Memorie.al/ publishes some archival documents, extracted from the Central State Archive in Tirana (the fund of the former Central Committee of PPSh), where the personal archive of the former leader of communist Albania, Enver Hoxha, is also located, who in his political diary, which belongs to a long period of time, starting from May 1967, to December 1983, he has kept notes on the events of the Middle East, such as; the long Israel-Palestine conflict, the continuous wars between Israel and the Arab countries, the six-day war in 1967, where Israel defeated Egypt and the coalition of Arab countries, occupied the Golan Heights, the Yom Kippur war in 1973, where again Israel, after defeating the coalition of Arab countries (Egypt, Algeria, Syria, Iraq, Jordan, Yemen, Lebanon, Morocco, etc.) occupied the Sinai Peninsula, which he surrendered in 1979, blocking and closing the Suez Canal, (where Albania had vital interests, due to the aid that came from China by sea), until the civil war in Lebanon, at the beginning of the 80s, etc. What did the dictator of communist Albania, Enver Hoxha, write in his political diary where he analyzed, and what was the position of the official Tirana, about the conflict between Israel and the Arab countries, as well as the various countries that support them, such as; Soviet Union, USA, Great Britain, People’s Republic of China, Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, etc.?! Was the information that Enver Hoxha had in June 1967 true, according to which, official Moscow would offer assistance to Egypt, bringing its Naval Military Fleet to the Mediterranean, in the event that official Tirana would accept that Soviet ships, to anchor in the ports of Durrës, Vlora, Shengjin, etc., or was it a paranoia of Hoxha, which caused the Albanian Army to switch to combat readiness no. 1, even mobilizing the reserve forces and those of the volunteer squads?! Regarding this, etc., we know the political diary of the former main leader of communist Albania, which will be published in several issues by Memorie.al

THE SITUATION IN THE MIDDLE EAST HAS BEEN AND REMAINS TURBULENT
The speech of the Egyptian president Sadat continues to resonate in the world. The reaction of the Soviets was expected, which did not fail to be given through a communiqué of the TASS agency. Of course, the reaction was as if there was nothing alarming for them, that this happened “was a common, regular thing”, a “cordial” agreement, already between the two states.
Soviet specialists had gone to Egypt to instruct the Egyptians, now they successfully completed their task and returned to their homeland, wise and gentle. Nothing has changed in the friendship so deep and so sincere, between Egypt and the Soviet Union. The latter will continue to help Egypt in a brotherly manner against Israel, for the liberation of the lands occupied by it, etc., etc.
TASS speaks with this language, before the buffet that the Soviet Union ate from Egypt. The Soviet revisionists must soften this defeat and the reasons given by Sadat for expelling the Soviets are so clear that they do not at all suggest that they agreed to the removal of the specialists whose mission, according to Sadat’s statements, it was not only “to teach the Egyptian soldiers with the new weapons”, but also to command and lead the Egyptian state.
After the TASS communiqué, “many Soviet rubles must have arrived for Egypt”, why did the “Egyptian appeasement” begin, either from the communique of the Egyptian embassy in Moscow, or from the main article of “Al Ahram”, which “exalt Soviet friendship , Soviet aid, etc., which want to say “we align ourselves with the tone of TASS”.
Apparently, the Egyptian leaders expected a strong reaction from the Soviets, but they calmed down, and now that the blackmail has passed, they are operating by talking to the Soviets, to the Americans, to the French, but also to the Israelis, behind the scenes. Sadat is swimming “freely” in these situations, he told the public with his speech that “the attack on Israel was not done, that the Russians did not give us weapons, so we have to find somewhere else, so wait until the sources are fixed the other”.
The Soviet specialists are said to have started to flee, but how many will flee, who will flee and when, is unknown. The situation in the Middle East has been and remains turbulent. American imperialism and Soviet social-imperialism have set foot there. They hardly left there with Sadat’s p… No matter how noisy they are, they are and remain p …!

NEW WAR BETWEEN EGYPTIANS, SYRIANS AND ISRAELITES
The war of the Egyptians and the Syrians against Israel began yesterday. As it seems, however this does not matter why the Arabs, they are in their right, they are the ones who attacked first and Israel, as if caught by surprise. The Egyptians crossed the Suez Canal and, according to them, settled on its right bank, occupying the Israeli fortifications of the “Barlev” line.
The Syrians also attacked the Golan Heights and Hebron and occupied Israeli positions. The aviation duel is huge. You can’t trust communications too much. The point so far is this: the Arabs have advantages. Will they maintain and develop them and how? Has the 6-day war of 1967 taught them a lesson?
So far, Israel has not taken them by surprise like before. What it will look like later, we will see. We will also see the level of preparation of the Arabs, their tactics and strategy, as well as that of Israel. The Arabs seem a little tame, the Israelis more so. Could it be that some great joint and coordinated maneuver is being played here? The Arabs made an offensive to gain some positions from which they can then return to the “UN dance”, and fall into the traps of the United States of America and the Soviets.
All gain from one point; in order not to lose everything, let everyone lose one drop and continue the “neither war nor peace” situation, let the discussions continue! We will look at this, we are following it with vigilance. We will defend the Arabs, with all our propaganda tools and expose Israel, the Soviets and the United States of America. I ordered that the coastal forces, the Navy and the Aviation, be on full alert, because these situations are fraught with dangers.

