. Here it has become clear to all, the poisoning of cows will be done to hit the economy of the cooperative, and in this way, measures would be taken against the cadres of the Party and the government. At the same time, this action was done in opposition to the measures taken by the Party against the traitor Beqir Balluku. This action would take place at dawn on November 8, 1975, the day of the founding of the party and which would have a political echo. It was ordered that in the late hours of November 7, 1975, each of the members of the group would be secretly in Baldushk’s cow stable with poisons. After the purpose and task of each one was more clearly defined, all participants left.
How the poisoning of cows was carried out
After a few days, some of them gathered again in Baldushk, repeating their duties, and on the evening of November 6, 1975, all of them (with the exception of Emine Shima) did not go because her participation in the execution of the crime was not necessary, went to the cow stable. Thus, Agim Akçani opened his office with the key he was carrying and through this everyone entered the room for preparing cow food. Since the fermented food was prepared as usual by Selman Balla in the morning, all the defendants started digesting the poisons, which they threw into the fermented food and then this food was stirred together with the poison by the defendants Selman Balla and Agim Akçani. Concluding the action all the defendants left for their homes, and solemnly swore to keep this a secret. In case the case was discovered, everyone had to deny this action at all costs. The next day he began giving food and drinking water to the poisoned cows, which began to become infected.
