The first part
Memorie.al/ publishes some archival documents which are part of a voluminous file issued by the Authority for Information of Former State Security Files (AIDSSH) where it is about Bujar Muharrem Doku, former employee of the Municipal Enterprise of the city of Burrel with a radio-technical profession in the Repair-Services department, where he served from 1964 to 1977, when he was arrested by the State Security and sentenced to 7 years in prison for “hostile activity”, on charges of agitation. -propaganda”, etc. The whole investigative and judicial file of Bujar Doku, with the accusations against him as well as with the names of the Operational Workers, the heads of the Internal Affairs Branch of Mat district, investigators, prosecutors, judges, witnesses, up to the employees of the enterprise where he worked, who testified to the investigator and in the trial against him.
“Defendant Bujar Doku, being a degenerate element, as well as living a disjointed life, predisposed to oppose the political line, and the revolutionary practice of our party and state, physically and consciously immersed in propaganda the filth of the external enemies of the RPS of Albania, of the Soviet social-imperialists, has long been introduced into conscious paths, into hostile activities for several years, and in meetings with people of its mold, has developed a constant activity of agitation and propaganda against the popular power, against the political line of our party, with the direct aim of undermining and destroying the power of the class, and the dictatorship of the proletariat in our country. Unlike all the people, this defendant thought that the breakdown of relations between the Soviet Union and Albania was the fault of our Party. He expressed these views to witness J. P., telling him that the Soviet leadership is on the right path, while the Albanian one is on the wrong path, and that they do not pursue an independent policy. He extends his hostile activity deeper by saying that the Albanian government. The Albanian government once declares that we are with the Yugoslavs, then with the Soviets, and now it has broken with both of these places. In conversations with this witness, the defendant boasted of foreign music, especially Italian and Yugoslav music, comparing them with Albanian music. He has said that our music is nothing compared to these two. Likewise, the defendant Bujar Doku, falling into the bourgeois-revisionist lap of the internal enemy, has become their usual tellall. He ignores our beautiful music that is liked by people, because it is based on the popular sole, and it is sung to our employees and great works, which changed the look of the homeland ….”!
This is stated, among other things, in the investigative and judicial file of Bujar Doku, a former employee of the Municipal Enterprise of the city of Burrel, with a radio-technical profession in the Repair Services Department, who was arrested by the State Security in June 1977. and was sentenced to seven years in prison “for hostile activity” on charges of “agitation-propaganda”, etc. In this regard, Memorie.al has the complete file in charge of Bujar Doku, which has been issued by the Authority for Information of Former State Security Files (AIDSSH.) And will publish it in several issues in a row, (with facsimiles relevant and in the original version as they went by the relevant authorities of that time) together with an interview with his son, Muharrem Doku, a lawyer by profession and living in the city of Durrës.
Deputy Chairman of the Internal Affairs Branch: “Bujari had a connection with J. P., who was convicted as a ‘Greek Intelligence Agent'”
BIOGRAPHICAL CERTIFICATE OF BUJAR DOKUT
Bujar Doku is the son of Muharrem and Hajria, born in 1939, born and living in the city of Burrel, with Albanian citizenship and nationality, married with three children, disorganized, unconvicted, with secondary vocational education, of social origin poor layer. Currently a radio technician in the Repair Department of the Municipal Enterprise of the town of Burrel.
The origin of his father, Muharrem, is from Kruja. He came to live in the town of Burrel in 1936. His father’s attitude was good because he did not mix with the previous regimes, he worked to make a living initially in the Italian Society “Ragazzi”, in Kruja-Qafshtamë and Burrel until 1935, after which year he comes to the town of Burrel and works as a butcher.
The attitude of his family during the N. ÇL War. has been good for the fact that his uncle Ramazan Doku, participated in the partisan ranks in the 23rd Assault Brigade until the liberation of the country.
The attitude of Bujar’s family after the liberation was good, due to the fact that Muharrem’s father worked well and was not evidenced in anything negative. In 1965 Muharrem died. It should be noted that Bujar’s father, Muharremi has been married twice as a result, Bujar has a brother for a father called Ramazan who is a head nurse in Tirana, where in his direction no negative side is known regarding his attitude. And a sister for a father, named Kije, married in Kruja to Petrit Taga, whose uncle, Xhaferri, is considered a war criminal. Bujari has a brother, Agim Doku, whose wife, Zëmërija, is the daughter of Abaz Barçi, who was a gendarme until 1943, while his other uncle, Elmazi, was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
Bujari himself, after finishing the 7-year school in Burrel, went to the Technical High School where he graduated and works as a radio technician in the Radio Repair department in Burrel. Bujar is known as a man of poor morals, for whom he was unmasked in 1967 to the people by order of the Party, but did not react. Also, his political stance has not been good, due to the fact that Bujar had an affair with Jani Poqiano, who was convicted as an agent of Greek Intelligence. On the other hand, our bodies have materials at their disposal that speak of hostile activity in the form of agitation and propaganda.

Answer: I have nothing to say about my guilt, while I never, ever admit, that I am an enemy of the party and of popular power.
Question: Tell the defendant your friendly and social circle.