THE WAR IN THE MIDDLE EAST CONTINUES
The Egyptians are making progress fighting in Sinai and so far, there doesn’t seem to be any wavering in them. The Syrians are also fighting well with attacks, retreats and counterattacks. It is said by both sides that it is fought in the Golan. (from the Syrians), near Damascus (45 km. away from the Israeli side). But the truth must be that the Syrians have occupied their first line of defense and are not letting go. Israel is boasting that “it will take Damascus, that it destroyed the Syrian army. etc., but none of these objectives have been achieved and are suffering heavy losses in tanks and planes.
The myth of his “lightning war”, of his “invincibility”, failed. Israel is in trouble, and this is shown by the generous aid that the United States of America has begun to give. The unity of the Arab countries seems better, as much as it can be a unity of kings, feudal lords and capitalist bourgeois. Herein lies the danger. The agencies of American and Soviet imperialism work within their ranks. They try to put out the fire, which did not work, because it violates their dominant and exploitative interests.
Both superpowers are in a bad situation and are afraid of complicating the situation, lest the victory of the Arabs or the Israelis endanger the dominance of the Americans or the Soviets. That’s why both pretend to help, but they prepare “big fire extinguishers”, why they maintain the “neither peace nor war” status quo and strengthen their dominance. What the Arabs are doing now is positive, revolutionary. All of them, Brezhnev and Tito and all their kind, the entire capitalist world, are against the Arab peoples. Therefore China, we and all the revolutionaries in the world, must help the struggle of these peoples.

PALESTINIANS MUST CONTINUE THEIR FIGHT
Today I became aware of the talks that our friends from the Ministry of People’s Defense had with the Palestinian delegation of “A1 Fatah”. The talks have been cordial. The Palestinians made some military demands, but I had ordered my friends before, to answer them that we will look at these issues later. The Palestinians must continue to fight relentlessly and under very difficult conditions, for many reasons: Although they fight for a common cause, they are divided.
Of course, the different currents that exist within them fail to coordinate, even their minimum common program, for this war and its goals. Their program, as far as we hear, that they have nothing published, is the liberation of Palestine from the Jews. What about the Jews and the state of Israel, what will become of them? Currently, the Palestinians fight from the lands of others, while these others are at war with Israel.
However, even now, they cannot fight properly and as they want. They must submit to the policy of the Arab state from whose territory they operate. But when these Arab states will stop the war against Israel, and surely Egypt and Syria will stop, what will the Palestinians do? Dark outlook and difficult struggle, which must be continued under new conditions.

SUEZ CANAL REOPENED
The reopening of the Suez Canal, which was closed on June 5, 1967, due to Israeli military aggression, was announced today. It was a good thing that the Canal was reopened, because we will also benefit: our ships will have a shorter route to the Indian Ocean. But the conditions in which this reopening was made are serious, to the detriment of the interests of the Arab peoples’ war, in favor of Israel and the two superpowers.

