“From the examination of the case materials, it is fully established that the seven defendants, Koco Kondili, Gjergj Simon, Llesh Koleci, Prel Syku, Pjeter Toma, Ndue Shyti, and Ndrek Syku, have joined an enemy group, with functions espionage, dubbed the “Union of the Albanian Anti-Communist Liberation” created under the direction of the UDB, a Yugoslav titist, for its own benefit, and with tasks directed against the independence of the People’s Republic of Albania. Finally pursuant to section 48 of the Criminal Code. which commits crimes, and sentenced him to 10 years in prison, loss of electoral rights for 2 years, and confiscation of movable and immovable property.
He pleads guilty, defendant NDREK KOL SYKUN, of the crime of admitting to membership in an organization, but after a few days he refuses to join the organization, and at the same time refuses to commit hostile acts. charged by Prel Kol Syku, and pursuant to Article 6 of Law no. 372, 12.12.1946. assigns mitigating causes by sentencing him to two years in prison.

In the registered criminal indictment No. 23 of the Basic Registry of 1953 against the defendants below,
Koço Kondili, son of Thanas dated 1920, in Vithkuq village of Gjirokastra, educated in 7 unique classes, before being arrested an employee, married to a child of social origin, poor peasant, sentenced to 10 years in prison trials of fascism, member of the Party, arrested on 22.2.1952. and represented by lawyers P. Kosturi and K. Dilo.
Gjergj Simon, son of Gjergji, 45, from Kryezi village of Rreshen village and resident of Isle of Lezha village, former head of the Lezha People’s Bookstore, married with 5 children, middle-aged peasant, convicted, no party, arrested on 31.5.1952. and represented by av Dh. Evangjeli. Llesh Koleci, son of Ndues, 26 years old, residing in Rrela village of Lezha, with primary education, farmer, secondary peasant, married, with two children, not convicted, expelled from the Party, arrested on 31.5. 1952. and represented by av F. Dishnica.
Pjeter Kola, son of Tom, 24 years old, resident in Tale village of Lezha, with three elementary classes, a farmer, married, with three children, a middle-aged peasant, not convicted, without a party, arrested on 20.2.1952. and represented by av T. Qirko.
Prel Syku, son of Kola, 21, from the village of Breg River, Lezha, with 5 elementary classes, a soldier in the Military Department Nr. 7710. Entered the ranks of the People’s Army in November 1951, single, wealthy, convicted, party-free, arrested on 24.5.1952. and represented by av K. Dilo.
Ndue Shyti, son of Lekë, 39 years old, resident of Rilë village of Lezha, illiterate, farmer, married, with 5 children, poor peasant, convicted, without the party, arrested 31.5.1952. and represented by av T. Biba.
Ndrek Syku, son of Mark, 33, born and resident in Gryka village of Lezha River, with three elementary classes, driver, married, with one child, middle-aged peasant, convicted, no party, arrested in dated 1.9.1952. and represented by av P. Martiniani.
Charged with the indictment of Tirana Military Prosecution no. 232, dated 22.11.1952. for the crimes of being part of a traitorous organization aimed at forcibly overthrowing the Popular Authority, which was nicknamed the “Anti-Communist Organization”, and giving secret information to UDB agents, agitating and propaganda against the People’s Government, in favor of imperialism, have helped the divers coming to our country to fight against the People’s Republic. At the conclusion of the trial, closed to the defendants. From the materials listed in the file, from their apology, and from the words of the defense counsels that defend the defendants, in addition to the crimes and crimes they have committed, part of the defendant’s has taken part in the liberation of the country. , and imprisoned under fascism, participated in various actions to build the country. But all this, before the act of betrayal to the homeland, before their hostile desire and activity, to overthrow the People’s Power, before acts, to restore, exploit, the hell, poverty, and shame is so minimal and reserved that justice can be set for the severity of the blow against them.