Answer: I am the fourth brother myself. One, Ramazan Doku, whom I have from my father and two mothers (who were sisters), works in the Polyclinic of Neighborhood no. 10 Tirana with the position of Head of Poliambulanca. This was a partisan with the duty of a nurse. After liberation he practiced this profession in the Military Hospital, later he was released and is now in charge of ambulance. He is not a party member. Ramazani is married to Lutfije Doku, the daughter of Qazim Sali Agos from Kruja, with a good political attitude. There are 5 children and all of them are employed and have a good political attitude. The other brother, Agim Doku, is a barber in Burrel, he is married to the daughter of Abaz Barçi, Zemrie Doku. I do not know Abazi well, nor do I know the relatives of Zemëris well. So I have nothing to say about them. Dawn has a small child with Zemrien. Zemrija, works in a company in Burrel. The other brother, Hajdari, is single and works as a driver at the Burrel Collection and Processing Enterprise. I am actually separated from my brothers, while legally, I am inseparable. I have a mother who lives with Hajdari. This is a pensioner. The mother is originally from Shijak, the daughter of Mustafa Dollaku, who has died. I also have two sisters, one Rukie Taga who is married in Shijak to Petrit Taga, who works in construction in Shijak as a laborer. Rukija is also a construction worker at the Shijak Collection Company. They have five children who maintain a good political stance and are employed. Another sister is married in Tirana to Muharrem Dëzhgiu from Guri i Bardhë. This is a researcher at the Academy of Sciences. Nexhmija works as a nurse in Ambulance No. 5 in Tirana. They have two small children. They have maintained and maintain a good political stance. I also have uncles, but these three have died. They have left children and some live in Shijak and some in Durrës. They all have a good political stance and no one has been convicted. I myself am married to Myrvete Doku from Durrës, the daughter of Muhamet Reçi from Kavaja living in Durrës. Myrvetja works as a nurse at Burrell Hospital, with whom I have two minor children. Myrvete’s family has a good political attitude. I also have two aunts, who live in the district of Durrës, one in Shijak, one in Sukth. These have maintained and maintain a good political stance. My family is originally from Kruja. My father used to be a butcher and since 1949 our family has come to Burrel. My father himself worked as a butcher in the town of Burrell and in 1965 he died. After finishing primary school, I started working in Kombinat, where I entered at the age of 14, after finishing a 6-month course at the “Stalin” Textile Factory in Tirana. I worked here for a year, long since I left and came to Burrel. Here I worked as a salesman in the bakery. I stayed in this position for a year and a half and then I entered as an accountant in the Consumer administration in Burrel. I stayed in this position for 6 months from the time I spent in Artizanat as a cashier accountant until the time I joined the army in 1958. I served in the army in Pashaliman for 4 years and then I was released and started working again in Artizanat as an accountant. After a few months, I took a radio-technical course, and I practiced this profession in the town of Burrell from 1964 until today. My social circle consists of Skënder Faric, Hasan’s son from Vinjolli. Skënderi has his mother of Italian origin. Skënderi works at the Municipal Enterprise in Burrel with a profession as a shoemaker, he is married to Naxhije Faric from Vinjolli who has 5 children. My other friend is Abaz Berhani, the son of Kasem Berhani. Abazi was born in 1944, single and working in the confectionery factory with the task of managing this workshop. In addition to these, I also have my co-workers, who are called Abaz Kadiu, with whom I do not get along well, Bedare Cevani, with whom I have gone and get along well. Having been working in Burrel for a long time, I know and know other shpks who work in different places. This is how I know Rexhep Neli, whom I had a work colleague and is now a soldier. I also know Fadil Hysa, who was an accountant in Trade and is now a worker in Trade. I went to his room to see any sports on TV. So there have been cases that I have seen in this boxing match, which have been given by foreign stations. Along with me in Fadil’s room were other people, such as Zyber Xhetani, Hysen Kuka, Shefki Çupi, Kristo Harxhi, Gjergj Xhaçka and other people, who I do not remember now. With the exception of Skënder Faric and Abaz Berhani, whom I have close friends, the others I only know and I have not had any close friendship with them.
Question: In your social circle, with whom do you have family entrances and exits?
Answer: I have family entrances and exits only with Skënder Faric, while with others I have no family entrances and exits. I went to Abaz Berhani’s house, but the latter did not come to my house many times.

Question: When did you start your profession as a radio technician?
Answer: I started my job as a radio technician in late 1963. At first, I went as a student to the radio repair lab that was in Burrel. Here at this time he worked as a radio technician J. P., of Greek origin. During this time, I stayed for about three months, leaving to do a course as a student in economics in a radio laboratory in Tirana. I stayed in Tirana for a year and then I came to Burrel. When I came, I found the radio repair shop closed and not working, while Jani at this time was working in the Craft, but at work as a sewing machine technician. I when I came and opened the radio repair lab and I have continued work to this day. At first, I worked on my own, but later as the work expanded, Abaz Kadiu came. Then came Rexhep Neli and finally Behare Cevani. So, we worked four people in a radio laboratory, until September 1976, when Rexhepi left to perform military service.