THE ENEMIES OF THE ARAB PEOPLES ARE STRONGLY EXPOSED
Thesis for the article, about the visit that Anwar al-Sadati will make after some time to Israel. I talked with Ramiz about the visit that Anwar al-Sadat will make to Israel after some time. It is the case that; to give a strong exposure to the enemies of the Arab peoples and, in particular, the Palestinian people, the American imperialists, the Soviet social-imperialists and the Arab reactionary circles. Sadat’s trip to Israel is part of the joint imperialist-Zionist and Arab reactionary conspiracy against the interests and rights of the Arab peoples.
On this issue, I gave Ramiz detailed instructions and extended theses for an article, in which Sadat’s capitulation work and policy would also be unmasked, but without mentioning him by name. The aggressors must be isolated, they must be unmasked and they must be fought. One such aggressor, against the Arab peoples, against their freedom, independence and territorial integrity is Israel. This has bled the peoples of Arab brothers, has invaded their lands.
Israel, every day and continuously, strikes, kills and chops, a glorious people, such as the Palestinian brotherly people, whom the Zionists, supported by the American imperialists, have left without a homeland. The heroic Palestinian people are now scattered and living in misery as muhajirs, as friends in the homes of their Arab brothers. Although killed and torn apart, this people has a spirit and a high fighting consciousness. He has never lowered his arms to win his freedom, rights and homeland.
The Albanian people have a great love, respect and admiration for this brave and long-suffering people and have firm faith in their final victory. Negotiating and compromising with Israel, leaving aside and neglecting the interests of the Arab peoples, especially the interests of the Palestinian and Syrian people, is reprehensible.
The Albanian people, as a close and loyal friend of the Arab peoples, consider this as an activity directed against the interests of the Arabs, as pro-imperialist and inciting imperialist-Israeli aggression. All sound Arab opinion, from the Palestinians themselves, the Syrians, the Algerians, the Iraqis, the Libyans to the Egyptians, has pronounced against the agreement and against the compromise with Israel.
Also, all those who are true fighters against American imperialism and Soviet social-imperialism, against the reaction of oppression, all those who are for the freedom of the peoples and for their liberation struggle, have unequivocally condemned and criticized kneeling towards Israel, have taken a firm stand against compromise with Israel. But it is noticed that the “non-committed” card is not being played at all. And this is not accidental. The falsity of “theories” or “movements” that are intended to deceive the people, are brought to light by the concrete events, the development of the class war.
What do the partisans of the “non-aligned” movement say, when the protagonists of such compromises, who are also the flag bearers of “non-alignment”, openly show that they are engaged and dependent on imperialism, that they play its game, that politics that they follow, formally it is independent, but, in reality, it is dictated by others, it protects foreign interests for the Arab peoples. Nor is the activity of the so-called third world visible.
The supporters of this theory, who shout louder and try to prove with quotes that they help the war and the interests of the peoples of the world, we do not see them defending the just cause of the Arab peoples, they are not coming out in their support. Why? Shouldn’t the interests of the Arabs, their lands, the fate and the lives of the Palestinians be sacrificed for the sake of the alliance with the “second world” and the United States of America? Or maybe this is how the high interests of the imperialist superpowers want it, that the small peoples and the common people cannot understand?
Our party and the Albanian people reject with contempt all imperialist accounts. Our people have been and always are with the right cause of the Arab peoples and will be by their side, in every situation, good and bad, in joys and victories, as well as in sorrows and temporary defeats. Our people is a small people, but for those who fight for freedom and justice, as for the Arab and African peoples, it is an unwavering loyal brother.
We are finding that the general policy pursued by the imperialist superpowers is built in accordance with their interests, who can establish their hegemony better and faster, over the peoples, over the continents. Each of the imperialist superpowers, both when they have driven their nails deep, and when they are pushing the first milestones of expansion, struggles to impose their own policies on countries and group-countries. The Soviet social-imperialists work to lie to the leadership of various African countries, pretending to be champions of freedom.
They sell arms to these leaderships and gain the right to establish military bases for their own imperialist ruling interests. This is what happened in Somalia. But, at the same time, another imperialist power, the United States of America, maneuvered quickly and through their agents, loans, weapons and dollars, they played all the stones, to raise their legs after a while, to the Soviet social-imperialists. People fall victim to these dangerous games of imperialist interests.
We see that the peoples of Ethiopia and Somalia, two freedom-loving and peace-loving peoples, with an ancient culture and that have suffered the black olives from the Italian colonialists, have gone to war and are killing each other. Do these peoples want this war? Not at all. Can they resolve their differences without the need for war? Of course, they can solve them and find the appropriate ways. Then why do they fight? It is clear that they push others, the imperialist powers and superpowers, into war for their own predatory and hegemonic interests.
While the blood of the wretched peoples is shed and the hatred between them grows, there are imperialist and capitalist powers, who sometimes take sides with one, sometimes with the other, sometimes they applaud one country, sometimes the other, without making the slightest gesture to help these long-suffering peoples, to gain peace and the opportunity to build their lives, in freedom and complete independence. The policy of our Party is clear. It supports the national liberation struggle of the peoples, supports their interests. We speak openly to our brotherly peoples, as we judge and think about things.
They must be protected from the intrigues of the imperialist superpowers, which usually come as friends, as benefactors, but their real goal is to dominate, to lay the foundations for establishing their own hegemony. This applies to Angola, Zaire and elsewhere. This has been happening for a long time in the Middle East, where a serious drama is being played out, with the destinies of the Arab brotherly peoples. In this region, the imperialist superpowers play all the strings, alternate each other, to fulfill their expansionist and exploitative ambitions.
Can the policy of the American imperialists, who protect and support their most aggressive satellite, Israel, be considered a non-aggressive and retreating policy? In today’s time, aggressive war is prepared step by step, through partial wars, inciting isolated aggressions, local wars. If the American imperialists announce that they are in favor of the status quo, this does not mean that they have given up their aggressive and expansionist goals, but that the status quo interests them and is in favor of the interests of American imperialism and its ally, Israel.
We are against and unmask this mask that Carter puts on his aggressive policy. We unmask all those who want to present the status quo policy as a non-aggressive but defensive policy. American imperialism has not yet lost its teeth or cut its nails. Memorie.al
