Alibi of the Ministry of Interior for the death of Tuk!

This alibi is refuted by the fact that in the expertise on the cause of death, there is no analysis for the occurrence of chemical poison in the stomach of the deceased, or in any other organ! But why was the autopsy done, for medical guidance, to discover and specify the cause of death, or for an alibi of faith?! The autopsy is so serious that the function of the thymus gland located in the gills is found and analyzed.
A piece of cotton dyed in his stomach and then toxic analysis, would fully justify the autopsy. To the hospital medical staff, he and his pathology were known. Were the professional doctors ignorant who cured Tuk and gave him approval to leave the hospital?
